Dennis was at my house within 10 minutes after speaking with him on the phone, and thats not an exaggeration. He did his best to troubleshoot and remedy the issue (bad spring), and it would have been fine for another 6 months to a year. I loved his honesty, so I had him install a new spring in my less than 4 year old house. The garage used to sound like a trash truck eating a hippo every time it opened, but now it works and sounds better than new. HIGHLY recommend!
