Weed Mobile. Store smelt like strong weed. Employees were unprofessional and didnt seem like they wanted to be there. Waited in line for 10 minutes and no helped or wasnt even greeted. I didnt feel appreciated as a customer, also I was unable to get T Mobile free Tuesday item because I will not wait that long without being greeted or attended to.
Had my first experience with T-Mobile Ridgeland, MS. Hands down the best place to go for a new phone! I was leaving my AT&T account (due to poor customer service and over fees) and that was a great decision! Ti, Devon, and staff were amazing! I will definitely recommend coming to T-Mobile in Ridgeland!

UPDATE: Still being charged for an iPhone 11 I don’t have. Called the company and got a credit… but instead of taking the phone off my account they just relabeled it as a tablet and continue to charge me (see pics below). So they just switched pictures to keep charging me. For all I know the rep that helped me took my phone, sold it, and pocketed the money… that’s an assumption I can make when I’ve been overcharged for months. Luckily the T-Mobile customer service gave me another credit and the “code dealer” so I can report this representative, who is cheating people at this store. Let’s see if they answer, or even respond to this review…***********************************Messed up my entire bill. I was suppose to get an upgrade..... the guy with the locs said that I would be getting an upgrade. I gave him my old phone took the new phone home.... turns out Ive been getting charged for both phones!!! Of course, I was visiting from out of town when I made this exchange and now no one is answering the store phone.
We came in to switch from ATT to TMobile. Ti, Chloe, Precious and Jevon were absolutely amazing! We had a nightmare trying to switch (because of ATT) and they were so helpful and patient with us through everything! Would come here everytime if we weren’t moving away! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! And only them! The best service hands down!

Sold a bad phone to me. Returned for an exchange next day only to be charged $45 restocking fee. Even then did not have replacement phone in stock. Told to wait for 5 days for the replacement. Was attended to by a very angry customer service representative. The fat girl in particular. Very rude . Wonder why she was feeling too big to address my problem. Bottom line, I walked into this store with a phone and yet walked out without a service. Had to call the cops on them even though there was nothing they could do to address the matter. Untrained and bad customer service experienced here. Please be careful doing business with them. Especially the fat black hoodrat service girl. She is soooooo terrible. Be warned. ......
