They always have the most insanely slow service. Called ahead and scheduled an appointment for an oil change a week in advance. Day of the appointment, I show up on time. They say it should take 1-2hrs......for an oil change. Im still waiting in their waiting room as I write this review. Been 2.5hrs since I dropped it off at my scheduled appt time.
Matthew was really nice once things get better for me Im probably going to come back and ask for him
Beware this dealership and the sales staff. (Blake) Sold my son a used vehicle based on a friends recommendation and an extended warranty that covers everything. Fast forward a couple months and the transmission on the 2017 camero is acting up. According to the service shop they changed the Torque converter but that hasnt resolved the issue. Based on several complaints and known issues with this year Camero the TC swap doesnt fix the issue. However, they now want to charge a 200$ diagnostic fee to investigate the known transmission issues that Chevy and the legal world are fully aware of. Other Chevy service groups are aware of the issue but Reliable Chevy continues to ignore. Buyer Beware of this dealership and staff.
Great service. We pass others to specifically come here.
Need battery for key remote, and put it in for me.
Bought my last Suburban from Reliable 10 years ago. Painless process, found an ad from a competitor that morning, they matched the price, I was in and out less than an hour. They also gave me more than a fair trade in amount for my old Suburban. That was 10 years ago. Fast forward, time for a new truck but needed to get my current suburban inspected. Went in at 3:00 Friday, was told an hour to complete, two hours later was told truck would not pass because of airbag light. Paid the fee, got home and looked at my paperwork, no inspection ever done. I call and was told they never did the inspection because once they saw the air bag light, they ended right there. Next morning, went to my oil change guy, was told airbag light had nothing to do with an inspection. In and out in 20 minutes with a pass inspection in hand. Went back to Reliable and service guy agreed I did not receive what I paid for and he instructed cashier to refund my inspection fee from day before. After 30 minutes with the cashier and her not understanding how to execute refund, I told her I would talk to a salesman about featured car in todays paper, Saturday, and give her more time to work out refund. Met Salesman # 1 and was told they were working a skeleton crew and he was not sure how to communicate featured newspaper ads. That model car had been featured many times over the course of two years, so I assumed they would have one on the lot or one just like it. 20 minutes later SM#1 disappears so I head back to cashier for an update on refund. Salesman # 2 runs me down and tells me he is now ready to show me the truck! We head back over to open lobby and now SM#2 is gone.? Im standing in the middle of the showroom and not sure what happened to salesman #2. Looking frustrated, I was spotted by one of the Cage Lords from the tree-top Manager offices. He told me SM#2 was getting a key! Alright, now getting excited to see my new truck. SM#2 appeared from around the corner and was told no such car exists and nor are there any on the lot like it, the up-sale began. That car was featured in the Saturday morning (multiple times), yet nothing close was available. He did try and sell me something close for 6K more. Salesman #2 repeatedly asked for my number and said if he comes across one he will call me. Thankfully I did not give out phone number.
Listens to the customer and is very helpful and knowledgeable.
I experienced car trouble on my way into Dallas from out of town. After a call from my home dealership, they recommended I take it to Reliable Chevrolet. Not only did they understand the urgency, they were extremely pleasant to work with and talked me through every step. They even gave me a complimentary wash and vacuum! I worked with Eddie and he was great. Very thankful.
Called the dealership asking for a certain truckSpoke with Francis and asked for 2:00 o’clock viewing. He told me he would have the truck waiting. After driving the hour we arrive at 2:05 to wait for Francis who leaves us for an in disclosed reason. After a few minutes he returns stating the truck is on site but someone took all the keys. He further tells me that a manager would have to help him but that they ALL were in a meeting and could not be disturbed. The saga is longer but to make it manageable after 40 minutes and no sign of anyone, out of 20 standing around doing nothing, attempting to solve the issue, we left.I think Unreliable Chevrolet is closure.WASTED MY DAY!
I wouldn’t even rate them a one star! My husband and I drove 3 hours to come look at a vehicle we were interested in only to get turned away. Once we test drove the vehicle we noticed some issues with the vehicle and it was not worth the asking price. The side mirrors did not work, one headlight did not work properly, none of the after market LED lights worked, there was also lose wires everywhere, no control for the winch, rear breaks need replaced and more. Tyler Roliard was the one helping us. Once we explained the issues that was wrong with the vehicle we asked for the price to be dropped a little since it had so many problems. Tyler wouldn’t budge on the price so we asked to speak to Derrek Hooser who is the sales manager. Tyler informed us that he had spoken to the manager and that Derrek did not want to waste our time by coming out. So Tyler walked us out the door! Once we left my husband email Derrek with the concerns and issues we had at the dealership and Derrek couldn’t even respond to his email!I would say they are not reliable at all! I have never had a experience like that at a dealership. There customer service needs improvement.
