I believe in giving benefit of doubt to people and know that human errors do occur but how can it happen every single time? My major concern is that staff does not follow up on their commitment.Service department should be all about providing good service and getting job done but unfortunately it has been a waste of my time and money at this location.

I called ahead to schedule an appointment, but when I arrived I was told they had no record of it. However, they assured me that I would have the issue diagnosed and my vehicle returned by the end of the day. I didnt hear anything all day, so I went by a few hours before close to check. Justin told me that they hadnt finished inspecting it, but it would be finished before the end of day. I never received any communication by the end of the day or the next day, so I stopped by the morning after to check on it. Justin said that they had a diagnosis, but that they needed time to reassemble it. He assured it would be done by 10:30 that morning. I didnt receive any update the rest of the day or the next day, so I stopped by at the end of day the day after that, and finally was able to get my car back. I dont know why I paid for the service, but I did take the liberty of filling out the survey that I received from Toyota. Didnt have enough room to put all my notes there, and I suppose this will probably be more effective anyway. Hope this helps other people make a more informed decision when they are considering bringing their vehicle to Toyota of Richardson Service Center.

I took in my 2020 Toyota corolla hatchback with 5,000 miles in for a maintenance checkup. I had noticed my pillar trims were coming off I asked them to inspect and repair if needed assuming it was under warranty. I have the platinum warranty plan and the pillar trims are not in the part exceptions so I thought I was in clear and it would be done for free. Instead they wanted to charge me $436 for parts and labor to have it repaired and said it wasnt covered. They offered free labor after the fact but still wanted me to pay $236 for the parts. Then I spent a week and about 20 hours of my own time, going back and forth with the dealership and corporate about it. Corporate proceeded to tell me that I would need to talk to the dealership. Finally I said forget this and took it to another Toyota dealership and they fixed the pillars under warranty. Also told me if they need to be replaced they would cover that too since it is under warranty. I do not know if I can say the other dealerships name but they sure are SPORTY with their maintenance in the CITY. The other dealership did not give me any troubles, said they will take care of it and did it in 30 MINUTES SAME DAY. On top of all of this I returned to Toyota of Richardson and let them know with a full head of steam, they didnt even compensate me anything not even a free oil change or anything for my troubles. I will have to go back tomorrow for bug shield replacements and see if they compensate me then but PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would take it to the other dealership but they dont have a plastics guy right now unfortunately.

So, I get this email, see attached, offering a free oil change and tire rotation even though I bought it a year old at another dealer. The service guy with an initial Z took me to his desk after the car had the mat and the service tag. Fortunately, they did not take it back yet, because they would not do the free oil change, because Z claimed it was a fleet vehicle. I asked while why did I get an email for, if you arent going to honor what the email says. Word to the wise, make them verify specials before you sign.

I just moved from Arizona to Texas. Before leaving from Arizona, my 2018 Camry with 33,000 miles was fully inspected at the Toyota dealer in Arizona and they told me that my car didn’t need to change anything.I have been in Texas for 2 weeks, and now the car has 35,000 miles and need change the engine oil. This advisor tried to sell me a $1,000 service package, telling me that I needed to change brake fluid, coolant, clean the fuel injector, change the battery, and clean the air conditioner mold.Arizona is very dry, how can there be mold.My car on highway is 41 mpg, you told me need to clean the injection system, make non-sense.My AC is ice cold.My coolant is very clean and pink.According to the Toyota manual, brake fluid should be replaced every 5 years. If it is in a humid place, the car should be replaced every 2 years, but Arizona is a dry place.I told them just do 4 wheel alignment and oil change. that is $211.Fortunately, I studied aerospace engineering, and I know my car. If my car has that much problem, I have 7 year Toyota care, I will just let them replace all the parts. They just try to sell you something you dont need. Ladies, you are the most vulnerable group. If you think they are selling you some unnecessary services, before you make a decision, please ask your male friends who know cars.

I declined the wheel alignment on scheduled service. With about 15,000 miles and 3 years, it always held the road like a tank. After the service, the next time I was on a highway at speed, I had to constantly adjust the steering wheel. In addition, the HUD had went blank at certain sun angles, something else that I had never experienced before.

