My experience at Target Optical was excellent. Dr.Judy Chanthalangsy was very thorough in making certain my eye correction was perfect. The main reason I returned to Target this year was due to the amazing help I received last year from Linda, one of the eye consultants. She is more than exceptional in her experience in many facets of eye care. Last visit Linda found the best frames for me I couldn’t have been happier until today. She selected by my request, all four frames for me. I never would have looked twice at them, but after trying them on I absolutely love every one of them !! Everyone in the Optical Department is very friendly. I can’t help my partiality to Linda, she is the BEST.... personality plus and humorous to boot!! Thank you Target Optical for an excellent experience today.

Great people and great fashionable frames! Everything was brand name! Definitely worth the money! The Doctor was very helpful and friendly as well. I was a little bummed out when I found out that I needed bifocals but they helped me get the perfect pair of Oakley eyeglasses. I actually look forward to wearing them!

The Eyewear Techs are great, but the lady that does the eye test, before you see the Optometrists is rude and crass. The Optometrists was fine.

Look for Jessica if you want a good customer service. It was a rare find this time.My insurance allowance was claimed for eyeglass lens that I have not ordered. But she made several phone calls to insurance to correct the problem. Thank you.

The State Street Manager in Rockford Jessica is the best. We had a problem with the prescription from the lab . She took care of it, with out a problem, very compassionate. Knows her stuff !! Extremly knowledgeable

Great doctor and friendly customer service.

Great experience with this place. The price for a contact lense (contacts) exam was the second lowest I could find in town. That was my main need really. The optometrist was pleasant and Linda was super super helpful and nice. Im glad I made an appointment here!

The doc himself does a great job but the customer service at the service desk is terrible.

Ive gone to Target Optical in Chicago and this one in Rockford. I like that its easy to get to and service is good. They arent as organized or communicative as my old Target Optical in Chicago (few things are when Chicago is your benchmark), but took care of me and provided me the contacts I needed!

Staff is always very helpful. Jessica has been helping me choose my frames for the last 5 yrs!
