Our first visit here after recommendation from a friend. Larry Mann waited on us. He was friendly & very informative. The quality of the furniture is excellent. You won’t find any “junk” here. The prices are excellent too. We will definitely return for any furniture needs or area rugs which are also beautiful.

I purchased furniture here and loved that we were told they could hold it until december because our house would be finished then. We just got a call last week that they would be delivering the furniture at our unfinished home this coming week. We called them and told them thats not what we were told and they told us they dont hold furniture anymore. No notice about the change at all. Im now thinking about getting my money back. Very good furniture, but bad service...

Immediately greeted, very knowledgeable staff. The showroom was clean and well maintained, the gentleman that helped my wife and I (Larry) really knew his stuff and was not pushy at all. All around great experience and I will be back.

It is not the sales rep fault, that the furniture that was delivered stopped working the following day. However it is taken since February when the couch was delivered till now in September before a part is available. Also The chair we ordered in Feb is still not ready. The rep tells us he will call us back, and does not with updates

Larry was so sweet and professional. Even though I walked in with sweatpants and a college kid budget, he still treated me with a great deal of respect.If youre a college kid looking for seating marginally better than the floor, I wouldnt recommend shopping here. Their least expensive loveseat was upwards of $500. However, if you have a little spending money and want something beautiful and comfy that will last a long time, look no further!

I guess this is what $1200 gets you. “Nice” table and chair set we received on 11/6/2020 - yes, just a shade over a week ago. Screws are already starting to fall out of the chairs. This isn’t the first go around with this store, but will certainly be the last.

I like that store they have nice furniture with good quality. However they have nastiest salespeople they either dont want to help or they come over and act bored a d leave.i this k whe someone is looking 1037.00 dollar chairs and 3000.00 dollar sofas they should be treated better than that. So they need to get rid of all salesman and hire people who want to be helpful. I would think in a store like that they would want your business not treat like you are trash.

My mother kitchen chair has not been able to use for about a year. We have gone to the store too many times and have gotten a different answer about who or when the parts was order and who is going to take care of this.

Preshopping for a sofa and recalled this store being in the center next to Lowes, so we decided to check them out. Impressed with the nice selection of sofas and fairly pleased with the pricing. Nidal gave a nice guide through the store covering various options based on our ideas. Very helpful and gave us good info. Going back Saturday after checking a few other places we like.

Looking for power recliners. Decent selection. Prices ok.

The sales people were great. The delivery was awful. The furniture top was damaged. There were footprints on the box. We were told to send pictures and email their claims department. We sent mail on June 27th and just got an email back today on August 26th. We will not shop there again.

After a horrific dealing with a popular furniture store in Lancaster, we were so very happy to find Fine Home Furnishings. We were in search of a headboard for a king size bed. With the assistance of the staff, we found the perfect one in less than 20 minutes! Paperwork was a flash. They ask us if we had bolts to attach the headboard. When I said No. - they said No problem. I will make a note on your purchase order for them to bring them from the warehouse. Delivery was on time. The delivery persons were wonderful!Fine Home Furnishings will be our new go to furniture store!

I wanted a new chair for our family room that would go with the furniture we had just purchased before we moved. So my husband took me Fine Home Furnishings. I easily found a style of chair I liked. It was finding a fabric that took the longest. We placed our order Dec 22. they said it may be 5 to 6 because of the holiday. but my beautiful chair was delivered today. I am very happy.

We recently purchased a sectional from Fine Home Furnishings. We knew it was exactly what we were looking for when we first saw it online. Its massive and very comfortable. We were concerned about the dimensions and the set up and whether it would fit our home. Rick, the floor salesman, was very helpful and patient. Mohammed went the extra mile to ensure and guarantee our purchase would be exactly what we wanted. All without any pressure. We did have to slightly customize our order and was told our furniture would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. To our surprise, we received it in 3 1/2 weeks. The gentlemen who delivered were very kind and accommodating given that we also recently had new carpet replaced and the walls were freshly painted days before. From start to finish, our experience at Fine Home Furnishings was great and we hope to purchase more in the future. Thank you again for everything.

I spent the weekend looking and shopping at 7 different furniture stores. Found at least one item in each store that I liked. But coordinating the deliveries would have been very time consuming and inconvenient. When I walked into Fine Home Furnushings, I was in love with so many pieces of furniture that there was no need to continue shopping anywhere else. I furnished my entire house in one stop. Once the salesman understood the look I was searching for, he shared his vision for my needs and was very knowledgeable about style. Got a decent package discount. Everything will be delivered and set up in one trip. I recommend Fine Home Furnishings for all your home furnishing needs.