10/15/21, i came in to get an oil change at 20 k miles on my 2021 tundra I noticed it was leaking oil and it looked like a came from a cylinder shaped object i looked up what it could be and apparently 2021 tundra has a almost cardboard looking filter in that housing.. so I figured that this was an issue with the filter maybe not properly tightened or it was over tightened since its in a housing .. I brought it in and $150 dollars that i was charged for them to check and fix the leak i had to pay for them to replace it because toyota richardson tightened it too much which then caused it to leak . Beth Anne never mentioned i would have to pay for the mistake the mechanics did . She only told me my total was 120 something for the alignment which by the way is way worse now i have to bring it in so they can fix it its noticeably pulling to the left, whenever i put the steering wheel straight center it pulls a hard left . Im really disappointed.. 10/18/21 my alignment is fine now after the second visit im never coming back to this dealership for service theres no need to have to be coming back every visit you make because they cant get things right the 1st time . by the way don’t bother getting an alignment here You wont get a warranty oh but they’ll tell you “my guys are the best at it” yeah right lol just go to pep boys or firestone

I had very bad experience here for my A/C repair.My A/C does not work properly, it gets cold very slowly and the temp is not low enough, which means it did work but just not work perfectly. After more than 3 hours waiting, they just simply printed out the problem that I need to change 3 big parts! However, I have friend working in an auto repair shop. They said the check up report looks unprofessional. So I called them and was told that the manager will call me back but they didnt. My friend checked up two of three parts and found that they were just small problem which didnt need to change the whole parts. They helped me to changed the third parts that they cannot check up. But my A/C didnt get fixed but worse. It took loner time to get cold! Fortunately, my friends estimated the main problem by their experience and changed a small parts. Now my A/C works! I doubt if the thirds part that the Toyota dealer suggested to change are really bad. Probably its okay, and it just the problem of the small part.

I had a standard tire rotation request when I came here. The technician asked me if I wanted an oil change and alignment I told him no. Me and my pregnant wife waited outside in the summer heat for 3 hours since the Place was packed. Come and find out at the end of the 3 hours they charged me for a tire rotation, alignment, and oil change. The total came to $170. I told them I didnt authorize those extra services and I wasnt going to pay the $170. The technician got upset and showed me the signed papers and said I asked for it. I clearly told him I only wanted the tire rotation at the start of the service 3 hours prior. I will not be returning and hope others take this as a warning to check twice since this place will try and Rob you by adding extra services you didnt request.

For me and my experience with other Toyota Dealerships/service departments, the 1st that comes to mind image greater than truth. Meaning in this case the process is convoluted. 1 hr and 20 minutes for an oil change...its a stretch. The same information is detailed in a Mitchner Book vs a concise description of the service. Personnel are helpful and pleasant. Simply a laboriously experience overall. I will take my vehicle to another location from now on.

A young lady by the name of MARIA answered my call in the service department she asked me my name and I explained to her why I was calling. She then put me on hold for 13 minutes I hung up and called back. She then answered the phone again and asked if it was me and I said yes. She said I have not located your car. I then explained to her the nature of my call again and she said I thought your car was here being serviced I said no it was serviced two weeks ago as I stated the first time. I explained to her in detail again what was going on and she told me I could not make another appointment because my car is not a Toyota although I bought it from this dealership. It has been serviced here twice. She over talked me when I was explaining to her my concerns and I finally had to ask her to please stop. I know the calls are recorded so I informed her of that and told her I would like to speak with someone else that could help me. She then put me on hold for another 5 minutes. I hung up and tried to reach someone else but know one answered. I called back a least five times with no answer. Finally the service manager called back. I am here now hoping to get this problem resolved!!!!!

Toyota of Richardson just lost 2 customers today. I made an appointment for 11:30, showed up 20 min early and was told that it will be 1 1/2 hours before the can get to my truck by an extremely unprofessional girl that greeted me. in the drive. She then asked what I was there for, I explained there is a TSB for my truck and why my truck needs it. I also made it clear I was a Toyota service advisor not long ago and this what I need. She responded it will be $160.00 diagnostic fee. There is no diagnosis needed I said, its a simple reflash of the computer. NO WAY!!! I said no thanks and she asked if I want to reschedule, whats the point of making an appointment if you have to wait for hours? I responded I will never come back to this dealership again, she said ok and immediately walked off. WOW! Both my fiance and myself bought new vehicles from there, we will take our business elsewhere next time.

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and balancing, and general 20k maintenance. They are supposed to check fluids but I dont think mine were checked. The back windshield fluid wasnt refilled. They also didnt call to tell me when my car was ready.

