We went here because of a great price on a 2007 cobalt. Jessie was our (super) salesman. This car ended up being our daughters first car! Absolutely first rate customer service! Out daughter is delighted!
I never bought nothing from the car dealership so Im not exactly sure if theyre a good dealership or not but the customers car I was towing they told me to never buy anything from the dealership because they got a car a little over a month ago and theyve had nothing but serious issues out of it said that 2 weeks after they bought the vehicle the motor blew up they took it back it was there for 3 weeks dealership had a new motor put in supposedly said theyve had it back for about a week and a half now and now saying that O2 sensors are bad customer said they had to pay for a percentage of the new engine and theyre going to have to pay for a percentage of this work as well so based off of that I dont think Ill be doing any business with Tri-County
Wouldn’t recommend buying a car here I bought a 13 Dodge Dart the night after driving it off the lot the engine light comes on the air bag light comes and also the warranty that comes with the car is a joke wouldn’t ever buy another vehicle from here again !
Make sure they disclose any issues with any cars they sell you because they will mess you over big time they sell vehicles that break down in a week
Very nice gentlemen help us to get a truck thanks
My review is going to reflect my experience! Which is why Im giving five stars! From beginning to end everything went very nicely and very easy and Im very happy. I also just wanna throw out there that whoever gave the one star should remove it. You shouldnt base a dealership on the way a customer decided to test drive their car.
Tony is a great salesman! Follows up in a timely manner as is very informative. Excellent customer service provided.
Excellent employees and a wide range of inventory to choose from. Quality cars and great prices.
I viewed a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L V6 on Cargurus and their website. It had 122,000 miles on it. I contacted the dealership and initially spoke to Anthony (Tony) about the car. I told him I was interested if we could make a fair deal on the vehicle. The car was listed for $10,895. He said he didnt think his boss would move too much on price, but I could call back the next day and see. I called back the next day and spoke to the GM Rod. I told him that I was a serious buyer and that I was from Illinois. I asked him what was his best out of the door price and he did not move on the price. I said that I am willing to come out there and purchase the car if I get a fair deal. I told Rod, I would have the car looked at by a local repair shop of my choice and if there are big things that need to be done then he would have to go down on the price and work with me. He agreed. I flew out all the way to Reynoldsburg, Ohio and once I arrived, I was greeted very mediocre by Tony. I asked where was Rod and was told by Tony that he was not there and that he was off. But when I spoke to him previously on the phone he told me that he would see me tomorrow. I was not very pleased with that. Then I proceeded to take the vehicle to get it thoroughly inspected at a repair shop that I had found. They inspected it and told me that the car was in good shape, but that the timing belt and water pump and battery needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I took this information back to the dealership and to Tony. He sat there with a puzzled look on his face, not staring at me and not saying anything after I told him and showed what was told to me. He got up abruptly and went to the manager on duty Bobby at the time and started whispering to him. I sat at the table confused.Bobby comes over to me (I didnt know who he was at the time) and says, whats up? What do you need? I said, Im sorry may I ask, who are you? He says Im Bobby the manager. I proceed to tell him that Im there to possibly buy the vehicle from them and repeat to him what I told Tony about the vehicle. I told him that because of the vehicle needing those two things done immediately upon purchase, I told him that a fair offer for car would be 10k. Bobby responded by yelling at me, berating me. Saying that they could take me back to the airport because they were not going to sell me the car for that price. Then Bobby proceeded to walk away from saying that he had real customers to help who just so happened to be white older men. I sat there feeling backed into a corner not knowing what to do and trying to hold back tears from being so angry and hurt. I was an African American female, alone in another state and they took advantage of that. I asked to speak to the General Manager Rod over the phone and he treated me the exact same way and telling he doesnt care what needs to be done to the car or whats wrong with it, he was not going to sell it to me and I could just walk away. How could I just walk away in another state?!? I wasted a lot of time, money and energy and then to turn around and be treated like trash!I reluctantly purchased the car, paid cash and nervously drove the vehicle 7 hours back home, hoping it didnt break down on me. They did not have the car cleaned, washed or anything and when I asked could they fill the tank up as a courtesy, they flat out told me No. I had never ever been talked to and treated how I was treated at this dealership ever in my life. I still have the vehicle and am still waiting on my title to come in the mail after it has been 30 days since the purchase of the vehicle. Although I did purchase because of letting them get the best of me and being broken down and verbally abused, I DO NOT recommend anyone, man or woman purchase a car from these people. They do not care and they do not have any sort of customer service skills. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
I definitely recommend visiting this location! Wonderful customer service. Very friendly and very honest.
