Pulled up to the Express oil change building and waited what seemed forever for someone to acknowledge I was there and to see what service I needed. Finally an employee came by and placed a number on top of my car and it was another 10 minutes before a service writer came by to get me checked in and they were not very busy.Then it took an hour and 45 minutes to perform a simple oil change and I declined the car wash to save time. Miss the days of great customer service.

My satellite radio was not working. The problem was internal according to their diagnosis. It was fixed promptly and courteously in a professional manner.I have bought 2 cars from Lute Riley in the past 4 years. Everytime I have needed service on either car, service and repairs have been made quickly and with a detailed explanation of what was done. They even wash my car without me having to ask, weather permitting. I would definitely buy another Honda from Lute Riley again. Outstanding service!!!

I brought my car in because I was notified that I had a factory recall for my 2018 Honda accord. Philip Watson has been my technician. He is absolutely the best technician that I have ever had. He is excellent in getting back to me on the phone ASAP. Philip handles everything for my car very efficiently. I have great confidence in him. He bends over backwards to make sure that everything is done to my liking. Philip is a great asset to your Honda dealership.

I went in to have a duplicate key made. Knowing I didn’t have an appointment, I went in first thing on a Saturday. At first the rep said it’ll take 2 hrs when a phone call stated 1.5 hrs. I decided to wait in the waiting room. The room was spacious to maintain distancing and the coffee was delicious. The was available tables for me to complete some work. The rep offered me to take care of a service recall at the same time. Well the service took less then 45 minutes. Every worker was friendly and helpful. All customers seemed satisfied. Highly recommended given my situation.

Went for Emissions Sticker. Even though several cars were waiting to be checked in when I arrived, the service was timely including a car wash. The service manager and service staff seem to be working had on improving their service. I like working with these folks.

Car was returned in timely manner, got free battery replacement because I bought the car 3 months ago but yet battery was defective. Got rotors tweaked due to brakes rubbing causing shake. Only issue was car was returned on empty like literally empty 0 miles to E. Otherwise great service

My 2009 CRVs catalytic system was stolen. Lute Riley Honda was called and the car was towed to the shop under their help. Service advisor Melissa was professional, and so helpful! She arranged ordering and repairing. I am happy with the results. All the people who answered my calls were all very friendly and helpful! I really appreciate the great help from Melissa and all Lute Riley Honda service department people! I will continue using their services in future. Thank you all!

Every service advisor that has helped me is always informative and helpful. This last visit was for an oil change and I was out of there within 30 minutes. He did an excellent job of doing what I asked and went above and beyond to assure that my truck was ready for the long trip I told him I was taking. He discovered a few things that needed to be done at this time and followed through after speaking with me.You are to be credited with hiring agents like Logan Thompson. Had a slow leak in a tire. Turned out it was a nail that was too near the sidewall for the leak to be repaired. On a Saturday morning of a busy holiday weekend, LR got me in, got the tire replaced (under warranty), and got me washed and out in good time--oh, and state inspection, too. Well done.

My cars splash cover protection detached and I took my car to the service department to get fixed. I was hoping they would use a replacement screw or something specific to the car as it was listed to be needed online. After two hours I got my car back and on the way home the splash cover detached again. Finally I decided to lift my car with the jack and take a look at it myself. Thats when I noticed the repair that took 2 hours was simply a black zip tie, and the area that it was tied from was so off on the edge of the cover that it ripped right off. I understand the service department is busy, but it is not ok to cut corners and take 2 hours to insufficiently fix a problem. I would have been completely content if one of the guys there told me to take it home, poke a hole on the cover, and tie it with a zip tie. Because in the end thats what I ended up doing in about 5 minutes.

I had a problem getting new key fobs for my car. I call and they told me yes come in we can do it for you today. When I got there they said I have to leave the over night because they don’t have time now. I ask for the Fixed Operations Director Mr Valter Odom who immediately took ownership of the situation personally and got my key fobs within an half an hour. He is a excellent customer service person. He took charge from the start to the resolution of the problem. You don’t find this kind of service experience any more. He is a excellent Representative face for the Lute Riley Honda service.