I just brought my car in for it’s 45k check up. Jason Freeman was out in the garage the second my car pulled in. He got me checked in and went over my vehicles service record(purchased at 40k). He noticed a few inconsistencies with the previous owners service record. He was able to find a service package that offered all that I needed for a very reasonable price. He then went above and beyond by calling a shuttle to take me home. And has been in regular communication from the moment I stepped inside the service center to right now as I wait from the comfort of my own couch.Jason has made my first auto checkup a breeze and a delight. Unprofessional and punctuality is ZERO. Very disappointed in this dealership! not because of the service but because of the wait time. When I arrived at the location at 2:30 pm, the supervisor Allison Beth Anne told me that the car would be ready at 4:15 pm. Then, she came back to me and told me it would be ready at 5:30 pm because they are short-handed today. She left, and another supervisor took over. Finally, I received the car at 6:30 pm. Even though I had an appointment at 2:30 pm, I had to wait 4 hours. What a waste of time!!!

The wait is always longer than they estimate, shuttle service takes forever, they dont honor their own coupons, their prices for parts and service are double the price compared to other reputable repair shops, some of the service advisors/managers are incompetent, and their customer service is subpar. Will only use this dealership if I have no other choice.Update: I had a Customer Loyalty Director reply to my review to contact him so I did. Well, I never received a response back. BTW this is the actual dealership where I purchased my vehicle. Go figure.

There is a saying “People know exactly what they are doing”, and it is one that is more than applicable to this Toyota Service Centre.The review is long due to the large number of concerns I have with this service Centre. The key points from the review are (read full review below):1. Added on a brake fluid change and wheel alignment BEFORE even seeing the prior service history.2. Uses short-hand writing and product id codes when writing up the service inclusions upon handing keys over (mentioned as an issue by many other reviews)3. Refused any discount as offered through Costco partnership (did provide $50 after pushback)4. Put fuel cleaner into a 100% full tank of gas and charged $20 ($7 from Autozone)###Advice to Toyota of Richardson service Centre:1. As mentioned by other reviews, print out the final layman’s terms invoice prior to customer signing2. Provide advice to customers rather than take advantage of us by trying to sell every possible service.###Advice to potential customers:1. Toyota of Plano has better reviews2. Request printed list of inclusions. Engine and cabin air filters are very easy to replace by yourself. It was only then that the lady assisting pulled up the record of the car to check if it had been done prior. It had not.However it was only after our interaction I wondered why she said I would need a brake fluid change BEFORE even seeing the car service records. Clearly this service Centre preys on those who do not know much about cars.I like many people take their car to a service Centre that will ADVISE on the best course of action, not one that will take advantage of them.In the waiting room for getting the service I was provided a copy of the final inventory of the service, which was the first time an layman’s terms list was given. I requested that the filters not be replaced as my car had been bought certified 2 months prior.I was informed very quickly that the filters ‘were filthy’ and had already been replaced. This was information that the person who replied could not possibly know as quickly as the reply was given.Whilst I consider this experience a life lesson in ensuring I fully understand what I am paying for., it is very clear that this service Centre “knew exactly what they were doing” and took advantage of someone with limited car knowledge.As a new resident to Dallas I will continue my hunt for a service Centre that does not take advantage of me.

Completely unprofessional Staff. After finding out my vehicle will need time consuming repairs I immediately headed to the Service Department to grab my house keys as I am leaving the country that same day. Turns out the technician locked MY keys inside his tool box and they told me I am out of luck as that tool box is their technicians property and they refuse to call him back in to open it. MY PROPERTY IS IN HIS BOX TOYOTA. This was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I now will be out of the country with an unlocked house, if anyone would like to rob me go ahead! Have had the pleasure of working with him on two spectate occasions and will be asking for him from now on. Customer service like what he provides is something you don’t see often as a customer going to the mechanic.Thank you team for providing quality service. Unreal!!!! Walked in waiting for a rep in services department to help me. I asked front desk lady where do I get an estimate for my Tacoma? She pointed to the nine reps in cubicles.No one even looked at me. 10 minutes I waited. I asked a rep while in his cubicle where do I get a quote?The rep did not even acknowledge me. I had it. Absolutely no regard for customer service and didn’t even care. I walked out.

Had an appointment for an oil change and got here at 1.20. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to come and check-in the car. I was told that it would take a while and said the estimated time to complete oil change is 3.30. At 3.10, I was called to the service advisors desk. I thought they were done 20 minutes earlier than promised but she told me that they havent even started working on it yet and I might have to wait till 5.30. 4 hours and 10 minutes for an oil change!!! Asked me if I could reschedule for next day and I refused. Its 4.45 and Im still waiting on the car now. Will update the review after they deliver it!

