This place has good bubble tea in a wide variety of flavors. There are interesting snacks for sale, too; there is an assortment of little cakes. The staff are quite nice.

Bubble Tea Cafe is amazing and I can not speak highly enough about this place. It is now owned by two wonderful women: Tina and Ruby. I have been going here at least three times a week for years and the quality has always been phenomenal. The bubbles are the perfect consistency and the tea and flavoring is great. They have so many choices that your sure to find something that works for you. They not only have great bubble tea but also make fruit smoothies and cookies as well. There rewards program is the best out there with by six get one free. I absolutely love this place!

Best milk tea in town. Other places use only milk powder 🤢🤮 but here you can use soy milk,almond milk or whole milk and I think the soy is better. Mango milk tea with soy...yummy!!!!. The lovely lady behind the counter is so nice.

This is my go to place for good Thai milk tea. The tea is always just the right amount of sweet and sugar...no bitter aftertaste either from that too long brewed thing. They have dairy free options for my milk where I love to have it made with coconut milk with just a little boba...though admittedly I would have more boba if my body could actually process it because it is the fresh kind so I still want some in it since its so delicious versus tge pre-made stuff. Plus this is the only place I can get a 32 oz size for less than I can get 2 Thai iced tea at places. Good service, great value and just a good milk tea. I come from Laurel and stop by to get one every time I need a pick me up or am on my way to VA.

This is the best boba in Maryland. Its not a chain and every drink Ive had there is delicious. Try the cookies they sell too (homemade) theyre incredible as well.

A+++! The lychee is good, the owner/staff works very hard, you can see it happen right in front of you! Quaint little bubble tea cafe, has a very distinct vibe inside. The teas here are really good and I love the variety of flavors they have that are different than standard bubble tea cafes, and you can tell the tea is always fresh. The portions are good, the large is huge!! Would recommend.

This is by far my favorite bubble tea place to go to in Rockville, if not all of Maryland. Every franchised bubble tea spot In Rockville has a powdery taste to the bubble tea. It’s not smooth and doesn’t taste real. With the bubble tea at bubble tea cafe, you can actually taste the tea and the flavor and it tastes so amazing! It tastes like how actual bubble tea should taste like. I cannot stop raving about this place. The sweet ladies who run this establishment are always a pleasure to talk to and always get the orders out fast.

This small cafe is a nice and cozy place to get bubble tea. There is seating and a warm friendly atmosphere. I would recommend hot black tea with boba bubble. There is a selection of tea flavors and jellies.

The best bubble tea shop in the area. Taiwanese style bubble tea with perfectly cooked bubbles (never chewy, never crunchy, never under-cooked, properly sweetened). The teas arent super-sweet, and the bubbles are perfect. The couple than runs this place is really friendly and do great work.I havent been to a single other bubble tea place in MD or VA that consistently got the bubbles right. Ive *never* been disappointed here.

Definitely the best alternative over Starbucks any day of the week. The owners are so friendly and make you feel welcome. The juice tea and milkshakes are amazing and have a frequent buyer reward card that makes you want to keep coming in since its so good and refreshing after a long day of school or work. 10/10 would go there again.

I had the banana bubble tea and it was good, better than getting those prepackaged bubble teas. It was mildly sweet, which I prefer over a lot of sugar. The banana flavor was very mild, Im not sure how the other flavors are. Since im not from the area I was a little confused about parking but found it easily enough. I will go back if Im in the area again.

This is the BEST bubble tea in the Rockville area Ive ever tasted! The quality and taste of the drinks are always consistent. Super smooth and creamy, excellent flavor and the pearls are perfectly soft and chewy! My favorite is the taro smoothie. Its addicting!! ❤ Great customer service as well! I was invited to this place by some girlfriends from high school and so I went and met there last night. Its really nice. The place has an interesting ambience. The music is just low enough and the milk teas are very good.

This is hands down the best bubble tea in town. They use real tea, the boba are always perfect, and theres ample customer parking in the garage next door. I drive from Bethesda to go here over a shop I can walk to. Plus, its a great mom and pop style shop.

I stumbled upon this place after leaving a nearby salon. The place was empty except the woman behind the counter. I love the basic no frills menu. So many trendy boba spots have so many customizations that ordering can become annoying or sometimes you forget. No need to tell her how much ice or sugar, here...she just knows what tastes good. They will certainly still honor such requests! The service was friendly and fast. I was also pleasantly surprised by the tapioca balls! Their boba is slightly smaller than average, flavorful, and so fresh for how (not) busy they seemed. Ill definitely be returning (with my frequent buyer stamp card)!

To me, their bobas are the main attraction. They are a smaller size compared to KFT and Tea-Do. They are cooked perfectly with a good amount of chew and was not too bland and not too sweet. I actually like this boba size the best. It feels different than the other new rivals. Their bubble tea is not too milky and not too sweet. No need to tell this place the sugar/sweet level.Would come back to try out their other flavors. They are one of the rare boba establishments with chocolate bubble tea.

You cant throw a rock in Rockville without hitting a place that sells bubble tea, so it takes a lot for a shop to stand out.Their Japanese green tea turned out to be matcha, but it was pretty good with lychee popping bubbles. My wife wasnt as thrilled with her almond flavored thing, but we both liked the quality of their drinks and ability to customize sugar level.Its a small shop, but it has space for a few tables, outlets for laptops, and free WiFi.My only criticism is that I want there to be more real tea (e.g. unflavored oolong, without milk), but that applies to all of the bubble tea shops in the DMV.

I use to come here a lot a while back before kung fu tea and teado opened. I was so hyped up about those two places that i forgot how great this place was. I went back recently and i loved it. I got a large mango green tea (juice tea). Their green tea is probably the best out of all the bubble tea places that ive been to. It has a very nice flowery taste to it which compliments the mango flavor very well. I like this place a lot becuase they dont drown their bubble teas in syrup, you can take the syrup but you can also taste the tea. My favorite part though is the bubbles. I dont know if they soak their bubbles in brown sugar/ honey, but it doesnt taste like it....i really like this! The honey/brown sugar soak is overwhelming at other bubble tea shops. Their bubbles are sweet but the sweetness doesnt interfere with the tea itself. The bubbles are also really tiny which I love. If you havent been here give it a try, its not fancy and dressed up like other places but its really good!
