I went to Richardson Cell Phone Repair 3 times so far for a broken screen and bent phone. Mohammed was amazing as I thought I lost the information on my phone and he was able to recover the phone so that I was able to transfer my information to another phone. Had a broken screen also on a Sunday morning and thought I would have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Mohammed was again available and was able to repair the phone without an appointment and get the screen repaired within 20min, that was a relief and saved me so much time!

Such an amazing place! I was so worried that my new phone was going to be broken and that was that. But I was able to get the display of my phone fixed with Face ID still working, all in 15-20 minutes! I even got a 10 dollar glass screen protecter and a 30 day warranty! The repair went well. Seemed a little pricey compared to most repair shops but they had it done in less than a hour and all was good. I’ll also mention they did mine and my friends phone at the same time.Less than 30 days later both me and my friend are experiencing problems with our phone screens fading in and out and acting weird. I went back in to claim the warranty and they said there was physical damage and could not replace.The even more shady part was is he took my phone in the back and came back up after a few minutes with a phone screen that I just have to assume is mine indicating a small corner of the screen being damaged although I keep my phone in a case. I do not like that they did not keep the phone in my sight and open it in front of me.They made me a offer to replace it and knock $20 off the the original price. I declined obviously because I don’t want to pay them to replace my screen within another 30days that they will not honor a warranty on and try to trick me into thinking it’s my fault.Do not use this place. I feel they use poor quality product given how mine and my friends phones both started acting weird in less than 30 days.

They tell you to write a good review for a discount, I had bought a phone from here it seemed nice at first hardly any scratches and it was working just fine a week past and it started lagging so I went back and then they told me they charge a 20% restocking fee. like why if its wasnt my issue I didnt mess it up if you buy it used theres always a risk but they sold it like that so why you charging for something you sold messed up.

Best place to purchase phones at a reasonable price

Whats up with all the fake reviews? If you check the post history of most of the recent reviewers, youll see that they left the exact same comments on three different phone repair stores. Im guessing all three are owned by the same people. Any company that has to resort to these shady business practices does not deserve your money!

I took my cell phone for repair at this shop. He said he needed my password to test the repair and within minutes after leaving, my social media account was hacked and my credit card was compromised. I have no direct evidence but I have reported this to the Richardson PDs fraud department at the request of my credit card company. Please think twice before taking your device to this shop. They also have very aggressive signage inside and outside of the store front indicating that they dont call 911, they call the coroner. Which is excessive for a cell phone repair shop.

Brought in phone. Quoted $90 and one hour. Arrived one hour later. Waited for 20 minutes to see a representative. Waited for 40 more minutes to see my phone. One hour late they let me know they could not fix my phone. They broke more hardware on my phone removing the screen. They tried to charge me $70 after 2 hours for severely reduced functionality of my phone. When I refused my phone was returned to a less functional state than when I brought it in. A cracked screen turned into a completely nonfunctional screen and home button. My other option was to pay out the nose for an after-market screen that I would have to replace anyway without reimbursement.These people take on jobs when whether they can even do them is a gamble. They are not honest. I would not recommend this establishment.

The place was friendly when I came in. I brought in a cracked I phone7 plus S. When I received the phone back with the replaced screen it had a plastic covering on it with a lot of air bubbles. I asked the guy why is there so many air bubbles and he said I could take off the plastic at any time. I left and soon after that I did take of the plastic off the screen. The brand new screen had a LONG CRACK in it.I called and explained what happened and the guy said sorry but we do not have a warranty for that. WHAT? I asked him over and over to make good of this situation and all he said was no warranty or guarantee. Beware! Beware!

I did not internally break my phone. My screen is not broken there is no visual damage.You put in a bad part and should stand behind it.They act like they will help you with anything. Once you pay them a lot!!! They will not stand behind their work. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE
