Have taken my car there for a couple years and always had quick friendly service. EXCEPT for the 2 weeks of the run around after having my daughter’s car towed there, they never contacted me with updates, I had to call them everyday for 2 weeks, and even stopped by in between the two weeks. I stopped in today to find out what was going on. Spoke to a new district manager (so sorry I didn’t get his name, but very tall and thin gentleman) I filled him in on the issue and the situation I was being told for the past two weeks. He was very apologetic and completely rectified the situation, that’s why I gave them 5 stars instead of the 0(1) star I would have given them.
Customer service was great, quality of work and pricing sub-par. I went in there by appointment to get the front end checked out. They told me what was wrong and it was the same problem as before when they told me the first time. They did the job which wasnt much and it was very expensive that shouldve fixed the noises but, it didnt. I dont even think they test drove the vehicle to because I had the same amount of gas as I did before I dropped it off. When they did the job and aligned my wheel. It wasnt aligned properly… Instead of drifting to the left, i drift to the right now.
Tony is amazing, excellent customer service. Only downside was they couldnt put the tire on for me due to my timeframe and their availability. Otherwise...they are great!
I had a nail or screw in my tire.They were unable to repair it but they did put my spare on for me at no charge.Tony and crew were outstanding!!
I just moved to the area and this was the first auto shop I went to. And I will for sure be going back for future car work. The team was great and they helped me out a lot. Fair pricing and great service.
Best auto place in Rosedale. They got me in right away and was upfront with me about cost. This place went up and beyond for me and literally took the stress off of me. Quick drop off was done in 20 minutes. Def HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!! WILL BE BACK !!!!

Absolutely horrible theyre definitely not on time and theyre expensive I have my vehicle in there for 7 days and are still waiting for parts If they literally could a drove to the center of the United States and back in the time it took Em to finish which Im still waiting
What was supposed to be a 1-2 day job has turned into a 5-day ordeal that they keep pushing back farther and farther. My car did have a complication that made the job harder, but I kept hearing the job would be done today, since friday morning, and now its sunday and theyve pushed it back until monday.
Called multiple times, put on hold for 10 minutes never picked up. Tried scheduling an appointment on line 635 pm didn’t respond until 722 am next morning confirming my appointment for next Saturday not today as I had a blowout Friday afternoon. Tried calling put on hold then hung up on. Called back never picked up! Never going back!
Was put on hold for 15 mins then they hung up. Trying to make an appointment. Called next morning after they open and no one answers the phone. Tried 5 times.

I wish I could give a 0 rating. They are not organized and customer friendly at all. My two or three time encounter were worse. I had an appointment only to get there and be told I wasnt booked for an appointment. At another time, they kept attending to other people who came after me despite though I got there on time for my appointment. This is the worst service center I know. Their mannerism is bad both on phone and in person.
Evidently the online service request scheduling department at Firestone does not bother to check with the local shop to see if they have tires your car will need on hand. Or bother to check that the shop has any technicians available for that time slot. Or bother to actually actively notify the store that there was an appoinment scheduled. So when you arrive the employees have no idea why youre there, and turn you away because they dont have the set of tires you want in stock, or any reasonably priced alternatives in stock, or any willingness to offer any kind of deal or special on what they do have. Then after taking your name & number and promising to order the full set of tires in and call you to set up a new appointment there, this shop cant even be bothered to. Also evidently they just use a canned reply, instead of bothering to actually read reviews.

Firestone Complete are great place for tires.But,after 2 weeks,I am still made at the one on Yellow Brick Road.I signed up on line,after being told too.i told what I wanted done, and other details.I came in the man repeated what I wanted done.The service manager was asked to check the brakes.He said I needed a new battery,telling something about the cells,so I said go ahead,and my back brake drum was inline.He said total would be $423.00.When they finished it was only $259.00.i said that cant be right,I dont know but it is what it says.I than read the papers.Wrong name,wrong work.I said this isnt me he said,well its what it said.I dont what to do.The last page,had wrong name, but my work done,except no battery.and a different price.It said battery was good. Why was I told battery was bad .Never will I go to this shop
They were so nice. They put air in all 4 tires. The next time I need tires, I will purchase there.
First they said they we will do courtesy check and then bugged me for $9.99.I have lifetime wheel alignment. My alignment was off, they checked it and that’s what it showed on report. Rather than fixing it they just gave the car back to me. What’s the point of buying a lifetime wheel alignment?There’s a guy in the store who is extremely rude. I asked him why the alignment was not fixed. He replied in a agitated way that my vehicle drives straight. Very unprofessional guy, didn’t explain me anything.I liked the previous management.
This place recently has new management and it is clear!!! Outstanding service! The new manager was genuinely concerned about the issue I brought to him and I could not be more pleased! Thank you!!
They always claim to be short on employees. Even if you make an appointment you will still wait 3-4 hours for an oil change.