We had been shopping around for new living room furniture for a while now, and we checked out all of the other major stores in the area. We didnt really know anything about Fine Home Furnishings, but it ended up being one of our last places to stop one evening. The staff were courteous and friendly, and most importantly, they werent high pressure. We still had another day of looking before deciding to purchase, and one of the couches we really liked was on sale at another big name store, however, Fine Home Furnishings price was better than the other stores sale price off the bat. The other store offered to beat their price, but when it came down to it, they didnt really compare. Their protection plan was 2 years less than Fine Home Furnishings, and we didnt have to jump through hoops to get the better price so we left and went directly to Fine Home Furnishings.All in all, the experience buying from Fine Home Furnishings was great. They didnt try to pressure us into a sale at the start, their price was great, and they were able to get it delivered the next day.

We were very comfortable working with the salesman (Samuel) that helped us. He showed us furniture that met our criteria and did not pressure us to buy. He was very helpful in explaining the difference in between the fabrics that we were looking at. We took some of the samples home for a few days to decide. The service we received was excellent and we would definitely recommend this store.

Decent furniture but way overpriced. When I showed the salesman there were several other places to get the exact same product for half the price he just said good luck... Even though they said they would price match... Felt like a used car dealership.

I went to buy China cabinet there a day ago with limited budget and next day I went again to buy same stuff we have deal before but one of the male young staff is rude at me and argue with the deal he don’t know what is costumer service all the employees look at him how he deal with me he is horrible person for me don’t ever go to shop there again f######

After a lot of research, I bought a great sectional here for a great price. The sales person (Nidal) was vey nice and not pushy. Fast delivery with no issues or damage to the sectional or my house. Highly recommend.

After a long, fruitless day of furniture shopping for our new home, we decided to stop into Fine Home Furnishings in Reynoldsburg. We didn’t have much hope, but wow were we surprised! The associate who helped us, Baha, was exceedingly helpful, not pushy, and worked with us to find furniture that could be delivered quickly. We got an amazing deal on our new furniture and the process was simple and painless. I highly recommend this store!

Poor customer service. Bought a sectional here last that is nice quality so far. However, they delivered it on the wrong date and did not bring the connector piece to connect the 2 pieces. It took an additional week to receive the correct part. We were given an in store credit for the poor customer service. We used the credit to get our daughter a little red leather recliner. It arrived within the weekly time frame, however it was not the recliner that we ordered. Poor customer service.

Furthermore, I purchased some very heavy items, and the delivery team was delicate, careful, and professional as they handled each item. I have bought furniture twice from Mohammed and his family’s store and both times I have received exactly what I was looking for with Mohammed’s help. He and his staff worked with me to find what I was looking for in a bed and a desk - both with what was in their store and in catalogs they had available. Moreover, they helped me stay within my budget.The first time his delivery crew was actually fasting all through Ramadan and delivered my furniture late at night. I couldn’t believe it as these guys were probably starving and delivering and building my furniture.The next time I had fallen asleep after a long shift at work when the call arrived to arrange my delivery that day for the perfect dining room table that I had picked out with Mohammed’s help. His crew was so nice that they finished the majority of their deliveries and swung back around to my house. I get one day off a week, so it was a pretty big deal to have them come back. Otherwise, I would have had to wait a full week to be home.Mohammed has been running his father’s business since graduating from Ohio State; and even though he has expanded it significantly over the years, he still runs it like a family business. I had just moved to Columbus when he and I met and I felt like a friend was helping me chose my furniture. His employees are just as friendly and his delivery men are hard-working professionals. I’ll be sure to use Mohammed’s crew again as I continue to grow my own family.

Very satisfied - very nice experience buying in store and the delivery was excellent. Our house is narrowly constructed in the hallway and the delivery folks were able to get the sofa and love seat rocker in cleanly without even touching a wall.

Unbelievable customer service. No pressure, no commission, and certainly a much more pleasant experience getting the pieces we needed in 2-3 weeks instead of in 2-3 months. Nadal and Sam at the E. Broad store were amazing--they listened to us about what we wanted, about our budget and worked with that. Mohammed at the Morse Rd. store was also very helpful and suggested we work with the store closest to our home.

