Absolutely Terrible @!! Wouldnt give me an exam for contacts because insurance didnt cover it even tho I called in advance to verify! Charged me a bigger copay than I was told, didnt file with my insurance and keeps sending me bills and appointment reminders! Also instead of the glasses prescription being good for the usual 2 years he made it good for only 1 year!!!Plus I had to wait over an hour for my appointment!!

I had the new Clarify exam and it was a great new experience. The staff and doctors were all very friendly and thorough. I would recommend and or all my family will be having are eye care done at Dr. Facchiano & Associates. Thank you again for all your great eye care services.

The technology used in the eye exam is top notch. All the equipment used is digital which made the eye exam very precise and I felt confident in the prescription that was written. I was the first appointment of the day so my exam was completed in 30 minutes. I have been here before and I would allow around an hour for a typical eye exam.

Overall great experience. my technician Giselle was very polite and walked me through everything as well as the doctor very polite.

Dr. Facchiano, Lauren & staff have shown professional care restoring my daughters vision through CRT lenses. Corneal refractive therapy is advanced care for people suffering from near-sightedness. My daughter wears CRT contacts at night & then dosnt need glasses during the day! You have helped her come outa her shell by being more out going, confident and improved scholastic performance in school because she finally has the vision she needs to succeed! I have attempted to contact Dr. Facchiano to discuss an event that occurred in his office. I reached out on 1/28 and again on 2/5 (via email) with no response. I am not satisfied at all with the service I received and am confident he is not aware of the poor service some may be receiving from his staff.

My family Met Dr Dienes on April 26th of 2016. The staff was nothing but courteous and kind from the moment we walked in. I felt like Dr Dienes and her staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. She spent over 45 minutes testing and evaluating my daughter because my daughters vision measured at 100/20 which is very very bad and i was very upset. Dr Dienes assured me that she could help get my daughters vision better and explained that she would see my daughter monthly and work with us to help my daughters eyes be in the best health possible. I highly recommend Dr. Facciano and Associates. Thank you Dr Dienes for helping my families eyes be the best they can be.