The shuttle service at this dealership is terrible. I mean the drivers are friendly but the service is understaffed. This morning I had to wait an hour before being shuttled to work. My service advisor told me work was done at 2:30 and she would let the shuttle know. My pre-assigned pickup time was 3-4. It’s now 4:15. Just got off phone with shuttle driver and he’s still 45 minutes out. All this for an oil change! Like I said, drivers are good. Management, clearly, is bad.

I had trouble with my van last week and the service department at Lute Riley went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of well. Due to a warranty issue my van didnt get fixed at their location yet they still made sure my vehicle got to where it needed to go to honor my warranty. Checked in at 12.05pm with Kyle, was informed that the service may take up to 1 hour 30 min just for an oil change and tire rotation. No updates only text with recommended services updates and then hopes of completion to get done sooner. Left after 4 hours 30 mins from the facility. Kyle was great but the manager Phillip was rude about the situation and blasted off for my impatience.

I called and the receptionist transferred me to a voicemail.Here is how we got treated: We got there at 3:40 pm on Saturday for B1 scheduled maintenance for my Honda Pilot. It took 15 mins. for someone to come to our car and put a number on our vehicle. Another 15 mins. passed, so I got down to check if someone was going to attend to us. They said we are busy and someone will be with us shortly. At 4:10 or so we saw a technician attend to the people waiting. They didnt go by the number they put on the car. When a technician finally came to attend, I asked for the manager to talk about it. He called the so called manager who said ok, we apologise if we didnt take you in the order of number and his words were Do you still want us to service or not! This type of attitude wasnt expected, after having waited 30 mins in the line. When the service was completed we noticed that nothing about the details of service were noted except for oil change. No other details were provided if the brakes were checked, tires rotated or thread left etc. By 5 pm they were closing so the shutters were down. I think they just did the oil change and charged me for B1 service. Usually they take 45 mins to do an oil change and here they seem to have completed B1 service in that time. Also, my state inspection was completed in that short period.

Set an appointment only to wait in line for 30min because service advisors would not approach me (this has happened multiple times and that was not the case for others in line) only to be told I was in the wrong line. Of which my appointment is not honored because that line is by first come- first serve basis. So while in the line I had to explain what service needed to be done to more than one service advisor. By the time, was able to be served, it was 40 beyond my appointment time. My final service advisor although friendly (& quoted a price point for service) did not provide me with updates on my service. After 2 hours of waiting on a B maintenance without a tire rotation, I went to check on my car. Which was gone perhaps due to a car wash??? Cool, But nothing was communicated to me regarding time updates/expectations. I even utilized the text feature to ask about the process of service and was left without a response for 30min.I started coming here due to poor business practices of another Honda dealership(frisco) only to come to this location whose process on customer interaction and customer centricity needs to be reviewed updated. I dont need an apology just better service.

This review is for the Express Service. I took my Honda Accord Sport for an oil change two weeks ago. The service guy came to inform me that my car was almost ready but that they “found a nail on my Right Front tire” and that it was not repairable. The cost for a new tire was $150. Before taking my car in my dashboard did not indicate they my tire pressure was low so I kindly told the service guy that I would take it to the place I had bought my tires, since I had warranty on them. After my car was ready I left and took it to Discount Tire. They told me my tire did not have a nail. I understand sometimes a rock can be confused for a nail but when Lute Riley called me regarding feedback about my service, I explained to the man on the phone that I did not appreciate that I was told that my tire had a nail. I informed him that it makes me question what other “issues” they have probably told other customers and that is not professional or ethical. I wasn’t able to finish explaining my concern to the guy who called me because he hung up on me. I was relating feedback in a professional manner and by him hanging up on me just confirms that they are lying to their customers and charging services that are not required. I will not be taking my car to them anymore and I recommend if you do take it there, please get a second opinion. I can only imagine what else they have gotten away with.

