Went in on 5 June 2021 around 1pm to purchase some 1/3 N batteries ( hard to find) and MICHAEL helped me out I had talked with him about these batteries prior to going to the store; again he was very helpful and confirmed that he had several options for purchase.... no BS or hype.I was also impressed when Michael included a 10% discount for my veterans status!!I asked about car batteries and was turned over to KEVIN for further assistanceKevin was the most pleasant and knowledgeable guy that made sure to install EVERYTHING quickly and professionally.Kevin suggested that I add a pair of caps for $2.99 ( to prevent acid venting corrosion of the posts) ...... an excellent example of professional advice that would save me a major headache down the road!! I mean really, three bucks to help prevent the number one problem that kills auto batteries!!! NO BRAINER.Overall, the service by these TWO individuals was above par; highly recommend MICHAEL and KEVIN for whatever battery (or bulb) needs you have!!

I broke my phone screen 36 hours ago. The owner ordered my part and had it ready within two hours of me dropping it off. I they even had a promo to replace the battery.

Michael and Kevin AKA Lee, Milak, are awesome! Mr Sudeendra was the reason why I wanted to go in at first. I called all frustrated with a frown that day and Mr Sudeendra really helped me put a smile on my face. Michael was very attentive not once did I feel unwelcomed. Kevin stood around in case Michael needed any help and Milak was just straight chill no worries. Kevin also noticed I was in need of some batteries and gave me a No BS sale, totally awesome. He offered to have the 6pk of batteries I needed to be sent straight to my door at no extra charge. Amazing service.

Went on a early Saturday morning to get my iPhone 11 Pro Max fixed after shattering the screen the day prior. Quick and friendly service, my phone was done in just a few hours since they had the parts. They tested it with me before letting me leave to make sure everything worked properly. I had a watch battery they didnt feel comfortable replacing due to some mechanical intricacies, so the owner, Sundeendra, offered to take the watch to a watchmaker for them to replace the battery at no extra charge. My watch was ready 2 days later! I will definitely be back and would recommend this franchise to anyone.

I went here to get my charging port fixed on my iphone. when i got it back, my vibration motor was broken when it wasn’t before. now every time i get a notification, the vibration sounds crunchy. the guy who worked on my phone didn’t know why it was doing that or what he did to make it do that and told me he’d call me once he figured it out so he could fix it for me. it’s been weeks and i have yet to get a phone call. paid almost $100 just to get my phone back more broken then it already was :(

They are the nicest and most helpful people Ive ever met from the moment you meet them you feel like family,also they are not only reasonable in prices but as we women know bulbs around the house are sometimes certain ones are hard to find, well they have all of them with several options,I havent got to the battery side yet .How I found them is yes they also fix phone screens and they are fast and take pride in what they are doing making sure that there customers are happy. These guys were great. My Pixel 3 battery expanded and they had the battery replacement I needed. They fixed my phone up and when we found that the finger print reader wasnt working, they were able to figure out how to get it working again.

This location went above and beyond to assist me with multiple products and services. This is the best place to have any battery replaced and purchase batteries. I purchased batteries the industrial brand Werks because the ones I purchased for battery powered candles at holiday time are still going. So impressive! Almost all of my watches have the lifetime batteries, that means one price, replaced for as long as you live! That is very valuable to me. Forget about having to remember what battery you need in your various remotes. They also do cell phone repairs.Both gentlemen in the store did not hesitate to answer my questions or investigate inventory at other stores. I will return to this store for service and would not hesitate to recommend them to clients and friends. The store closer to where I lived closed on Hebron, jump on GB go up the road.

Very positive experience. The lady in the front greeted me &, after listening to my problem, consulted with the technicians, Gary & Mr. Mohammed. Mr. Mohammed diagnosed & fixed my 6 yr old Samsung phone while I waited; its working like new & gives me more time to shop for a new one. Highly recommend. This is THE place to go for cell phone screen replacement. They did an excellent job and even fixed my home button which the previous cell phone repair place had botched. They tested the phone battery and said I didn’t need a new one yet, which was very honest. Great people here.

I received an email on 11/22 at 9:00 am stating that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store at 9:15 am, the employee said that the order was not ready and that he would call me when it was ready. At 12:00 PM on 11/23, I still had heard nothing, so I drove to the store and found that the order was ready, but nobody had bothered to call me, and nobody had any intention of calling me. I care little about price but, I demand outstanding customer service from all vendors. This was my first and last attempt at using your company as a vendor. I purchase, on average, 5 vehicle batteries per month for my business. Batteries Plus blew it with me, and I will stay with another vendor.

They have an unprecedented flexibility with pricing... I paid it fully, but thats an unheard of thing, and I still got the service I needed. I really appreciate that. Its pretty awesome.

Replaced my phones battery in about 1hr30min. There was some sticky residue left on the screen, but that wasnt too difficult to clean off. I will probably come to them again if I need more repairs in the future.

Went in with a damaged touchscreen panel for my one plus five A5000. Before visiting this place I enquired at multiple other places for the replacement and was quoted at least a week in time. In contrast this place got my screen fixed within a matter of hours and the phone looks brand new now. Great service. Would definitely visit again

Had the hard to find battery and the transaction was very straightforward. Unfortunately the battery was not the problem with the Vicks oral digital thermometer.

HIGHLY recommended this store and location! Very professional and friendly. Walked in needing coin batteries for my surface pen which have been awfully hard to find. The two gentlemen at this location went above and beyond and didn’t let me leave without a working pen!!
