This ‘Made in America Shop’ has a great selection of High Quality Beautiful Furniture!!! In wonderful Downtown Rochester. I wouldn’t go any place else.

About 10 years ago, we bought a corner storage unit from At Home in downtown Rochester. Just the other day, the door that drops down wouldnt close and upon inspection, I saw the hinge was bent. After trying to hammer it back into position with no success, I drove over to the store and explained my predicament. I walked out exactly 10 minutes later with a new duplicate hinge that solved the dilemma. At no charge! This is SERVICE! And a reason to buy there again!

Very saddened to have spent an hour in the store with our infant daughter discussing custom living room furniture with Marion with no callback on color options as promised. Nearly a month has now passed, with my husband reaching out via email to follow-up two weeks ago and no answer. I feel our business is not important to them despite wanting to support local.

I really like this place. I had 6 custom tables made for my living room. Great quality, great appearance and the price was about the same as similar catalogue items from Ethan Allen (a story for another time). Lead time also about the same. I will be visiting them again.

EXTREMELY disappointing service! While they have beautiful furniture, these folks have no clue how to run a business professionally. Bought four kitchen chairs, but they could only find two on the floor. Said they would call me when they located the other two in their storage area. I tried calling a week later, but I was only able to leave a voice mail message on their answering machine. Over the course of the next three weeks, I left messages on a weekly basis. They finally answered their phone on the fourth attempt and told me they had to order the chairs. They wouldnt give me a time frame until I threatened to dispute the charge on my credit card. Then they promised the shipment would arrive before the end of the next month. Fast forward a month, and I again had to call. Getting their answering machine again, I finally drove 30 miles to the store to make sure they were even in business. The owner acted like he had no idea I was trying to call, so I demanded that he go check his answering machine. He came back stuttering, Youll get your chairs! You have my word! Like his word meant anything at this point! I finally got my chairs two days later. No discount, no apologies. These people dont deserve to be in business! If you ever do have an issue with their furniture, dont count on them answering their phone or responding to your complaint!

Love this place! They made a custom sectional that fits our living room perfectly! Turned out so well we ordered a dining table too!