Having a hybrid (2015 Prius C), this is the only team we will bring our car. Super friendly staff and they give you realistic time expectations for service. They have a shuttle service for longer wait times (to take you to nearby places) and even a shuttle service back to your freshly serviced car (all free of course). Thanks for being a great, trustworthy team always going above and beyond to keep our little Betty running as healthy as possible!

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. When I made my appointment, I was told it would be an hour. I went to check in to get an ETA from Lee Schuster and was only met with attitude and disdain. No apologies for the delay at all. May I add he did not wear his mask the entire time. Wearing it as a chin strap helps no one. No idea why he would work with people but I will not be back.

Mr. Lee schuster needs to take some customer service classes.They need to be more confident in standing behind what they advertise. Not having customers wait to speak with management over coupons. Mr. Lee cannot clearly get thru to customers. His communication skills lack compassion, creating rapport with the customer, and basic sympathy. Without these 3 things in every individual your service department will NOT succeed.

The worst experience I have experienced at a dealership! Worst customer service ever!!! I Called several times to the service department to see about the progress of my car! several days in a row still no follow up or response from any manager or mechanic! The Two women answering the phone when I called for Noel/Scott-Service Managers always said they were either busy in a meeting or not available. If you cant hold up to your title as a Manager you need to be replaced! Managers in general need to take care of their clientele and make sure things get done on time! Noel/Scott-Service Manager or Greg- Service Advisor never called me back about the progress of my car and never once tried to contact me about anything. My car was in the shop for two weeks... I didn’t get to talk to a service manager (Scott) until I got to the service department and he claimed he didn’t get any email saying I asked for him or for him to call me back. I told him lack of communication from your workers is not my fault. This is worst customer service I ever experienced. I will Never will bring my car back for service with them and I will never recommend them to anyone! Also they don’t bring the car to the front for you! they drive you to your car unwashed-dirty filthy with mechanic oil and grime parked so close to another persons car you can’t even open the door without hitting the other persons car. Zero stars-customer service, management, the place needs to be shut down.

Purchased a vehicle through toyoda of Richardson And on day one was experiencing problems with my steering making noise.. Service centre and dealership claimed nothing was wrong and that the sound was normal. Service advisor was hard to reach, Phone calls were not returned. Worst experience Ive ever had with toyota. After owning 3 other Rav4s prior to this one.

Short review: dont even come to this place period!Long review: I came here to do the 10k service for my car, which is nothing but the oil change and regular simple service. Ive been in other Toyota service centers and all of them offer Uber/Lyft ride if you are living around 10 miles from them. Since they told me it takes around 1 hour to 1.5 hours to change the oil! I asked them about that! They answer was: we dont have Uber/Lyft, we offer shuffle ride but its not for your service, instead they said they are going to knock it out faster for me so I wont wait that much. Well Im here for almost 1 hour and half and nobody called my name yet!The waiting room was equipped with cheap coffee and an empty dounut box for the costumers delight! Wonderful!

This companies customer service is the worst ever. I would never recommend this company and advise to never use them. I had a factory mirror that came off and came to these guys to fix it. Told I could wait and wasted 4 hours till told I could come back at 5PM. Picked it up and the mirror fell down within one day. I went back and was told to go the Safelite Autoglass and thought they were paying for it to be done there. When I then found out that Safelite does it FOR FREE and they were not fixing their problem. Safelite did a fabulous job. Asked for my money back and I would need to talk to Noel Hanback, Director of Service. I left 3 or 4 messages and never received a return call about the $157.78 that I spent that got NOTHING FOR but a referral to a company that did it for free. Pathetic customer service and I would never use these guys. Hoping maybe I get a return call but the level of customer service is blatantly obvious. NEVER USE THESE GUYS!!!!

I dropped my car off for the routine service expecting it to probably take all day, which is usually very typical for anything involving a cars maintenance. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call almost an hour and a half later that my car was ready! Beth was also very helpful, and patient, and made sure I was well taken care of. I really appreciate the service here and everyone I come into contact with.

These guys are good no matter how the google reviews rate them. Honestly they tend to be very busy and the location is in a weird spot to find, but I’ve been here three times for routine service and when my car broke down. Each time they have been great as far as being very helpfully and professional with me. Now you just have to be responsible with setting your appointment time though their site and be patient when they are working on your car (like you can’t just roll up and think they can get you in and out especially without an appointment).Randi and everyone were great and will continue to be a customer 😊

I went in to get my diagnostic for my engine. Was helped by my advisor. When I went to pick up my car, the glove compartments had been searched and tossed around. I called my advisor to tell her that this was not okay for any reason and left a voicemail. I haven’t received a call back.

