The staff at Rockville Public Storage was the most pleasant and helpful people that I have ever dealt with. The storage units were safe and in a neighborhood that you felt good about. We never went there without seeing someone cleaning or working in some way to keep the place safe and clean. We appreciate everyone that worked there and have told our friends where to go if they ever need a place to store anything. Best wishes to all these good people.

I have rented several units here for the past three years. The managers, Debbie and Darryl, are the nicest people you could meet. Theyre also very professional and friendly. The facility is always spotless. I only wish this facility had a gate and 24 hour access for us night owls.

This place is so clean. The prices are high but worth what you are getting. They have codes and alarms and everythingAlways have dollies to use which is sooooo awesome. Not like Public Storage at all on Randolph Rd. I mention them only because they are expensive for NO GOOD REASON...THE ELEVATES ATE ALLLLLWAYS BROKEN YOU have to run around and look for dollies which they only have 2. REALLY STUPID FOR $211 Every month. Plus no real security. The manager wont even return phone calls. She get the person in the office to relay messagesThis place here I believe its going to be awesome

The team at the front desk is really helpful and take their time to make sure you have what you need. The units are clean and availability is good. Location is good with plenty of parking. Dollies are available for use at the facility and there are (3) large roll up doors to get you in and out with your items.

EzStorage in Rockville is, hands down, the greatest storage center I have ever used. If I have rented at 8 or 9 different storage places over my years, this is clearly the best of all of them . .and by a wide margin. The place is immaculate, clean, well lit and always organized so that my trips are efficient and simple. This place is the best. The managers Daryl and Debbie could not be more sweet, and they run the place incredibly well with the storage halls consistently well organized and clean, well lit and easily accessible. As long as the rental prices dont creep up exponentially and get carried away, I would never chose to use another storage center. Highly recommend this place.

The building allows quick, easy access, is immaculately clean and well-lit. Its safe and secure. Hand carts are always available. Debbie & Daryl, the on-site managers, are simply wonderful -- gracious, friendly, professional and helpful. They do a fantastic job of managing the facility and made the moving and storing a seamless experience. Highly recommended. Best in class!

Daryl and Debbie are personable and helped make me feel a bit less stressed during this difficult time in our lives.

They always went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied with our unit rental and that it was adequately meeting our needs. This is a very clean climate control self storage center. Let me emphasize clean. The staff are professional and friendly. The prices are reasonable given the prices of similar places nearby, but note that they add mandatory insurance fees to the online advertised prices. Much better choice than the outdoor units in the area.

Always clean, and nice. Never have I seen trash on the property. Well kept, and no odors. But the lady at the front can be very nasty.

The couple who owns this ez storage, the Puskars are AMAZING. They clean the entire storage place several times a day, so the place is immaculate. The place smells good, and looks clean always. If you have any questions or concerns they are always there and welcoming to help. If you are there packing or unpacking for long the bathroom is spotless again always. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage unit.

My wife and I have been renting a unit here for a few months now, and both the facilities and staff are fantastic. The building is kept immaculately clean and well lit - the owners should honestly consider running all the apartment complexes and restaurants in the area as well. Staff are always helpful and friendly, and the price for renting a unit is very reasonable. Location is great too - just off the Pike. All in all, a great place to go to if you need more space.

The facilities are clean and I love how easy it is to get in to access my stuff when I need to. I feel like my stuff is secure because you can only access the floor that your unit is on and you need an access code to access the elevator. Id definitely recommend renting a storage unit from here!