The service technician was great. The waiting area was simple and clean, and there was a row of seats in the garage, separated from the driving area by a kind of fence, and there was a comfortable inside lounge, too.I take off one star because I wasnt clear on where to go for my oil change--I had guessed the right place, but I had set up an appointment and didnt know if there was a special line or something. Doesnt seem like it, so I dont know exactly what the appointments are for.They did a complimentary inspection with my oil change. With wait time, oil change, inspection, report, car return, and payment, it took me about an hour & a half. So, not quick, but my experienceis that all 30minute oil changes take somethinglike an hour and a half :PAlso,, I was there with my toddler, and as I was chatting & bouncing him, and walking back and forth with him behind the fencing separating the waiting seats from the working garage space, people were cheerful and friendly.I really liked my technician. He was very chill about my uncertainty, directed me, had just the right positive energy. His report from the inspection sounded honest and he made recommendations frankly. I plan on going back to get some done, but he didnt pressure me when I said not today. A trustworthy guy.

I had a family member bring in my 1997 Honda CRV to get the recalled airbag replaced (They can turn into shrapnel grenades and prematurely activate, causing potentially lethal injuries to the driver).Even though they were not able to replace it, I was still extremely impressed by how well run this facility is. The employees they hired were top notch, and VERY well trained. What they did best was be nice to the customer. It really means a lot to me when I dont have to deal with attitude.The other Honda repair centers were getting very bad reviews but not this location so I thought Id give it a try.I called them up on 5-29-21 and spoke with the receptionist who was able explain exactly what needed to be replaced under recall, and that they would have the part ready when I brought my car in (my appointment was at 7:20 A.M on 6/5/21). He even spoke to the parts center to make sure the part would be there in time.Cool thing after you drop off your vehicle is that they offer a free shuttle service to and from your home at no charge to you. They also let you keep in contact with them via text message as the repair is going on in case you need to see how things are going (They send you a text message after the repair starts).They unfortunately notified me that they were not able to replace my drivers side airbag for the reason being that it looks tampered with (They said a wire was cut somewhere). Honda states on their TSBs certain procedures and guidelines that the dealerships must abide by. Adam Presser, one of their Service Managers calmly explained all this to me. I cant fault them for following Honda instructions.Im not the original owner of the car even though I replaced and rebuilt most of the components on the vehicle. Im an Electrical Engineer who always gets a copy of the official Service Manuals before working on any of my vehicles, and I dont normally take any car to the dealership, I just fix it on my own. Recalls of course I make an exception for.Whoever is in charge of hiring here knows what theyre doing, the employees are phenomenal. I highly recommend others to give this location a shot. I dont think youll be disappointed.I plan on buying a Suzuki Blue 1st gen Honda S2000 with the 9k redline F20C engine next year, and Ill be buying replacement parts from Lute Rileys Parts department. Im sure their other departments are ran just as good.

I called 7 days straight (except sunday) to get a quote on a simple repair ($1k) and no one would ever call me back. Every time, I spoke with what seemed like service reception, told her what I needed, and she assured me that someone would call me back.... They never did. Clearly they dont want or need the business. While it is the closest dealer to my home I will drive further to another dealer that actually answers the phone and returns calls. At this point, I dont even have an interest in purchasing my next Honda from them.

Very slow service. I had 8am appointment went to the service line waited for 15 min then adviser mentioned its just the battery change you can go through express lane. Again waited in express lane for 20 min. Finally adviser checked me in at 8.40am. Would not come back to this service center again. Horrible experience. They should have just told me to be in express when i booked the appointment would have saved 30 min at least.

Would not honor the warranty THEY stuck on the side of my battery. One service tech was very helpful and apologetic but the actual part department guys were absolutely rude and treated me like I was an idiot.