I recently gave this service center 2 stars b/c I was not satisfied with the service. After speaking with Eric David I have to say that I appreciate him for listening to me, & working to try to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. I trust what he is telling me which is far from where I was when I last posted (didnt speak with Eric initially).Thank you Eric!
Dwayne in Used Cars was super helpful and patient with our long distance purchase. He answered all our questions and completed the sale in a timely and efficient manner. He is now “our guy in Dallas” for any future purchases!!!
Waste of time..they submit your information to one finance company that is their on company..I was there 10 minutes and they told me a $5000 down payment on a $18,999 truck
Great customer service
WORST SERVICE!!! Charged me to look at my vehicle for something that they should have fixed under the powertrain warranty!Another dealership fixed it under the powertrain warranty & I brought in the paperwork to get a refund from the service manager. No apology or anything except a guilty look of “you caught us..” Still have not received my refund from Reliable that was supposed to be mailed out to me..
Didnt fix the problem. Very expensive experience. My local shop solved the problem for a fraction of the price. Dealership did not find a disconnected hose instead they replaced a part.
Dropped off daughter. Her car was being serviced. Same day service. Great staff.
Il NEVER use the dealership for service ever again. I will go to a smaller neighborhood shop. Once your vehicle is in there..they do whatever and you dont know nothing. They drive your car around so to check for problems, but they damage your tires and other parts because the ones driving dont know nothing. 275 bucks for one tire I have to pay noe, and other electronics messed up. after days in there when it should have taken 5 hours at most. Mechanic being taken off my job to go work on another car. Oh, and the guy that takes tomyour car, is not the guy that works on it, or the guy that deives it, or brings it back or does tour paperwork, or takes your money, and the cashier knows nothing about your car. So its lost in that bunch...1500 bucks for a job that now costs me 1800. If I had a garage at the time or didnt have to get it done asap, which it wasnt, I would have done it myself...NOW IM GONA BUY A HOUSE WITH A GARAGE SO THIS WONT HAPPEN AGAIN. Take your car to a known small shop to be sure what you need gets done. After more time I keep finding things they messed up and broke or didnt put back together when the got paid to work one one thing, and now has multiple things wrong..you guys are making Chevy look bad..smh
Blanca in Sales is awesome, I know they have to recommend their Service department. 3 hrs for a oil and one tire change.
A very good place to buy and fix the car theres.
Terrible Service Dept. Had my car towed in on last Friday. Was told I would get a loaner. Bill, service guy, said he didnt know anything about it. Finally gave me a very dirty loaner and said no pets in car. Well I opened the car door and cat hair all over the front 2 seats. Had my car for a week. I only needed a diag due to service error light came on. Contacted GM about the service light and they called me the next day. They kept calling Chevrolet service departments for updates and was told they would call me on 3 different occasions with service. Finally called me today just before time for him to get off work to tell me they could not find issues and that they drove my car around to try and re duplicate the issue. Lucky me, I have onstar. I checked the miles and diag when I got to the dealership...and then again after he told me he DROVE around. He went 1 mile. What kind of service is that? I will update on the outcome. Im going in tomorrow so I talk to the manager....
Great, quick service.
Best place to buy a vehicle.
Nice staff. CLEAN. I just had my car inspected, but they take reservations!
Knowledgeable people who are easy and friendly to work with
Great job everytime!
Friendly and courteous service
Waiting for a while at the service department and nobody ask to help me. There service is not recommended.
Awful service and communication. Dropped my truck off, told it would be ready when I picked it up. Never heard a thing all day, tried to call and it went to voicemail. Went to pick up my truck and they hadnt even started, told me it would be ready a few days later. Id rather pay for service at a mechanic than come here for free warrantee work.
Eddie from service department was very friendly and Professional, best Chevy dealer in DFW area, they are jot pushy
Good service
I like the way they do business they tell as is.no up or down.more honest. Hard to believe.
Great service..
Bad service with a bad attitude. Dont bother making an appointment. They wont look at your car any sooner. Never again.
Meh, typical.