OMG, they charge $200+ for oil change and tire rotation just because my car is a Lexus. Unbelievable!!! They said the Lexus has more requirements or something like that, this why it is more money. While I went to other Toyota services, they just charged $56 something for oil change and filter. It’s weird.

I needed to get a synthetic oil change on our prius and we usually have coupons from other places but it ended that cheapest oil change with a coupon was with Toyota itself so I decided to come by. I have had other experiences here related to airbag recalls but not during covid-19. I wasnt sure what to expect so I called and set an appointment. the staff was friendly and everyone wore masks. The person helping me said it would take an hour and they finished right on time. its still the same 2 waiting rooms and its kind of cramped but people tried their best to socially distance and if you feel anxious there is always the van/shuttle that can bring you home. all in all a good experience.

My advice to customers: Before taking your vehicle for engine oil & filter change and tire rotation, check the engine oil color on the dipstick (usually turns dark as the engine runs more miles), check and record tire serial numbers, tire positions, and tire pressures.About 6 years ago, I had a bad experience at a different car dealership when I took my car for engine oil and filter change. When I got back home I pulled out the oil dipstick and found the oil color still dark, so I took it back to the dealership and told the supervisor that the oil and filter were not changed with the oil still dark. They put the car back in the pit and did the work. When I got back home, I pulled out the dipstick and this time the oil color is light. From then on I made it a habit to make the above checks first before taking my vehicle to the dealership for service.On my 2015 Toyota RAV4, I took it to this dealership 3 days ago for oil and filter change and tire rotation. I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I got back home, I checked the tire positions from the notes I recorded earlier and was shocked to find out that the tires have not been rotated. I pulled out the engine oil dipstick and the oil appeared light in color, confirming the engine oil has been changed. I called the service advisor, told him about the tires not rotated, and asked him for a refund of the $19.95 charged on the invoice. He apologized and said that he will talk to his service manager and will call me back shortly. After about 10 minutes, he called back and asked me to bring my car back so they can make it a priority to rotate the tires and offered a free oil change for the next service. I told him that since it’s already middle of the day and weather is already hot and humid, I will take the car back in the morning. I took the car back the next day and waited for 20 minutes. After the service, the service advisor along with the mechanic came out to me. The mechanic apologized to me, saying that he got too busy yesterday that he forgot about the tire rotation. The service advisor handed me a handwritten free oil & filter change coupon for the next service on a business card.When I got home, I rechecked the tire positions and confirmed that these have been rotated. But when I checked the tire pressures the next day for “cold” tire pressure, I found out these have been overinflated to 39 psi compared to the 33 psi on the door post label or tag. I deflated the tires through the tire valves to proper inflation pressure of 33 psi.I am not sure if I will still have my vehicle serviced at this dealership next time.

Came here for my 5,000 mile Toyota Care maintenance. I made appointment for 1:45pm days in advance and arrived promptly. I was then told the wait would be an hour and a half, even with an appointment. I understand things are a little out of whack with the current climate and I’m the first to be understanding about that (I work in the service industry, too), but all I needed was a tire rotation and fluids topped off and I finally walked out the doors at 4pm. When I left, I wasn’t given any receipts letting me know what was done for my records, but I assumed maybe it would be left on the driver’s seat. I had to go back inside to ask for it and was told, “Well you were the one that was in a hurry to leave. Let me see if I can get it now.” If you need the 5,000 mile maintenance, do yourself a favor and do it yourself. It’s not worth the three plus hours sitting in the waiting room and rude service. I’ll highly consider taking my car somewhere and actually paying for a quick oil change when I hit 10,000 miles.