Horrible customer service, I would never return here or recommend it to anyone. I called ahead yesterday, to fix an oil change and was given an appointment for 9.30 am. I arrived there 5 minutes ahead of my appointment and was told by the man I met there that there were no seats and so I would have to drop off my car. It was raining outside, and I told him I couldn’t walk back home or incur the extra cost of an Uber, find me a chair and I’ll go sit somewhere all by myself and wait. He refused. He preferred instead to ask me to leave. Bear in mind that I came in here today because I had an appointment for this time, I didn’t walk off the streets. I find that to be absolutely horrible. I had an appointment, if that time wasn’t going to work, the responsible and right thing to have done, was to call me and fix another time not to have me walk in and then dismiss me so casually. This is horrible. If I could give less than a star, I would have.
Best place to go, honest and trustworthy service! Had an appointment and called before cuz was running late and still took me and did the work quick. I appreciate you guys so much for making my car safe for my family!

Fantastic customer service. My car was done in a timely manner as promised! The manager, Justin Bishop, is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I did not get pushed into more expensive tires. All options were discussed, which was important since my youngest daughter was taking the car on a long road trip!
This place is horrible. I had an appointment at 1pm for an oil change. I come pick it up at 430 and they forgot I dropped my car off. This is totally unacceptable. If they would of said hey, we forgot to do it I would of been okay, but they played it off and was basically like we are going to do it now for you. Whats the point of making appointments and I understand it could get pushed back a bit but a quick phone call would of been nice.
If I could rate this place ZERO stars, I would!!! Please do not waste your money here. Horrible customer service and incompetent technicians Had to call corporate in order for work to be done correctly. The new manager, Amy, is a complete joke. After spending thousands of dollars here the end result was having to go to a different shop because the car STILL wasn’t drivable. They have no concern for the customer!!!!
The service exceeded my expectations. The people in the shop did a great job explaining various service requirements, which were most important, and the best way to tackle all of the issues. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and were not pushy at all. Getting my car worked on is always stressful to me, but they did a great job. Would definitely go back and would recommend to any and all to take their car there.
I know Firestone as many franchises might get a bad rep but the guys at this location are great! Since I had lifetime allignment I went to many different Firestones but this one is best hands down! Maurice was my mechanic, he his knowledgeable and overall great guy. Front desk guy was very helpful as well.
Came in at 8am so I was first in line.. was finished by 10:30am 2.5 hours for 4 new tires WITHOUT an alignment is way too long. But at least it wasnt lunch yet. But wait, there is more. Then after all that they found that one of the brand new tires had a leak in the sidewall and had to order another tire in. Said it would only take about an hour... but tiredidnt get out of there until 1pm.... so I spent 5 hours there in total. 8-10:30 is a bit much... and then add the extra 2.5 for a replacement tire...I had other work done there and same thing.. takes way to long. I thought it was a fluke so I would try again, but same thing!This is why I change my own oil/filter and brake pads.. waiting sucks, as well as being charged for something I can do myself.In the end I mentioned it to the manager and got 5% additional off as well as $30 off next alignment and a free oil change. I will be back when I have 4 or more hours to burn.

The work they do is good but it takes forever. They take appointments but a 20 minute took over an hour and a half because they were working on other cars. I also went in for what I was told would be a 45 minute tire fix and it took over 3 hours
First time going here. The experience was not bad at all beside the long wait time. Gave excellent customer service and did a very good job with my car. I would recommend anyone to come here.
Called firestone yesterday afternoon, explained I need tires and breaks ASAP Michelle checked to make sure she could get it done. I appreciated her checking considering a few other places were not as willing to see if they could meet my timeline. She called me back explained she could have it ready first thing in am considering she was waiting on tires two tires to be in at 8 from a delivery truck. Called in the am and spoke with darian he explained tires just got there and he was working on getting them on, I appreciated the communication I’ve received from both my people. My overall experience exceeds 5 stars. Thanks you Darian and Michelle.
Just want to start off saying I havent had my car to an auto shop in over 10yrs..ive done all my work except for alignment. Greg was great an fit me in on short notice not once but twice..I would have to say they have my business in future. Give Greg a raise, not to often you have someone that will do what he has done to make the customer happy.Rob in the shop was awesome also...took the time to get my alignment as best as he could..thanks again.
Took a company van in for a $50 A/C inspection. Without calling for authorization, service tech recharged A/C system and charged us $275. Repairpal.com says an A/C recharge for an NV2500 should cost between $123 and $156 in our area. Wont be going back to this location.

