I was a first time customer and brought my 2003 cobra in because there was a screeching noise coming from the right side. Under promised and over delivered. Had me in and out in about 1.5 hrs for a flat repair, rotation, and alignment.Friendly staff, didn’t try to sell me on anything I wasn’t asking for.I worked from there waiting area and they made sure I didn’t leave anything behind when it was time to leave.

They have good quality service, and give you updates on your vehicle asap. Eric helped me out with my vehicle and was extremely helpful!

Had an appointment this morning for 9am wheel alignment. I arrive and prepared to wait for the 1 hour. They told me it would be about a 3 hour wait at least because they are backed up. Horrible what is the purpose of having an appointment? I obviously made an appointment because I am short on time. Absolute horrible!

Outstanding service, quick turn around time.

Misleading on time needed. Online appointment said one hour. When I got there the rep said two hours. I was using my lunch hour to get my tire repaired. He said he only has one person working because everybody else was on their lunch. Disappointed because their location is right down the street from my work which was very convenient.

Even short-staffed, Eric was able to get my puncture repaired faster than promised.

I was in a pinch and Damon squeezed me in at last minutes notice they earned me definitely has a customer

Went in and told them specifically what the issue was, the brake light stopper, an issue Ive had before in this car. Clearly a mechanical one as I can fix it with a rope tied to my brake peddle, a less than ideal long term fix. 4 hours and they call to say they cant fix it. I walk there from my apartment to get my car before they close for them to tell me they ran an electric diagnosis and I would have to go to the dealer.... They didnt even check the brake light stopper. They wont sell me one to do it myself as they dont keep parts, they are stored 20mins away. He outright said to my face he could fix it but it couldnt be done today because they were closing. That why I took it there 5 hours before they closed..... It took me 5 mins to youtube a solution in front of him.

Went in because my tire pressure indicator came on. The technicians quickly helped me out and checked my tires. They aired them up and it was good to go. Very friendly and efficient. I will definitely go here for any tire needs.

Service is sooooo slow no matter when I come in. Had a 2pm appt for a tire patch and didn’t get done till 4:30pm. Ridiculous!

I had an appt at 10:30am and they told me it would take an hour 1/2 which was fine by me! Waited and came back around that time and my car has not even been worked on yet. I would think having an appt ... it would be first priority. If it was a long wait time.. they should of communicated that with me and let me know.. because I was expecting to have my car 2 hours later from what they told me. Just wish for better communication, but overall they took care of my car well.

For the past year, Ive taken my cars here for tires and routine maintenance. Overall Ive been happy with the service Ive received. The customer waiting area is clean and maintained. So far, I would recommend this place to others not needing (or wanting) to go to a dealership for oil, tires, etc.UPDATE: Unfortunately I have to reduce my rating for this location. My most recent visits have shown a marked decline in the quality of the service I have received.

I went to Sam’s Club where they tried to sell me a new set of tires all because of a screw in my tire even though my tired are nearly brand new! I can here and I was greeted and helped immediately! Was in and out in under 30 minutes.

They provide a lot of services, and they were honest. I received a through inspection with quotes that I will keep my car happy. Bonus: they area provides lots of entertainment while you wait.

These guys are awesome! I had a slow leaking tire for months that the other stone-Fire tire shop across the highway couldnt figure out where it was coming from after multiple return trips. These guys took the time to take the tire off the wheel and found a piece of metal that could not be seen from the outside. All within 30 minutes! Thank you!

Absolutely worst service Ive ever had. Not only did they rip out my side view mirror and shove it back into the socket of where it should have been and then let me drive away with it broken, they also destroyed my ac compressor (which was working fine before we came in) but after we left, my ac that had always worked perfectly fine was shot. We told them to fix whatever needed fixed and spent over $2,000 and 3 days in the shop, just to leave and need more tuning up after we left.

One of the gentlemen working named Eric was rude to me when I came up to pick up my car because I did not return their call and just came to pick it up. I only went in for an oil change. He said that he guessed he give me quotes for what needed to be worked on. And then walked away. I had my husband come in because I didnt like his tone and he totally changed it demeanor and was so nice to my husband. Just because Im a women and didnt call you back so you can make more money off of me does not give you the right to be rude

On my first visit I was in a jam with a flat tire 20 minutes before their closing time. Not only did they not care, they were quite rude when advising me they refused to repair it.Second visit several months later, waste of my time. Waited what seemed forever to be helped only to learn they did not have my tire size (which a very common size). Guy who waited on me was a jerk for unknown reason.GO TO LES SCHWAB! I did and things were great.

Always a long wait, 2+ hours, but only because of laziness. You are better off going to wall-mart down the road.

A bit pricey, but you get good service for your money. I tried to get American made tires put on here, but when they showed up - they were made in Chile. The install was done well and the mechanic did a good job explaining what they did and why.

I brought a rental car in to get repaired & the damage was too extensive for them to repair, had to get towed to the dealer. Spencer took the time to help me get a tow & deal with the rental company. Five stars and a big thanks to Spencer and Goodyear for their excellent customer service.

Quick & decent. Sadly they dont seem to be knowledgeable enough to use shims when needed for alignment.Otherwise I do recommend them.

If you have to do business here (Inever will again) make sure you check their pricing on parts. My dad got a quote at a different shop for tie rod ends, $38 each. I brought the car to Goodyear for the repairs, and they wanted to charge me $118 each. They tried to feed me some bull about red box parts vs blue box parts but when it came down to it, they gave both parts the same warranty. So, I waited for them to get the cheaper parts but still let them do the work. My usual mechanic had my car on the lift today (1 week after Goodyear did my tie rod ends) and discovered both nuts and tie rod ends were loose. Luckily for me, nothing came off during my travel over the last week, or I would be much angrier than I currently am, to say the least.

This is an edit to a previous review I had left. Just recently 9/3 had my vehicle in for a fire rotain and balance and was there for over two hours. Not too bad considering but then in had asked to make an appointment for my mother down the following day and when we arrived Matt Koch one of the customer advisors was not listening to what we were saying. He could not find the appointment that had been made the previous day. We had told him them at we were there for an alignment and rotation and then two minutes later asked if we were there for an oil change. Needless to say the customer service has gone down him since they first opened and seems to be that unless you are spending big money that day that they are in no rush to help you get in and out in a timely manner. Dont think we will be returning.

They failed to rotate the tires and then tried to convince me that they did. It wasnt on their work order and they tried to pass the inspection off as a rotation. I later confirmed this because I insisted they rotate the tires and when they went to take them off they had no idea where the key to the lug nuts was. I had to get it out for them. They dont mind the up-sells but dont want to be bothered with the free services.
