We worked with Bruce for my estimate and installation. We called for an estimate and he came the same week! He was on time and very communicative both visits. He didn’t try to oversell us he even convinced that our wood doors still had life and no replacement was needed at the moment. This company earned my business! I have not had my new garage door installed as of yet, but I already know it is going to be a positive experience because the people at Freedom Door Company are nice AND honest. Mike was very responsive to my request for a quote. During our meeting at my home, he looked at my garage door and saw that something had popped out of the track. He popped it back in without a thought. He said he wanted to be sure my old garage door lasted until the new one arrives. My garage door is old and needs to be replaced anyway, but he was the fourth person to give me an estimate and the only person who noticed that something was wrong...well he was the only person to comment on the issue AND correct it. Mike was was also the only person who brought a sample of what my new black garage door would look like, so I could make an informed decision about the color. My current garage door is still old (lol), but it is no longer making the noise that it had been making for a while. It will hold up until my new installation. My garage door broke at 6:30 am and I was in a panic. I called and Bruce was on his way in 39 minutes. He spotted the problem right away. We managed to get the door open so I could get to work, he stayed and fixed it and also said he would come back if I could not sync my car garage door opener with the opener!! Above and beyond!! I would definitely use them again!!

Bruce showed up ahead of schedule to do a general door inspection and tuneup and check out a problem I was having. He said that I didn’t really need the extensive tuneup I had requested and performed some lubrication, tightening and adjusting for less than half than the service I had requested.My intermittent problem (remote opener doesn’t always work) couldn’t be debugged because - of course! - it was working perfectly while he was here. So he educated me on my options when it finally fails, then showed me some things to watch out for on my 33+ year old all wood garage door, which is of course showing signs of age and wear.He gave me price quotes and options for future reference but no heavy upsell pressure at all. The only surprise was that his visit cost less than half the amount I expected, which doesn’t happen all that often! 5 stars bigtime.

I needed both garage door remotes and the outside pin pad replaced. Bruce was very knowledgeable and respectful. He explained what he would do and was able to give me a price quote before starting the work. He also performed general maintenance (lubrication, inspections) on the doors as part of his visit. Very professional and prompt. Great follow up by email. The scheduler on the phone was extremely professional and helpful. Loved the photo of the technician and van that is sent before they arrive. They arrived on time in the service window. It turned out there was actually nothing wrong with the garage door when Timmy arrived and he felt bad for charging me, but I understand. I would definitely have them back out again if I had further issues.

Very good service. called and got a human that scheduled me the next day. got a text immediately afterward about appointment time and how the next morning would go (the group would meet and i would get a text about who was coming and when he/she would get her) . everything was done well, in a timely manner (even went to the vender to get a part for the other garage door). very pleased with service and the overall cost seemed quite reasonable compared to other quotes.

Mike was at a neighbor’s house working and when I asked if he would look at my broken door spring he said no problem. He installed 2 new better than original springs in less than an hour.

Bruce was excellent! Gave me a courtesy call as expected. Went through a few additional services I could have went with, but we decided to go with just a basic garage door (automatic) installation. Was in and out in about 1.5 hours, even went so far as to realign my door runners for me so it would function more effectively.
