In the last 4 months I have used 3 different moving companies. Little Guy Movers was without a doubt the best of all of them. The crew size they sent was appropriate. They arrived on time and they were professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Best moving experience of my life - truly. The company was solidly organized and the crew were just amazing. I cannot say enough about them - would use them for any and all moving jobs in future. The crew (Maleek, Zaye, Stewart, and Clay) were just fantastic and professional and prompt and cautious and organized - hands down best moving experience - which are two words I’ve never used together. These guys were recommended to me and I will recommend them to everyone.

Best move that I have ever had. The moving crew led by Vincent was top notch. They arrived on time, was curious, never complained, did a great job. The price for a double delivery was excellent and lower than there estimated. I would use them again and I recommend them highly.

I had high hopes for Little Guys Movers in Raleigh as I had spoken to Charlie and Brandon prior to the move checking in, answering all my questions, and they had great reviews. But the experience was terrible! We hired the movers to pack the day before and move us 15 min away the next day. Having a moving company pack was something I had never done before but was supposed to be extremely helpful as we have a four month old.One of the three guys who came to pack did not want to wear a mask and my husband had to tell him to repeatedly. Even then he would wear it below his nose. (He might as well not be wearing it). They threw items in boxes and many breakable items were not wrapped and were also placed in the bottom of boxes. There were items in our house that were next to each other that wound up in different boxes. Pieces to our keurig coffee maker ended up in three different boxes. We still haven’t found one of the pieces. Shoes were thrown in boxes with bed sheets, boxes were labeled master bedroom but items were from the living room, and my baby’s dresser has a huge scratch on top. No care was taken for our belongings. The three packers came at 8am and were “finished” by around 1:30pm. They were nowhere near finished. All items that weren’t packed on packing day were items that were thrown in boxes. My husband spent an hour telling them they have to take certain items around the house: the entire guest bedroom, all of the pictures on the walls on the second floor, the iron and ironing board, a set of plastic drawers in my sons closet, the list goes on. And they still didn’t take everything. They packed none of our garbage pails, my son’s diaper genie (which was emptied of dirty diapers), diapers, and they packed the coolers before the refrigerator and freezer were emptied so my husband had to make a decision regarding which food to leave behind.When they got to our new house, they placed items pretty much wherever they wanted despite my husband telling them where items went. They were going to leave without reassembling the master bedroom bed frame. Some boxes weren’t even closed or taped up.Moving is already stressful and I had hoped I would have had some relief and help having a four month old to take care of and move at the same time. The experience was awful and a couple of items broke due to blatant carelessness and negligence. I don’t understand how there are so many five star reviews when we had such an upsetting experience.Below are some pictures of how I found my belongings when I started unpacking. I stopped taking photos after awhile because it was just more of the same.

We used Little Guys Movers twice, once to unload into our apartment and once to load/unload when we moved into our house. Both times the crews were on time or early, were friendly and professional, and treated our stuff carefully while getting us moved in super quick. Scheduling was easy and the office checked in multiple times before the move to confirm. Weve had movers flake so that peace of mind was really worth something to us. Highly recommended!

My husband and I moved locally on Saturday October 2nd. We have a Sleep Number bed and several furniture items that required disassembly and reassembly and we picked Little Guys Movers because they advertised experience with both. We were impressed with the quality of service. A crew of about 5-6 men helped us that day, all with great attitude and easy to interact with, and they handled our things carefully. Little Guys Movers moved my daughter this weekend from a one bedroom apartment to her new home in Raleigh and I have never been more impressed with a moving company! Moving comes with a lot of stress and anxiety starting with will the moving company even show up. Little Guys confirmed our dates and schedule 3 times, called when they were in route, showed up on time, got the job done quickly, didnt scratch a single thing and actually lowered the final bill from the estimate. I had planned to move out this past Monday — I took the day off and everything but my scheduled movers (NOT Little Guys) ran late and they were unable to schedule an alternate team for me. I was panicking since I knew I had a decent amount to move and thankfully, I called Little Guys and they had a cancellation and were able to fit me in for Tuesday. The movers came on time, brought supplies to make sure everything was protected and padded, and were respectful of both me and my property, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend them!

