I had a WONDERFUL experience at this place looking for a dining table. I worked with Sean and Valerie. Sean didnt follow me around the store or keep asking if I had questions. He greeted me when I walked in and just happened to pop up when I actually did have questions. He was very thorough in answering my questions. Valerie was super helpful as well when I was completing the paperwork with Sean. I would definitely recommend this place if youre looking for a decent piece of furniture (not high end or designer) that wont cost you too much with reasonable delivery and assembly costs! In fact, while I was there another couple walked in and they were repeat customers!
Purchased a couch and chair in August 2020, it was not delivered until December 2020. When it was delivered the 2 pieces didn’t hook together so they sent someone out to fix it. (That took a month) The repair guy found a hole in the back of the couch. A month and a half later someone came to fix the hole. When he got here he didn’t bring the correct tools, another month later he came back. The piece of material he put on is not pulled tight and looks sloppy. We just now found another hole in the corner of the couch. There are no children in the house jumping all over it. I should not have holes in a couch that I have only had for 4 months. I have also had to add more stuffing to the back cushions because they flattened so quickly. I will never purchase furniture from them again.
Tried to sell us damage furniture claiming it was a new set! Had them resend a new set, but had the same issues. They could not bring my complete order 2 times in a row forgetting my almost 3k dollar mattress both times. This place prices are high with a true lack of customer service and communication. Good luck if decided to purchase from them, youll need it.
Very clean. Covid protocol in place. Nice looking furniture. Decent prices.
Great customer service..great deal. Have bought several items from here
If I could give it zero stars, I would. To make a long story short. My roommate and I ordered two very nice couches for a very large price a couple of months before we moved, because we knew with Covid-19 things were taking longer. We were helped by the sales associate, Sandra, who quite literally did not know what she was doing. After a very lengthy process where several others had to come help, we got them ordered. We set the delivery date for Sept. 26 which was a day after we were set to move. The sales associate, aka, Sandra, set the delivery date for Aug. 26. We had to call and fix it, when this happened, it pushed us to the bottom of the list, because she messed up the date. This, then set our delivery date to somewhere around Oct. 13. We could handle a couple of weeks without a couch, however when I called, they told us it would possibly be in sooner, as things were arriving sooner than expected. My roommate tried at least 12 times to call the store and check on the status of our very expensive couches a week before we moved, because we were advised by Evie to call regularly to check on them. My roommate could never get through to the store, so she drove up there and was told by Evie that they just were not answering phones right now and had pretty much turned them off. Rather unprofessional if you ask me. My roommate was advised to come back after we moved in to check on the status of the couches because it was still saying Oct. 13. The day after we moved in, we went to check on the status and were told, again by Evie, that the couches were not even set to be manufactured until Oct. 26. We were very professional, albeit frustrated, and expressed that this would not work, because after the amount we spent, we did not want to have to wait yet another month for these couches when we were told a specific date to begin with. To add to that, it was not our fault they messed the dates up to begin with and we had to call and fix it. I expressed that this would not work, to which the manager, Evie, replied, that we should deal with it, and I quote, It builds character. Naturally, this was unprofessional, and rude comment to make to a customer that has given you 1,300 dollars. She then recommended that Sandra walk us around and show us the couches that were in stock for the same price to try to replace our couches. We were not happy with the first ones they showed us, as they did not have any of the features the original ones we ordered had. Sandra, then walked us over and showed us the same exact couches we had ordered and tried to sell us those, telling us they were in stock. False. They were not. At this point, we are frustrated, but containing it, because we did not want to be rude. We were visibly frustrated, but again, tried to remain professional. However, my roommate overheard the manager, Evie, tell the other employees in front of customers, in a very passive aggressive voice, Theyre mad. At this point, we told Sandra we were done and just wanted our money back. We walked up to Evie and just told her wed like a refund and we would go elsewhere, to which she tried to tell us that was a bad idea because we could go to an Ashley Furniture store and still have that financing, but to be honest, after the disrespectful comments, and the lack of customer service, or really much of an effort to remedy the situation, we were done dealing with Ashley Furniture and Morris Home. Evie did not once apologize to us. When she issued the refund, instead of apologizing for the situation, that wouldnt have been a situation had they not messed up dates to begin with, she just told us we were all set and could go. After this experience, we went elsewhere and got wonderful furniture for a much more reasonable price, and will never deal with Morris Home, or Ashley furniture again. Neither I nor my roommate were impressed by the customer service at this location. So I didnt actually make a long story short. Thank you for taking this journey with me.
Evie brown or whatever her name is was trying to sell us table... but she was eating and just smacking on whatever.... talking to us with food still in her mouth. She gave us a great deal, but we declined it.. it was way too unprofessional and uncomfortable to buy from her.
I wish the outlet had a website or a kiosk I can just make my purchase without having to talk to the sales person. Twice now I have been in there and the same person comes and stalks me around the store. My anxiety levels shot through the roof. After saying I am going to buy it full price, she still tries to pitch the whole monthly payment thing to me.
