Ill be using the adjective great several times in this review. The personnel and facilities are great. Everything is clean and very well maintained. I have used this site once before and had absolutely no complaints. We live in Renos Double Diamond area and the convenient location is...well...great. The 4-wheeled carts they provide to transfer boxes from the outer doors to the inside spaces are extremely convenient as well.

Excellent customer care. I was able to get the unit in one day. Not crazy about the admin fee, but understand. Waived the insurance by providing a copy of my homeowners. They should have both those requirements posted so you are not surprised. Probably are in the fine print somewhere. Allowed me to upgrade to a larger unit easily and quickly as I needed.

Storquest in Damonte Ranch was very convenient. I’m glad I stored my furniture there between homes: it’s clean, safe, quiet, and climate controlled. The staff was always helpful. I also appreciated the access hours to my storage unit, as well as staff availability in the office. Location, accommodation, and cleanliness were worth it.

Moving is stressful but TJ made everything so easy and his attitude and expertise made the whole process pain free. Do yourself a favor and contact him. You’ll be happy you did!

It was very easy to get a locker and move stuff in. I bought one of their locks, was given a code and there I was. I put the locker on automatic pay and I was done. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

Both Jenette and Aricka came to my aid on a Saturday when I needed to secure a unit at the last minute while movers were already onsite waiting. They made the process fast and easy via phone so I didnt have to drive to their location. I truly appreciate their professionalism, caring and kindness!

My husband and I needed to rent a small storage unit to store some items we use in our rental units. I’m so sad that I can’t remember the lady who helped us find a unit, but she was awesome! She showed us one unit that was a little too far for my husband to walk, and then was able to find us a unit closer to one of the exterior doors that was perfect! She was so friendly and super patient with us; we had never rented a storage unit before, so we really had no idea how to proceed. Love that this place is so close to our home too - great location!

StorQuest has very friendly staff on site AND by phone. Our first unit we were able to reserve by phone the place and finalized everything onsite. I feel like the process could possibly be a little more seamless, however, all-in-all it went well and we started moving stuff in directly.We were moving the week of Christmas and New Years. On New Years Eve we went into the office asking for another unit and it was a quarter before the hour. The rep scolded me because she had to leave in 15 minutes because they were closing early due to it being New Years Eve. (How was I supposed to know what time she was going home when it said nothing on the door they were leaving early on this Holiday.... and how was I supposed to know it would take longer than a few minutes since we already had a storage unit there.) Needless to say, the door was quickly locked behind me. (Note: We ended up moving all of our remaining stuff from the house into the garage, as we had help that weekend, but didnt after that.)Recently, we finally had to move everything out of the garage and into another storage unit. My husband requested a unit and was able to secure one the same size as our original unit. It cost more than the original unit, which I think we got on some special pricing. The agent was busy needing to help another client and was unable to show the unit prior to renting it. When we went back to load stuff up, we noticed the door was smaller on this unit. The Fire Room took up a 3X8 chunk of the unit which was represented as the same dimensions as our original unit. When we went into the office to convey our dismay, the front desk person was very kind to come over and look at our storage unit #22 and confirmed it was sold to us with the representation of the same dimensions as the first unit we had secured.just down the same isle. She relayed our concerns. She offered to move us to another unit, but, we had already moved a bunch of stuff in there and were under time restraints because we didnt have anyone helping us (Super Bowl Sunday).Days later my husband received a response that there was nothing anyone could do for us. I would have thought they would have offered some sort of discount for our trouble, an offer of a smaller unit in addition at no cost to compensate for the shortcomings, or something. Not even a free package of boxes was offered. Bummer.They get a 5 stars for location, 5 stars for cleanliness, 5 stars for ease of use, and 5 stars for friendly service from the first and last person we interacted with. Its a shame that the problem resolution is not very creative or generous.Im a realtor whom refers clients in the area to storage facilities all the time. This will not be on my preferred vendor list and will not be a referral of choice. Its a shame that something like this could sour the whole experience. Had someone just cared and offered up an apology and a $25 credit or something, we would have felt okay about it. Our feelings, at this point are, unfortunately, leading me to write this Google review.

But after my experience I would definitely use them again.

Great storage facility. Easy to get to. Easy to work with the people in the management team. Easy processes for payment. Good size units which are clean and easily accessible with carts available. Facility is open via codes pretty much whenever we needed to gain access. Highly recommend StorQuest Double R Steamboat if moving into town in the southern part of Reno or just need more space.

Customer service is excellent. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Jenette has been our main point of contact and she’s exceptional. She is on top of everything and very competent. She’s been helpful in getting us squared away with a cross country move. Someone at the dispatch center is available to talk to 24-7. I’ve talked to 3 different people at dispatch and they were all equally helpful. Whoever does the hiring for this company knows how to find the right people. Rates are reasonable. I won’t be moving our stuff into our storage units for a month, but I hope that the facilities are as good as the pictures portray them to beIm updating this review to say that the facilities are the cleanest Ive seen! We now rent a unit permanently for our overflow items. The place is always spotless. They are constantly wiping things down, sweeping, and just making the rounds. We have had multiple units here since June 2018 and we have never seen spiders or mice. They obviously spray and do all of the right things. The staff members at the front dest are super friendly and keep a close eye on everything.

Called in advance about a unit they were very polite and had a unit available they answered all my questions. When I arrived on the appointed day I was greeted by Kendra who was very polite and professional. They showed me the unite and made sure I was happy with everything. The location is clean and tidy. Outstanding experience! Very clean, efficient and friendly. Facility is top notch for the very reasonable rates. I rented a drive up unit, and I love the extra touch of a light on a timer for the unit; so helpful during the winter months.

Its been almost a year since I moved & rented a storage unit; this past week I came to visit my storage. The property look exactly the same in great condition, clean, and great lighting in the in door units.During our move we lost the keys to the storage and Jeanette was extremely helpfully with the process to cut the lock on our unit!! Had a very insightful moving experience never used storage before came to Storequest at double r and was shown around by Felica she was very friendly knowledgeable and really made this experience a great one the unit was super clean and property looked great you even have the option to come in later or if you can use the 9-6 you can me no I work till 7 so the longer gate hrs was a major need how great is that thanks a lot. The employees are cheerful and VERY helpful. The facility is squeaky clean, double secured and has a third lock on our interior climate controlled unit. Access and available hours are more than generous. Good value for the price.