I needed to get my airbag safety recall service performed on my car. I called to schedule the appointment as the notification I received said it would be easy and quick. I scheduled my appointment for 10:30am. When I arrived at my scheduled time, I was already in a line of everyone else that had already been there. The appointment I made did not seem to matter. I was going to just wait there at the service center because the service was only supposed to take an hour. They told me that I should end up getting a loaner vehicle because it looked like it was going to take longer. I said fine to that thinking it would be a straightforward process. A minivan came to pick myself up along with 3 other people, crammed us into the minivan (2020 the year of the covid), and took us to Enterprise. When I got to Enterprise they said it was going to be a 30 minute wait for a loaner car. When the car arrived, I watched the previous occupant get out, and then it was my turn to have the car. The loaner car was not sanitized at all. Fast forward 4 hours later from original 10:30am appointment, and I get a call saying they took the airbag apart but turns out the part they have was defected and was not expecting a new part until the next day in the morning. Again, this is for a 1 hour quick and easy service recall. They tried to get me to just leave the car there overnight and pick it up sometime the next day. I refused although they were pretty adamant about me leaving the car and they could probably have it done by 11am the next day, stating it would be easier since they had already taken it apart. Again, I refused which the service guy is not happy with, says ok, and hangs up on me. I finally got my car back without any fix for the safety recall 5 hours after my original appointment. What a waste of time. Go to a different service center instead of this one.

Please dont go here for the Toyota recall services! Because they dont make money on the recalls, they absolutely dont treat that work as priority. I have Toyota corolla 2018 which has an air bag recall. I made a call a day prior to make the appointment and the lady on phone informed me that car should be ready 3-4 hours after you drop. I dropped off my car 8:45 AM in the morning and the service manager told me it should be ready by 1:30 PM. after waiting till 3:30 PM, I made a call and came to know that recalls are not done till 4:00 PM. The lady on phone told that the recall may be ready between 4:00 PM to their closing time which is 7 PM. I guess, they need to really tell the exact thing, so that the customer can plan the things accordingly. Recalls may not pay the dealer lot of money but it can earn them the trust. Heavily disappointing Toyota of Richardson!!

Would never have brought a car from Richardson if I knew I how the service department is horrible with customer service.. first an foremost, Ray the shop foreman will tell you anything to just get you out of the department and don’t follow up with you. After 2 months of on going call to the service department and customer Corp office I finally get a text from Jonathan the shop case manager. Tell me that no communication was made then text me back and said there was plenty of communication been made. Second off, they tell me that my 2020 Camry leather seat that’s coming/popping up with 25 mile is normal wear and tear. With ongoing back and forth I was advise that my case will be closed.. so I told them I’ll call Corp and they told me I have the right to do that. I said I know didn’t need for them to tell me that.. then he text back saying well then quit doing the 1-800 complaints.. told them I can do anything I want and for them to get back to work and stop texting me before I call it a harassment. Text me back said whatever!!! Conclusion I thought so.. an if anyone want proof that this kind of stuff and harassment go on in the service department feel free to reach out to me I have screen shot all the text...

Please DO NOT COME HERE!! I only came for an oil change and new break pads and came out with a $300+ bill! My breaks JUST started squealing and they resurfaced the rotors & rotated my tires without telling me. My car is still fairly new!! I know I’m a girl but I don’t drive my car to the ground where my pads are nonexistent. I know you need your tires rotated, but I also know where I can get that for free.Not to mention every customer in the lobby had a complaint or an issue come up with their vehicle. When I bought my car in January, I was told that I can go to any dealership to get my complementary oil change. When I made the appointment I mentioned it the lady that I spoke to and I also mentioned it to the sales advisor Brandon Phillips of coarse I added a tire rotation which is $20.00 and for a rattling sound in my dash. When I went to pick up my car after work and was told that a managers special was put on the service and that I have to pay 94$ for my oil change and tire rotation. The young lady that processed my payment tried to get it figured out but her coworker was very adamant of just having me pay and deal with it. I had to pay it to get my car out of there, I also wasnt notified when my car was done so I stayed stranded at my job until I was able to find a last minute ride. And to top it off, they couldnt find the rattling noise so they want me to take it back for a couple days. No thank you! I would rather go to another dealership service center and get my services done and a loaner car so Im not stranded again. I would not recommend this service center to anyone.

Bought a used car in February, no issues. Get a flat tire in October, stranded on the side of the road... find theres no wheel lock removal tool included in the car... Toyota tells me to tow it to their shop at my expense. Unwilling to cover a tow or the cost of a wheel lock removal tool. Car was sold as is. As is just happens to mean theres no possible way for you to remove the wheels. Dont have the money for a tow? Out of luck. 0/10 not a great time, would not recommend.TL;DR Go somewhere else to purchase your used vehicles. Toyota does not stand behind theirs.P.S. A wheel lock removal tool costs Toyota ~$12. Which is the price they could have incurred to make this right in ONE PHONE CALL. Instead I was bounced around departments and played phone tag with everyone who has ever worked at Toyota only to find noone is willing to help. Fantastic customer service.
