I was in a minor finder bender and Geico told me to find a repair shop so after reading many reviews I went with my gut and decided to come Expert Collision Center. Basically I was told my front head lamp would be replaced with a new one and it wasnt. After careful inspection after I got home I noticed the embedded scratches from the accident were just buffed over. I plan to reach out to Geico and have them investigate and have it repair properly. Please dont make the mistake I did. These people dont operate with integrity definitely took advantage of my family and the insurance company. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Wow!!! So pleasant, easy, and fair!! I spoke with the owner and he told me the best way to handle my wife’s fender work. Sure enough 2 days later the sanding, bondo-ing (or whatever, haha) and painting were done. Now it looks better than the original side that didn’t need work. And they charged the price they originally quoted me. So happy I used Expert Collision Service in Rosenberg. I had a great experience with Expert Collision my car looked just like it did when I drove it off the lot. Ms. Yvonne is great as well she answered all my questions I had and I was calling for weekly updates as well.

I dropped off my 2019 Jeep Cherokee on May 22nd to get the left side repaired. I was referred here by a good friend. I did not receive my vehicle until July 2nd. The estimated repair time was 14 days. It took 45. Keep in mind I was paying out of pocket for a rental throughout the entire process. They never reimbursed me for the extra time. The repairs were horrible. There was glass still in my vehicle and I have kids. Trash in the spare tire area. Window tint was scratched. They never kept me updated and got tired of hearing me call to get my car back nor offered to fix or apologize. They didn’t finish the repairs because they failed to contact my adjuster for additional damage. I lost money because I traded it in for a work vehicle that I needed ASAP. Overall I lost $3,000 for choosing this repair shop. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Just got my car today, Paint job was very excellent. They did a great job! also i was headed to the gas station and ran out of gas and was in the middle of a busy road, the owner of the paint shop saw me, rushed over immediately helped and assisted me out of the road to safety, to the nearest gas station. Hey its get no better than that. thank you guys so much. You guys deserve more than 5 stars.

Very good repair to my truck. Provided a written quote and time frame to complete repair....repair was performed above my satisfaction, for the amount they quoted and on time. Very friendly people to deal with. Hopefully I will not have another incident of vehicle damage, but if I do, would not hesitate to use them.

I am to the moon with joy!!!! My 2011 Camry was brought in with damage to the front right wheel well and some surrounding fender damage. My car rolled out looking like A MILLION $.