This moving company is great! They were on time, had 4 different people there to help and were in and out of our apartment in less than an hour. They were able to successfully take apart and put together our bed frame and unloaded everything very quickly! We’ll definitely be using them again if we move again

Recently used them to move a three bedroom home. The crew was nice but inexperienced, showed up with too small a truck, kept trying to leave despite items still being left to move, didn’t move half the items because ran out of space, paid $300 over the quote, terrible customer service with threats. I highly recommend not using this moving service for your next move.

They arrived at my apartment on time and after taking a look around the place, they got to work. They were very efficient which I liked. I will also mention, they carried each box down the stairs without a dolly. The setup in the new place was just as efficient. There was even a tight corner on the stairwell. And they made sure to maneuver in such a way that they could get all my furniture up the stairs without damaging the furniture or the walls. Id definitely use them again.

The followed up with be at least twice before the moved to see if anything had changed or if I had any questions. Brandon moved us in July, along with Terrell, Christian, and Hayes. They arrived on time, told us exactly what they were going to do to move us, and then they did it. They took all appropriate COVID-19 social distancing precautions, and overall were very careful with our items as well as the finish surfaces of both houses. From the day of my first phone call to Little Guys to the end of our move, we had a positive experience from start to finish. We had never used movers before and did some research. We were impressed by all the positive reviews online and the fun sense of humor on their Facebook page. Someone from Raleigh Little Guys kept in touch consistently, they called 2 weeks before the move, 3 days before and the day before to see if we needed anything, and to reconfirm all the details. And they were always there to answer questions if I needed anything. Their thoroughness impressed me and instilled a lot of confidence that everything would go smoothly. They called me the morning of the move to let me know they were on the way and provide an ETA. They were on time, possibly even early. The truck was neat and clean and they had a very organized system for everything. The team on August 29th was Brandon, Terrell, Michael and Vinton and they were awesome! The guys were professional and friendly at all times and took great care with our items. It was a hot, humid day and they never stopped working. I am a very social person and have been working from home since March, so their kindness in letting me be chatting while they worked was also appreciated very much. Our apartment complex asked who we used and if we were happy....so we have already highly recommended them as well. We would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them. Little Guys Movers are awesome! From day one I have been pleased with their service. Pricing is up front, honest, and reasonable. The do not charge until the job is complete, and in my case the price went down since my box count came in under what was quoted. Brandon and Charlie in sales were always very quick to answer any questions and/or make any changes I needed. This was the best moving experience weve ever had. Stewart, Kenny, Tristan and Tyler were extremely professional and friendly. They loaded and unloaded our furniture and boxes quickly and efficiently navigating difficult staircases without an issue. Everything was delivered in perfect condition and they were somehow able to avoid marking up any of our walls. To top all of that off, Little Guys was the least expensive option we found. We couldnt be happier with the company and, especially, the crew that our moved our belongings. We highly recommend Little Guys.

Brandon and his crew helped us move on July 24, 2020. The 4 man crew arrived on time, worked hard the entire time (managed to get a sleeper sofa to a third floor bonus room with a tight staircase) disassembled and reassembled furniture as needed, very professional and easy to work with. One of the guys was new and Brandon was great about talking through how to properly move pieces of furniture and educating the new crew member so that things were done correctly. If you have Brandon as your crew leader for the day you are in good hands. Make sure you understand their pricing structure so you are not caught unaware. Brandon went over everything before they started so we understood every time we added a piece it would increase the total price. Would definitely use then again for a move and recommend them for your moving needs.

