Weve used their services for probably 25 years & have always found them to be extremely reliable, honest, and fair in pricing. A dealership wanted to replace the glove box for $1,000 and Craig got it unjammed and the price was $50. I trust them completely! They will give you honest opinions on whether its worth the money to put into an old car or replace it. They are trustworthy to keep a car running well!

I have used this business several times. These people give you honest advise and don’t try to oversell any service or parts. They are very professional and friendly and when they give you a quote, whether for time or cost, it is spot on.

Road Masters has given excellent service on our two vehicles for 3 years now. They were recommended to us by a friend, so we went and checked them out. They do quality work, and they take the time to truly find the issue and give the proper fix. We have had several issues that are sporadic, and they have test driven the car multiple times to see if the issue could be replicated. I appreciate that they notice items that will need servicing before we do, but they have never pushed us to make a repair before we are ready. They simply give us the information and let us make the best decision for our budget and schedule. Additionally, if you call ahead they are honest and helpful in scheduling the best time for service. I highly recommend Road Masters. The location is unassuming, but the skill and service is excellent.

Great guys own and run this place. Reliably work on several of my cars over many (10plus) years. I trust them to make sure my kids cars are safe. Haven’t ever had a problem with one of their repairs or parts. Once they couldn’t figure out was wrong and it was a no charge although the problem was fixed. Highly recommend!

Very great shop and great service. Craig is very knowledgeable and fast. I had 4 messages showing on my dash that my had warning lights. He was able to diagnose and resolve them quickly and faster service then waiting in dealer waiting room. I would recommend you go to hims for car repairs and service. Quality, reliability and trust.Recently, I had an engine problem where the other shop was trying to scam me saying I need another engine. Craig was able to locate a problem quickly fix it and also clean up the mess of the other guys (who turned out spilled the oil everywhere). He also explained to me in a very detailed way what was wrong and how he is fixing it answering all my questions along the way. As a matter of fact, they provide a warranty on their repairs that gives an additional piece of mind. On another car, during the maintenance procedure, Steve noticed some small details such as water in the windshield washer fluid reservoir and changed it to the proper fluid to avoid damaging downstream pipes and mechanisms in an unusual cold weather as we have now for free. It highlights their care and attention to details.I have serviced both of my cars multiple times and they always identify and fix the cause of the problem (as compared to some other shops that play a guess game). They are also very patient and ready to explain/answer all the why, what, how does it work questions even if youre a newbie.I think that if nobody would be able to fix your car, the RoadMasters will. But its probably better to go to them in the first place, to save your money, nerves and time.

Steve and Craig are great mechanics, as well as great people! We have been using their services for many years, at both their current and prior locations. Most recently, they recharged the battery on Joes Toyota Prius and advised him that he needed new tires. In the past, they have performed State inspections, replaced batteries, and completed general repairs and maintenance on both his Prius and my Chevy Equinox, as well as our previous Saturn station-wagon and Chevy Malibu. Their assessments are honest, and they are always pleasant, courteous, helpful, and do excellent work in a timely manner. We are customers for life!

I thought I found the perfect shop that I could trust. My car continued to end up back in the shop and I thought it was just bad luck, but then they tried telling my wife her battery was bad and said they accidentally read it wrong after we said its a brand new battery. Now my car is in a different shop to fix almost everything theyve touched. I tried to give them a chance to fix something and take it back a couple times when it wasnt right the first time they did something but my car just kept running worse each time.

What a great place! I went here for my Texas Inspection after reading all the good reviews. Dealt with Steve who was awesome. They didnt try to go through my car and try to sell me up. It was heartwarming to see how much they support the troops. They have a thing where you donate 10 bucks to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund and get a free t-shirt. They dont try to push it on you though, no pressure. They had a box of American flags and Fallen Heroes wrist bands (free take one) and even offer you chips while you watch TV in their lounge (choice of Roku or regular TV). They did the inspection very fast too. Great service aside, and without getting too political it was nice to see a business that loves this country and supports our troops. I in turn will be back when the need arises.

Another excellent job! I brought my truck in for service. Not only did they get to it promptly and do a great job, they caught and fixed an issue with my battery cable before it became a real problem. The guys here are great. They got me right in at the time of my appointment and had my truck inspected and the oil changed in no time. I have been here several times and they will tell you if something is starting to wear but there is no hard sell to replace it today. Very happy with my experience at Auto Masters! Craig was extremely helpful and even met me at the shop during an ice day when it was closed to get my truck back to me! The truck ended up having to stay over night so they even gave me a ride home, which isnt exactly close. Very pleased with the work and transparency and especially the customer service!

Best shop in town! I would never leave my car anywhere else! From classic to new, foreign to domestic, these guys will fix it right! I took my dodge to a dealership years ago, and their ase certified tech couldnt fix the problem in a week. I had it towed to Craig, and he had it fixed before lunch!!

I came in for an oil change, and they went ahead and have my car a free look over since my last mechanic hadnt impressed me. The prices they quoted for the work were fair, and they didnt pressure me to fix anything immediately.I felt like all the employees I talked to (Craig, Steve, and Cole) were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

Only giving 1 star because they were able to get me in their shop the day I called to look at my car. Other than that, this place is ridiculous and they take advantage of people. Wait. They TRIED to take advantage of me. Tried.I came to the shop after speaking with someone over the phone trying to explain what was going on with my car (heat wasnt working unless I drove a certain MPH, suspected it had to do with low anti freeze) Anyways. I get to the shop that afternoon & hand over my keys. I wait over an hour to even get word back on whats going on, then they tell me its the water pump, which needs to be replaced and they quoted me $900! RIDICULOUS. My car is an 09 Lexus. While I know Lexus parts can be pricier than some.. Charging me $900 to fix the water pump is more than the dealership even quoted me the next day & that would be with a free rental.Anyways, thank you SOCIAL MEDIA, I was able to get other quotes from friends & local shops, and I am getting a new water pump replaced this weekend for $400 (Lexus parts, mechanic whos been in the industry for 10+ years, credible and has worked on many friends cars).The second highest quote I received was $525.This goes to show that these guys seriously tried to rip me off. Well guys, welcome to 2019. The year where people can post an inquiry online and immediately find honest answers and go to honest competitors. Thank you Instagram, reddit, google, Facebook.I dont post many reviews. I usually look up places to eat or things to do, but I wanted to warn people out there about this place because its pathetic to try and take advantage of your customers like this.

Ive had a lot of problems with other mechanics in the past-- estimates that were way off, unnecessary work claimed needed to be done, and the general hard-sells for services I didnt come in for. Not these guys! I started going to Craig and Steve while they were working elsewhere before opening Road Masters, and I have no plans on going anywhere else.Craig and Steve have got to be the most certified, honest, and fairly-priced mechanics around; theyll tell it to you straight with no added fluff. Ive had my cars in for service with them several times before; theyll give you a reasonable estimate, time frame for repair, and if the work is heavy will call you several times during the day with updates. No surprises! I recommend them to all my friends for their automotive needs. A+ all around.

I had two CDs stuck in my sterio. Other places were charging 127$, Steve used a pair of tweezers and successfully removed them in less than 5 minutes. He was friendly, helped on the spot and didnt charge a ridiculous amount. I was very impressed!!!
