Had no-idea about Natural Grocers. I have never been to one, this is my first Natural Grocers Store. I was surprised at how many different items to chose from. I was not expecting to see this many different varieties. A great location to pick up vitamins. Still I checked the label to see where the vitamins were manufactured.

Wanted to find new natural food store and visited recently. I really like this place. Its not crowded, pretty relaxed atmosphere, was offered help by employees several times, and the store is clean & neat. The prices are a bit high on some items, but we expected some of that in a store this size. Good selection too. They dont have bags, so bring your own or they have plenty of boxes around. Will go back on occasion.

I choose to go here at off-peak times as they do not require or enforce mask-wearing, despite what the posted sign says. Otherwise I love this store. They carry items that are otherwise difficult to find or require a long drive to find. -2 stars for the masking issue. If lack of masks doesnt bother you, then try them out.Normal reviewVery friendly and helpful staff. Also a laid-back store, not so frenetic, even during busy times of the day/week.Natural Grocers provides quality products. Shopping here for Instacart was made incredibly awesome specifically because of the employees . First time in the store and they helped me about 50 times finding obscure items on my instacart list . I wish I remembered their names,, but literally every single employee was kind and courteous and extremely helpful . Thank u guys !

This location is my absolute favorite to date!!! The best part of shopping at natural grocers, are the employees! Andrew, the assistant manager at the Campbell location is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! He is super sweet and helpful! And always keeps me up to date on the latest sales and products!! You guys chose right hiring Andrew, because he is very passionate about health and wellness!!! Overall, I recommend shopping at natural grocers period! But this location is the BEST!!

Phillip the grocery manager was so helpful and so friendly. The aisle were well organized, clean, and the layout made sense. The only thing was that the woman working the register was NOT wearing a mask. However, we got lucky and were not checked out by her. Everyone else on staff appeared to be wearing masks properly.

Ive been shopping at this Natural Grocers for over two years now, and have always had amazing experiences here! Every employee is super friendly and helpful. Theyve taken the time to learn our names, and are especially friendly to my four year old (always making a point of saying hello and offering him stickers etc). It very much feels like a little community.They especially won my loyalty when they welcomed me into the store throughout the entire covid pandemic, even though I am not able to wear a mask. I never felt threatened, bullied, or humiliated because of a health condition that I cannot control (something that has sadly become a daily struggle for me at almost every other store). I will ALWAYS choose to shop at Natural Grocers over places like Whole Foods because of this. Well done, Natural Grocers.Thank you for caring about people.

They carry some unique products I cant get hold of elsewhere. They have a wonderful Meyer lemon lemonade and tangerine juice. If you think tangerine juice is just like orange juice, your missing out on a wonderful flavor.

This is a quaint little store that carries organic, gluten free foods and they have a major vitamin supplement and wellness department.

Great store with an incredible select of organic and healthy foods. I havent shopped here much but Im going to make this my first stop for groceries.

They were very busy but attentive. They quickly got three checkers and checked everybody out with little time.

Its a nice quiet place with plenty of helpful employees. This store is a health conscious location with a wide variety of products catered to your needs. Theres even events held in the back of the store to help edify new ideas of being healthy to the public. Definitely a spot recommended for all to take a gander at, you wont regret it.

Natural Grocers was my go to place for organics for the past 10 years. With the remodels of the 2 North Dallas stores they are now more expensive than Whole Foods. Their return policy is the pits. You can only return 1 item per purchase and they conficate your receipt. As I have to drive more than 30 minutes to get to a Natural Grocers, I will shop at the Whole Foods or Sprouts near my home.

If shopping in a store that honors mask wearing matters to you, I would not recommend this store. They have a sign on the door asking shoppers to wear masks but they do not care if shoppers shop/check-out without wearing a mask.Additionally, there was a cashier wearing a bandana which was proven ineffective and preventing viral transmissions coming in and going out.In the end, its deceptive to have signs on the store that trick customers into thinking they care about shopper safety when theyve been informed by management not to do anything. Natural Grocers (Campbell), If you dont enforce mask-wearing, you should be honest and transparent about that by removing the signs mentioning mask safety and mask requirements.

We always love this store!! Just have to drive 12 miles to reach this place!! Wish there is one near to where I live in McKinney

Having been a Whole Foods shopper I have to say this place is way cheaper!!! I love this store. The bulk isle is my favorite! I went down one isle and someone asked if I needed help, super nice!I’ll be back. This is cheaper than Sprouts and Whole Foods. Try them.

The store has an awesome variety of healthy stuff. It is better than Sprouts and Whole Foods. However, this store definitely needs more diversity. It seems like 99% of the people shopping there are White. Because I am a minority male I experience subtle racism from some of the other customers and employees whenever I do my shopping there.

Its great knowing that everything I purchase there is organic and I dont have to sort through unhealthy food and health products.