The whole moving process was made so much simpler by using Little Guys Movers. Calling to get a quote was quick, easy, and informative. It was nice to be able to reserve my spot without a deposit. I was told, when scheduling, that I would receive follow up calls 7 days and 1 day before the move, and that did happen. It was the same person who called me each time, which was also nice. They answered my questions and ensured I was ready for the move.I appreciated that Little Guys Movers charge per item/boxes rather than per hour. Looking at other reviews for other companies, other companies may provide cheaper quotes based on anticipated time to complete the project. But, depending on the movers the company sends, they can take a lot longer and you end up getting gouged for pricing. This is not the case with Little Guys Movers - the quote does not change unless your list of items change. We actually had fewer items/boxes than quoted, so we paid less on moving day.Also, the movers were AWESOME! They were scheduled for 8am and showed up on time (calling when they left the warehouse and when five minutes away). They had our 2 bed 2 bath apartment loaded up in ONE hour. We were at the new house and unloaded within another hour. They were gone by 10:30 am, which is insanely fast. They moved several very large TVs (that we boxed ourselves), beds, and furniture and everything was delivered safely and without damage. They even take apart and put your bed back together! We did a walk through of the new house and discussed where everything was being set up and they pretty much set up the rooms for you. All of the guys were very nice and professional.I HIGHLY recommend this group to help with your move. They might quote a little higher than other companies, but you are guaranteed not to pay more than the quote, which was important to me. Great company!

We moved from one location to two locations this weekend. The moving crew, 4 guys led by Stewart was awesome. They arrived on time, never stopped working and were pleasant throughout the entire process. We had so much to move and it seemed like it would be nearly impossible to fit the contents of our move into our storage unit, but Stewart somehow made it work. This company had great customer service from booking to completion and reasonable prices. We will definitely use them again.

Absolutely five stars for these genuine, friendly and exemplary movers. I watched Aaron, Brad and Brandon move my parents today along with their too-many rooms of furniture and nearly 80 boxes. These guys were on-time, humble, and unfailingly courteous. They were never too tired to answer questions or ask questions themselves when they wanted to get things just right. And yes, there was a small bit of damage as often happens on big moves. These guys brought it to our attention the moment they noticed, they owned up to it without hesitation, and they insisted on finding ways to make things better even when we told them it was no real concern. Never once did we feel like they put a schedule ahead of our satisfaction--and as a result I was able to watch the stress fade away from my parents faces when they realized they were in good hands. Oh, and add to that the fact that they collected the excess canned and dry foods so that they can be given to the hungry and you know where these Little Guys big hearts lay. These are good folks who do a darn good job. (P.S. buy these guys lunch if they come to move you)

A piece of furniture was hard to fit and they stuck with it until it was in. One piece was damaged and we got the check within a few days. Being reimbursed this quickly by movers is definitely not usual! Congrats to Little Guys. Would definitely use again.

I hired Little Guys Movers for a straightforward 2 bedroom apartment move. Their quote was lower than the 6 other quotes that I received, but I would have chosen them even if they were on the high side. This is a company that has it all together.When you call in, their agents are trained to handle your call professionally. They dont stutter and act like this is their first time taking a quote. They know exactly what to do and can build you a precise quote that they stand behind within minutes. Then they follow up the call with an email, and then with professional follow up calls until you have made your decision. Most other companies will write something down on a piece of paper, say they need to talk to their boss, maybe even require coming on site to your location to give you a quote.They do their pricing based on each item that they move. Want to move the boxes yourself? Fine, they just remove them from the bill. This ensures that your price is accurate and I felt their pricing was very reasonable.They ended up sending 3 guys and a big truck so they knocked out my job quickly. The young men were very pleasant to talk to, no smoke smell, no profanity, and all very strong. I was lucky to get Will, Kenny, and AJ.At the end of my move I asked if they could move a heavy piece of furniture in my bedroom. This of course had an itemized cost but was not pre-arranged. It took all 3 of them but they were able to move it which was a big help to me.I wanted to leave a detailed positive review because I feel it is well deserved. I would not hesitate to recommend Little Guys Movers to anyone and hope you have the same great experience that I did.

We had these guys come and move our elderly mother this past weekend. All the guys were amazing and very helpful. Very respectful and just overall great to work with. Moving all of my all of my belongings took no time at all and they took precautions not to damage anything which I appreciated. When I have to move again I know who to call. I was blown away by Little Guys movers. When I first made the reservation, they took inventory over the phone (and walked me through each room and space to make sure I wasnt forgetting something. They also gave me a few phone calls confirming day/time/ inventory starting about 2 weeks out. I had to get 2 trucks & they unloaded 2 storage units (10x10 & 10x15) plus 1 side of a garage at a different location.They were right on time & extremely fast, courteous, really friendly/personable. They took amazing care of my things, placed them in the right rooms, & arranged my furniture to my liking. I was quoted 6 hours but I assumed 6-8... They were done in 4! No damage to anything, took great care to try not to ding the walls. They wrapped all furniture for upstairs. There were a couple scuffs due to the awkward turn of the stairs & maneuvering some turns upstairs but nothing Mr. Clean magic eraser couldnt handle. Ive always moved myself but using Little Guys saved me a lot of stress & pain. They were competitively priced, amazing customer service, and great to work with. The only thing I will do different next time is have them pack for me, too.Though it would be great for them to unpack you as well...😁

I rarely provide feedback for services I receive, but I felt compelled to do so here after having two wonderful experiences with Little Guys Movers. The schedulers and office staff do a great job of getting each detail about the move and confirming everything leading up to moving day. They provide an appropriate level of detail so you know what to expect on the day of the move, and provide accurate pricing information so you can have the correct payment available. All of the movers I encountered were prompt, professional, and took care with my belongings. They worked efficiently and seemed genuinely happy to help. While I hope not to move anytime soon, if I do, I will absolutely use Little Guys again!

So easy 2 get things in place the attention to detail was excellent. Had no trouble whatsoever. This company is truly the one to choose.

The whole process from quote to moving days was easy. Every person who spoke with me before the moves was kind, courteous and very helpful! Our moving crew (Antonio, Diante, and John) were amazing! They worked hard, had some fun and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We felt the pricing was very fair and affordable.

Stuart, Rob, and Joseph helped us move on 2/16 and honestly, we’ve never had such a fantastic moving experience! They were punctual, respectful, quick, and careful. They moved a 3 bedroom house across town in 4 hours, and we were so pleased with their work! Their estimate was accurate and the price was fair! We will never use another company besides Little Guys!

They were organized and pleasant to work with from the first phone call through moving day. The estimate given to me over the phone was almost spot on to what I ended up paying. On moving day, the crew was prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional. All our belongings were moved without damage, and they reassembled furniture perfectly on our new home. I would recommend them 100% to anyone moving in the Raleigh area.

Hired these guys to help unload my truck, so happy I did! I have several HEAVY antique dressers, a pull out couch, a china hutch, multiple more things, then like 20 tote bins. All had to go upstairs. They arrived right on time and were done before the time estimate. Would definitely hire again. The guys that came, didnt catch their names, but they were great. I was nervous about hiring Little Guys because I was out of state and they werent a big company I recognized but like I said, Im really happy I did.

Our experience with Little Guys was great right from the beginning. The estimator was almost spot on with the cost of packing & moving. Their follow up for finalizing the dates was efficient & polite. The team on the day of packing & moving was very good. Friendly, helpful, and worked hard with a smile. Punctual, would always update us on arrival times, etc. I wish I could name all the guys involved with our move - they were all very good. 5 Stars to them all! This moving company was absolutely superb. We had a U-haul trailer that was packed in FL but needed to be unloaded in my new location in Morrisville. Despite there being a steep flight of stairs and it being a rental property---they were EXTREMELY careful with every move and step.None of my property was damaged and the home Im renting also survived the unloading process in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company to anyone desiring a careful and conscientious move.We were completely new to the area and from the first phone call to the actual move--Little Guys were supportive and reassuring every step of the way. If we are in need of moving services in the future, without hesitation--we intend to use them again.

The two people from Little Guys were very helpful. They handled everything with care, made sure that what they carried out of the rooms stayed clear of the walls, and left the place clean and free of garbage. I would recommend them wholeheartedly, and definitely use them again, if the need arises.

We had Stuart, Diante, and Ed for our move last month. It had to be the hottest days of the year to move, but it was no issue to them at all! They went over everything on our list and made sure it was moved efficiently and with care. Our price was actually cheaper as we had moved a few items beforehand, so it was nice to see they checked the list before moving. Highly recommend!! Call them, you will not be disappointed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
