The guys were very professional from the initial phone call, to the courtesy call on the day of the repair making sure I knew when they would arrive. The repair was done incredibly quickly and the new and more robust garage door spring works amazingly well now. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

Your technician Kevin called before arriving as mention earlier. He solved my door problem in the first few minutes, then gave the door so much needed TLC. Lubricated all the moving parts, help reset the outside door code, tightened the springs and installed an emergency pull down. IMHO the total cost was reasonable.

Prompt and courteous customer service.

Nationserve installed my garage door this year. They did not balance it when they installed it. This means it is very difficult to open (very heavy) and is a safety issue as it can fall and seriously injure young kids. They will not come fix it unless I pay a service fee even though they are the ones who installed it incorrectly and unsafely. Do yourself a favor and choose a reputable and honest garage door company for your garage doors. This company is not who you want to deal with.

Previous person said $30 per spring is just not right. That is way under cost. I just had both springs replaced, they took care of lubricating the rollers without asking-awesome! Yes they are a national company and have a lot going on... and guess what...my experience was positively great! Kevin took great care and was careful not to mar my walls when he slid the new springs into place. He had about a foot and a half on the side to work with. Price was that I got what I paid for. I’m happy as a lark.

This company does not live up to their promises. I used them in the past with my garage door. Springs were too tight on a fairly new door. They came out to repair. The issue reoccurred multiple times over a short time period and I was charged the service fee each time. I was not satisfied that I was charged each time and spoke to a General Manager. He agreed that the issue should have been fixed the first time and as a good faith gesture offered a free future service call. No expiration and provided this in writing. Fast forward a few years and door will not open. I called for service and spoke to a manager (Debbie). I scheduled the appointment and advised her of the free service call that was offered. She noted they cannot honor it because the person who made the offer, a General Manager, was no longer with the company. When I questioned this she asked me to forward her the e-mail. She replied later that day that they could not honor the agreement. No reason provided. I e-mailed her back and asked to speak to someone who made the decision and she has not responded. Very disappointing customer service.

I originally paid $150 to have a garage door opener I purchased installed at my new house. The first person who came took over 2 hours to install and didnt do a complete job (electrical wiring not properly secured, keypad mounted too high, belt drive too loose). I let him off since it was already after 6pm and he was tired but I did make note of it at the time. Instead I called to schedule a followup to have the issues fixed from the first installation. On the morning of the follwup, I personally had to call to confirm that my appointment was still happening since I never received any confirmation from the company or communication aside from initially scheduling the followup appointment. NationServe confirmed I was still scheduled for the day but did not provide a window for when the technician would arrive. I dropped by the house at 1pm to wait and do other work on the house since I was expecting the technician to probably arrive in the afternoon. At 4pm I still had not receive any calls from either NationServe or the technician so I called NationServe to ask if my appointment was still on. They confirmed that the technician was running late and would probably arrive between 6-7pm. At 7:30pm I finally tried to call again to ask about the whereabouts of the technician but the office had already closed at 5pm. I dont live at the new property yet so I waited there for over 6 hours with no communication at all from either NationServe or the technician that not only would he be late, but would never come at all. I had to take a half day off from work and wasted 6 hours waiting, but when I called the next day to schedule a new appointment, the lady on the line didnt sound particularly apologetic and simply said sorry and that was it. I wouldnt have minded that much if it werent for the fact that I already paid for the service and this followup appointment was to finish the work done the first time. At this point Id honestly just like a refund. The level of professionalism from NationServe is unacceptable. Not only do they not provide appointment confirmations before the day of, they also dont call to provide an arrival window until they are already on their way giving little time to plan around when the technician will arrive. They also dont call to let you know that they cant make it anymore forcing you to wait until you give up on them.

Called to schedule for a tech to look at my door it would not open. They said they would be out on aug 3 didnt show up called back they told me Friday didnt show now schedule for 8 Aug lets see if they show poor customer service they didnt even call and inform me that they were not coming complete waste of time and money

Called 8/22/16 to get a replacement torsion spring. When I asked for a price, I was told since I didnt have an account with the company i would have to pay $90. I politely said thank you and hung up. Called another company locally and got a price for the same spring for 1/3 the price $30. I really guess that the individuals who are do it yourselfers are expected to get ripped off because we dont have standing accounts. My advise is if you are a handy man around your house and need to work on a garage door, dont call these folks. Unless you want to part with more of your hard earned money.