This store is the real deal! If you care about your health, and what youre putting in your body, then this is the right place to shop.I have found that their supplement section is one of the best Ive shopped. It has great resources and and very knowledgeable staff to help.Next, this store is great for people with specialized diets (vegan), or diet health needs (gluten free). I have to eat a gluten free diet, and really appreciate how Natural Grocers has all gluten free products labeled clearly right by the price with a large GF. This to me really shows a level of care that they have for their customers, that I have not found at other stores. In fact, I was told at another stores (Whole Foods) that it was up to me to read all the products if I wanted to know if it is gluten free. If you in my position, having to read over very single label is quiet time consuming.Also, I have yet to find a grocery store with a produce section that is as fine as Natural Grocers. Theirs is by far the best selection of organic produce that I have seen.So all in all, this to me is a store that is truly engaged in providing helpful insight and excellent products to better the health for their shoppers. I cant stress how important it is to have a store like this close to home, where I can shop and get the items I need to make my health and life better.Thanks Natural Grocers...

Love, love, LOVE this place. Its convenient to where I live, and the employees are always willing to help. The atmosphere is pretty chill. They have all types of natural food there. I was able to get some ginger root and dates there. Milk and kombucha were excellent. This is my new go to grocery store.

My new favorite store. More flavor variety than Sprouts in the items they carry. Very clean and well stocked. Most items were better priced than Sprouts. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only wish they sold the bulk nuts like Sprouts.

Absolutely incredible. So impressed with the brands. I always walk into sprouts extremely stressed out trying to remember which brands are the good ones. which ones havent been sold out...ect. Well I dont have to worry about that here. Freakin awesome. My new go-to store. Oh yeah and the hair care and beauty products and books. Amazing! just amazing.

Great prices on most. Ive been shopping there since day one and Since Mgmt change no longer greeted by staff and staff looks so stressed/sad. The new manager never greets the shoppers like the others did. Since the move/management change they have lost their small town sweet friendly feel.

I come to this store once a month for sure, what i learned is DONT BUY anything in the produce section. Their fresh produce is rotten. I bought spaghetti squash and is rotten, they put a bar code sticker right over the rotten area. My advice dont be afraid to peel off sticker to see what exactly you are paying for. This is Natural store, and selling rotten food...I usually buy nuts, seeds, and different supplements. My opinion dont buy fresh produce or sea food in small stores like this one. They dont have fresh inventory often.

Just returned from getting a GREAT chair massage from Joi. It was my first time in the store and I was impressed with the selection of vitamins, oils, etc. Found the same liquid vitamin supplement Sprouts carries for $31 for $23 here. Thats all I could compare but looking forward to finding more deals.

The more I research food, where it comes from and how to grow it, the more I realize the extent which Natural Grocers is committed to stocking REAL organic food/supplements. Also, the staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful . The store has a well organized layout. My husband and I shop almost exclusively at Natural Grocers.

Really good! Myself alone is distributing the many more often I am requiring there does opinion only more to invent the cost worthy environments about income try distribute them. I am regularly explainful due to I am relinquishing the doubtable really risky environment where there is not any!

Today 8/13/15 was their big 60th anniversary sale. By the time we got there (8:30am) most of the items on sale were gone. We noticed a couple of people in checkout had loaded their baskets with multiple amounts of the same sale items. Very disappointing - setting a limit on how many one could buy would have allowed other customers to enjoy the sale. The 2 star rating is only for todays experience. Otherwise we enjoy the store and the great variety of organic products available.

Great staff and good range of inventory. Unlike Whole Foods, ALL their produce is organic. I first shopped with them in Boulder, CO, and I was very pleased to find they have several locations around the Dallas area.

The new store is very nice and much roomier than the old. I had 5* before nonetheless because of the nice variety and pricing here, along with typically polite staff, but its now so much better as you can walk through with breathing room. A location with windows is perhaps the only thing that may have made it better, as it is just a tad artificial inside when it isnt busy... It gives off an eery, quiet vibe of sorts. Anywho, produce is always fresh and the staff in that section have always been helpful. Theres really a strange bit of everything here if you look.

I like this store. They have items which I buy that are MUCH lower than a larger competitor of theirs. They have a VERY nice vitamin section and a VERY nice non-food section (books, soaps, toothpaste, specialty items).

Love their newer lication! Great staff and pretty good selection of Paleo, gluten-free free and dairy-free products. Will be back!

Good, but not a broad selection of choices

Found this store about a month ago and love it. Small but every food item covered. Prices are also comparable to that of the larger grocery store chains.

If you want trusted, knowledgeable advice on vitamins and supplements, this place is top class with VERY knowledgeable staff (Muna, ONeill, and all the other ladies) - they are patient, take their time, know their stuff. They have all sorts of obscure items you wont find many other places. Their return policy is reasonable. If you just want cheap, go to Walmart. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed.

Small, organic and cheap, the Natural Grocers in Richardson is a prime location for good deals on organic items. Vegans and vegetarians out there, this is your best bet!
