This is my favorite ice cream place around. With revolving ice cream flavors for different seasons and choices of sweet toppings. This is a cold stone style ice cream place. They sell ice cream cakes here too and dessert pizzas.

Delicious ice cream and professional employees. Watch out tho, the strawberry shake is addicting! Actually everything there is addictive. Thank God I live far, i wouldn’t imagine myself living near such a place! 😅Had a great time with the kids and the wife.

I’ve visited this place many times throughout the years, and it’s always been absolutely delicious. The ice cream is always so sweet and perfect and the wide variety of topping choices only make it better! Especially love the birthday cake flavor. I always get the kids size because it’s more than enough for one person already! One small comment is the contamination - using the same scoops for different ice cream flavors and toppings could be a danger to someone with allergies! I’m happy to eat here but someone with but allergies like my sister might want to reconsider.

Peanut Butter and Banana flavors were solid. Cotton Candy is usually good, but today had a powdery taste. Someone at store should sample before serving.

Best ice cream in the world, I travel 20 minutes to go here instead of closer stores because its that good. The employees are so sweet and it is such a great environment at Marble Slab. Its absolutely delicious and my favorite place to be.

Very lovely place, and popular too. The store is a tad bit small and with the whole covid thing going around its probably best to wait when there are less people. The ice cream and sundaes were great, the staff were friendly and helpful. And the older gentleman helped explain to us the differences between some of the choices available which I thought was very kind! Great place, I highly recommend visiting!

So good, especially the frozen yogurt birthday cake flavor. Need more sugar free flavors, but lots of full -sugar and full-fat choices. Would love rum raison for Fall.

I visited this shop for the first time, on Tuesday, and 2 days later Im still raving about it to my friend. It was so smooth, creamy, and VERY delicious. I regret not buying more. I will definitely be back to try other flavors.

They are fantastic! Every time Ive ordered from them, they met every request I had and gave me a delightful treat (or treats, COVID weight gain is real). The only bad experience I had was when an UberEats driver took too long to make a delivery and gave me a very soupy delivery that spilled all over my kitchen. But thats not the creameries fault, because the several other times I have ordered, my treats arrived in perfect condition. The point is, delivery services suck, this place rocks, come try their awesome stuff. If you want a recommendation, do the make your own shake one, with red velvet cake, brownies, cookie dough and oreo cookies. It sounds like a lot and it is a lot......of awesome!

The Ice Cream Place is good. The have lots of flavor. My favorite is the Charcoal Cocoa. They are fast and the prices are good. Great place to bring your family and to enjoy the town center facilities.

Good, quiet place adjacent to parking lot C. Interior is perfect, open space to eat your food. Outdoor seating everywhere. As for the food, a bit small on the liquid portions, but their ice cream is great!

We make efforts to stop at this shop above any other ice cream parlors. The atmosphere is always cheerful, employees helpful and courteous even with excited children hopping about (its ice cream, who ISNT excited?!) and the environment is consistently clean and maintained. There are very few eateries I feel less stressed upon entering--especially with sugar involved--but thanks to the great work by cheerful staff, I honestly enjoy myself in this shop.

Great flavors, good service, quick turn around even with a line, and reasonable prices. If you like the cold stone Ice cream model, this is a good alternative. Convenient location.

Saw their reviews online and I just had to check them out. They have amazing ice cream and a wonderful selection of flavors. I also love the way they present their ice cream. Definitely one of my favorite places.

The ice cream is excellent. Good variety of toppings, although they do not always have fresh fruit. Unlike some places, there is no charge for toppings, so get all you want. I find a small in a waffle cone is plenty of ice cream, unless youre really hungry.

This place offers a great selection of ice creams, with clearly listed allergens. The staff are very friendly and always very accommodating, using fresh scoops and getting ice cream from a fresh tray to avoid cross contamination for people with allergies. The fresh ingredients make for great tasting ice cream.

These guys have been around for quite some time and they never disappoint. I really love the way they experiment on a variety of flavors. I’ve been their loyal customer for quite some time now. Keep up with the great job guys!

One of the best ice cream ever.You can customize your ice cream at no additional cost.They dont put toppings on the top of the ice but rather melt the ice with it.I took a cone (which has a pretty good size) and I choose 5 toppings for 5 dollars. It was more than 3 regular scoops. Conveniently located around Rockville townsquare, you can enjoy your ice cream on the benches offered out there.

Cant say anything negative about the ice cream nor the ambience of the creamery. The ice cream didnt exactly knock me out of this world, but it hit the spot & the price point is about where you would expect it to be. The only drawback is that when I visited last Saturday evening the employees didnt seem too enthusiastic to see any of the the customers.

Ice cream and milkshakes are great but their ice cream cupcakes are their best kept secret. They always have them in the freezer in the lobby and theyre a big hit whenever you need to bring a desert somewhere!

The ice cream at this location was good, however the staff was uninviting and rude. Felt unwanted from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The girl attending us was very short and rushed us through the process. Im not knocking the business at all since the ice cream was good, but the service you receive is also a huge part of it which makes me never want to come to this location again.

The ice cream is only average and it probably would be better if toppings were added but the prices for this place is already ridiculous without the extra cost for a sprinkle of chocolate chips.The staff is normally high school students from the local high school down the street so service is only okay. Half the time when I walk past they seem like theyre playing around inside whenever its empty.

Delicious little ice cream shop in the heart of Rockville. Basically this place is the same as Cold Stone Creamery, so you cant go wrong with that.

This is one of the best designed Ice Cream Shops Ive ever been to, at least for a chain. I absolutely love all the decor. The covers for the lights hanging from the ceiling have sprinkles on them. There are jars of candy hanging from the ceiling. The front of the counter is filled with M&Ms and Reeses Pieces. Theres lots of bold colors (one of the walls has thick stripes). The decor is so cool I went inside the restroom even through I didnt have to go, because I thought the restroom would look just as cool. It didnt.Neither did the ice cream. When I arrived to the shop at 12 pm on a Tuesday afternoon, half of the ice cream containers were nearly empty, with nothing but scraps stuck to the sides of the containers. Your store opens at 11, and there is no way you can make me believe you sold out of those flavors in 1 hour, especially on a Tuesday afternoon, when no one is in Rockville Town Square.I understand if you dont want to make new product when you know it wont sell for a few hours (or a few days, if weekends are your only busy time) but cant you at least wash the container out, and even out the remaining ice cream so it looks a little more visually appealing? Does your store have no visual product standards? And since ice cream is good for a long time, why cant you fill up the container, even when its slow?I didnt think it was possible to make ice cream look bad (wait, actually Haagen Dazs does that all the time) but the ice cream here looked pretty bad.The ice cream itself was good, though the pretzels werent as good, and I probably would have given this place 4 stars if it wasnt for the presentation of the ice cream. For the record I ordered Sweet Cream mixed with chocolate covered pretzels.
