They had some last minute staffing issues the day of our scheduled installation and communications on the delays could have been better. However, once the installer, Raul, arrived, he was focused and efficient as though it was his first task of the day.TJ and Gabriel were receptive to our concerns around the communication issues, which we appreciated.Overall good experience with this company. The men who came to our house were very professional and very efficient. We called on Saturday and they were here on Monday morning. We had to have the springs for our garage door custom made and they return on Wednesday and installed the new springs. We highly recommend them.

They were prompt and professional. After a small glitch in completing thejob, they came and finished the garage door connection.

You want garage doors, motors repaired on installed go somewhere else. Gabriel and TJ are good talkers but not honest people. They took a ladder (They said they will drive by to return it and they never did). They said the motors had one year warranty. Gabriel quot ed me prices he never honored. They also installed a new set of rails and wheels supposedly to make the doors rum smoother. The wheels locked in the railing and stressed and broke the door. They tried to sale me on a new door absolving themselves from the fact the wheels caused the problem. I fired them. I highly recommend to go elsewhere.

Fantastic. Well, backing into the garage door because it opened 90% of the way...just enough for the top of my SUV to clip the door when exiting...was not fantastic, but Gabriel was. Gabriel answered first call, came out same day to help get my garage door back into a good enough shape to operate. Took a brute force approach after I had spent a while trying to over-engineer something with ratchet straps and 4x4 timbers. He was so helpful, I asked him to come back out days later to replace my rollers and do a general tune up. Garage door is super quiet now, and he even fixed a few things that the guy who installed it did wrong. He was very educational, explained things in an easy to understand way and was quite transparent on things that are and are not needed. Youve gotta call this guy!