Gave 1 star cause no option for less,worst price gouging on parts Ive ever witnessed. Wanted to charge me 649.00 for the EXACT same parts from pep boys which is where they get parts from.i paid 249. For an exact sku# match on same parts.labor was extra of course. This has to stop.its illegal. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Im a woman with an 11 year old car, so mechanics tend to try to take advantage of me. Im not totally clueless about vehicles (my dad was a truck driver), so Im delighted to say I never get that old familiar ripped off feeling at Firestone!During my last visit, I had a brake light replaced and a synthetic blend oil change. I didnt mention to Firestone that another mechanic said my brake light is out because I have an electrical problem and recommended a specific electrical mechanic. Long ago, a mechanic damaged another car of mine to make money for the recommended mechanic, so instead of taking my car to that recommended mechanic or even telling Firestone the first mechanic said I have an issue, I simply asked Firestone to replace the brake light, which they did and which works just fine. Apparently, Firestone isnt in the business of damaging customers cars to line the pockets of an affiliate.I must also mention that during another visit to have brake pads replaced, Firestone voluntarily said theyd first try to resurface the rotors before recommending the rotors be replaced!! I suspected it was a tactic to convince me rotors are needed, but they said the old rotor resurfaced just fine. Ive never in my life ever heard of a mechanic not pushing expensive rotors each and every time brake pads are replaced!

Buyer beware, one of the employees stole some of my personal property out of my cars glove box. They had no permission to go in my glove box. Ive been a long time customer of Firestone, but this really makes me have second thoughts. I will DEFINITELY not leave my car overnight again, it gives them more opportunities to steal from your auto.

And the speedy work of the techs. mines today (William) that laughed at my fiancée and I corny jokes and did a wonderful job on the courtesy check. I was seen fast. Firestone in Rosedale always lets me know what and when something alarms them and should be taken care of. I will always return to this Firestone! Thank you so much for what you do.

DO NOT GO THERE !! I couldnt give a zero star. I went in because my car made a knocking noise from the wheel while braking and at high speed. I came in an left my car. hours later they call me with a laundry list of things 95% of the list had nothing to do with why I came in. I told them to take care of a few things that couldve been the issue which they strong armed me to buy there parts when I offered to bring it to them. They finished at 7 that night with the issue not fixed after testing it the next day. DONT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!! Im currently looking into contacting corporate to get my money back
Call to get a headlight replaced on Memorial Day morning got in there and out in less than 20 minutes I believe the young mans name was Darius very helpful

Was able to schedule my appointment same day after work for two new tires. Staff was very courteous and got me in and out very fast.
Over priced.They charge me for a $22 for a complete vehicle inspection and they didnt even do it.They charged me $10 for a car care package that they snuck into the Service agreement when I came in and said something they claimed I signed and approved it.This was for my company van, I or my company will never come back to this location.I originally came in for an oil change and wiper blades and they wanted to charge me $117 dollars with all the up charges.At this point Im not even sure they put new filters on and actually changed the oil

Way too expensive,they charged me $232 just to replace 2 light bulbs.And they dont let you know the problem and cost before they do it.

Frustrating. Everyone is nice and the salespeople are...salespeople. Competence of staff in the garage is random. Had four new tires put on had alignment done as well. Steering wheel was not centered. I came back and requested another alignment and centering the steering wheel (this was done two days later). Drove it again and alignment was still off (steering wheel still not centered). Decided to take vehicle to another Firestone Center (Annapolis). This time it was done very well and they showed me how the alignment that was done at Yellow Brick Raod was off.You can sell anything to anyone once. This place will not get my business again. I hope you avoid them too.