2 stars, only because sectional couch is very nice. My experience was bad from begining to end. Purchased sectional, sales person (George) left me and my wife in middle of discussion without any notice. He was gone talking with another customer. Ive spent my entire professional life in sales, and a simple excuse me would have been fine. Regardless, went back in the following weekend to purchase what we wanted. Scheduled delivery for following Tuesday. Tuesday - no one shows up to deliver. Call store, they accidentally put in order for Wednesday. They offered a 50$ store credit for this issue, I was given free delivery instead. Wednesday, couch is delivered. Sectional couch is missing connection piece. Couch would slide apart, and I was told part would be ordered. That someone would call me that day or the next.... Of course no one called, so I called back. Part needed to be shipped. Fine, but would have been nice to know. Part is to be delivered next week. Part comes in, I get a phone call from store that they will be there within the hour to complete. That was at 3pm, I get home from work at 6pm and wife tells me no one showed up. I have to call again, they send delivery crew my way to complete install. Again, my couch is in great shape. I am happy with my purchase. However the process from start to finish was horrible. Three weeks from start to finish to get an in stock couch delivered, numerous phone calls I had to make to get installation complete. I would advise purchasing furniture elsewhere.

I’m 50/50 on this store.We fell in love with couches, the sales man (didn’t get a name) told us we could get two sofas for the sale price or the sofa and love seat. We left to think about it. I called the next day to see if the sale was still going on the guy on the phone says “well....what do you have picked out” how is that a valid answer???? Anyways, we looked at several other stores....nothing quite like what we had picked out at Fine Home.So we decided to go in, asked if the sale was still valid, which was free shipping, 10% off, and two couches same sales guy says yes. So we go up to check out, and we get a different man, no uniform on. Looked like a shopper, didn’t smile, nothing. ANYWAYS So we go to check out, turns out that we got charged for shipping and in fact we had to get the loveseat and couch. Otherwise there’s hundreds price difference ?????So, we go ahead with the order. The only reason I say I like them is because we were going to cancel after how shady we felt they were being, only to read fine print (which yes I should have done in store, my fault) that no returns or refunds are given. They WERE willing to give us store credit which was very nice and helpful, but we ended up just going ahead with the order because we still loved the couches.We just feel like some shady things are going on here. I guess it depends who you are and what you have picked out if there is a sale. Value city and Ashley Is pretty cut and dry, no gray areas. This store is gray I guess and picks and chooses what they want to give.Advise: record your convos with these people as things will be different with a different person. If we ever go in again, 110% I’m recording it.Positive: we still love the couches!

Great furniture buying experience. The store was able to match a cheaper online price I’d found, and the delivery team was very professional and respectful!

Prices here are pretty high, however everything is customizable. Weve yet to buy anything here. The first time we visited was a year ago and we had help.from 2 different sales people who werent pushy at all and walked us through both sections of the store trying to help us find something. This year we told them we didnt need any help, and although they asked us multiple times while we were there if we needed any help or had questions they were never pushy and never hovered looking for a sale.They have a damaged section as well, which most pieces are still a bit pricey for how damage they are, i.e. a mirror that is broken and missing half the mirror still costing $200. However there are some nice finds in there for teenagers or college students which could be on budget and nice to have.

I visited fine home furnishings to purchase a new mattress, after shopping around for while i found that they had the largest selection of temperpedic mattresses out of all the places I’ve been to. In addition to that the their sales staff was very friendly and by far the most knowledgeable and informed about the product specifications and how these mattresses are built. I was very impressed with the store, the staff and the temperpedic mattress I purchased. Loved the entire experience and would definitely return when I am ready to purchase more furniture !

After sleeping on it for 2 months, we decided that the feel was not perfect for us. Today, we went back to speak with our salesperson and he helped us find a new TempurPedic mattress that better suits our needs. The exchange was so simple and easy! We knew that we had a 90 day satisfaction guarantee and Fine Home Furnishings was more than happy to make the exchange. The owner is so arrogant(I can tell he is racist ) I went there to buy a bed set and he will talk to me like I am one his emplyee while I was there to spend my hard earned money. The first sales person I spoke to was nice but you can tell from his manners that the owner terrorised them. Because right out of bat he tild me that they negotiate prices in wich I replied you are in a retail business how come you dont negotiate, he then told me its what the owner said. Since I only have one day off of work I dont have much time to shop around. So went to the front to pay for my item here the owner like he told you tge price are firm . I was like I dont even feel comfortable here anymore, you should have seen him jumping and start running his mouth like he was going to scare me. So i gave it to him .My advice to you, DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THAT PLACE. Go somewhere else where youre appreciated.