Every time I go here I have to bring my car back the next day because something ELSE is now wrong with it after I left the first time. Save yourself the time and energy and money, go to another location or somewhere else all together.
First let me point out that a prior five star review that I see for this location is written by someone named Tracie DAntoni which also happens to be the name of the manager at this location. Coincidence? Not likely.I initially stopped in to ask about getting a tire repaired and having my tires rotated. They said they did not have time that day so I set up an appointment for the following day. I asked about how long it would take since I had a plane to catch that day and they said about an hour. I returned the following day at my appointment time. Thirty minutes later I saw that my truck was still in the parking lot and had not moved, so I asked how much longer it would be since I had a plane to catch. They said I was next in line. About twenty minutes later I was approached and told that the lift that they needed for my vehicle was being used by another vehicle and that they did not expect to be finished with that vehicle for at least another hour. I was not able to wait. They knew what my vehicle was and that they would need that lift, they knew I had a plane to catch, they knew I had an appointment, yet due to their poor planning I had to return another day. I was offered no apologies. I called about 7am on another day to schedule another appointment that afternoon. I arrived at my appointment time. I waited about two hours before they finally pulled my truck in. All this time I sat in their waiting area with no heat because it was broken. They eventually came in and told me that the tire could not be repaired but they would sell me a new tire if they had the same one. Which they did not so I told them to put the spare on. The woman came in and told me that the mechanic could not get the spare off. I asked if they used the spare tire lock key and she said she did not know so I offered to go out to the truck and get him the key. When I got out there and spoke to the mechanic, he had no clue whatsoever what I was talking about or how to get the spare off using the key. I explained it and showed him. Even though I had given them details and it was written on the order for him, he still asked how I wanted the tires rotated. I told him and then went back to the waiting room. They returned about thirty minutes later to tell me that they could not rotate the tires because the mechanic said that both front tires were rusted on which is very doubtful and they were just going to put it all back together so I could leave. This ridiculous visit took three hours and cost me $20 just for them to finally put the spare on. They did not even take the time to pull out my mirrors that they had folded in, or to clean off the junk they sprayed all over my rims which was everywhere. I have never seen such incompetent and unknowledgeable mechanics in my life! I will never return to this location and will advise anyone else from taking their vehicles there as well.

Meh. Not the greatest experience, have had worse. Was told minimum 1.5hr wait for an oil change. I didnt have that time so I set up an appt for the next day. Was there on time the next day and still waited 2.5hrs for an oil change, with the vehicle physically inside for 2hrs of it. I usually do them myself, but weather hasnt been friendly. Idk how long it usually takes a shop, but that seems excessive, considering it takes me about 20 min tops. I didnt expect a 20min turnaround but, I mean, oil cap, lift, drain plug, oil filter, drain plug, drop, oil fill, oil cap. Pay and go. So, not the fastest place I think. Super friendly though and they didnt try to salesman me.

Shuttle??? That must be for family and friends I waited over 3hrs for brake pads and all because they had to go get a part well wherever they went the part must had to be created. There are 5 seats & like myself others were there for hours leaving myself and another customer standing, no offer from employees to get either of us chairs There was a rude unprofessional female employee who needs customers services training badly. I was quoted one price and of course I needed more done than originally told.

Awful. Just needed an oil change and battery replacement. I dropped it off, they told me about an hour and a half. Went to lunch, came back an hour and a half later, my car hadnt been touched yet. Had to leave to go back to work after wasting my time. All the customers waiting seemed unhappy for similar reasons. Extremely disorganized operation

Scheduled an appointment which was meaningless to them,walk-ins, returned work, many others with the same appointment time all have priority over your so called scheduled appointment. It is essentially walk-in first come first served. Take the back seat and be prepared to spend your whole day a Firestone @ Yellow Brickroad, Rosedale. Just one mechanic on duty on Saturday morning? They really need to think about customer service and satisfaction at this Firestone.

Completely horrible service I drop my car for a oil change came back 2 hours later and my car was still sitting there. I went and ask the employee about my car he had no reason why my car was still sitting outside and didnt get a oil change. Shaking my head
Very disappointed. Left my car overnight because I had a 7am first appt. Called a little after 8 that morning was told my vehicle hadnt even been looked at yet. Whats the point of giving appt if they dont follow them. Irritated to say the least. Have another appointment that Im going have to cancel or find a ride to. Management is always changing here. It use to be an okay place when I first started coming here. Now the wait times is RIDICULOUS. Not to mention they have a tendency of wanting to keep adding all these extras to your ticket.
