Had a great experience with Jaime and the rest of the Finnegan team. They were without a doubt the best costumer service, I have ever received from any dealership. We ordered a Yukon XL from them because they were the only dealership that listened when we said we dont want dealer add ons. They were very helpful in the ordering process. With the chip shortage the car was delayed so Finnegan gave us a free of charge loaner until it showed up. The wrong car showed up for our order, but Jaime handled it with great aplomb. The Finnegan team is now my go to team for car purchases. I am looking forward to the next time I can purchase a car from them.

Amazing service!! I was traveling on the interstate to my home, over 200 miles away. I ran over something which caused my tire to go flat quickly. Jamie and his team got me in quickly and had the right tire for my vehicle. By the way, I was traveling with my dog and everyone was so nice to us. Ive been bringing my vehicles to Finnigan for about 8 or 9 years. I have had issues with their personnel in the past but their service chief Jaimie has always corrected any issues presented. The most recent visits can be considered a toss up. I cant say bad service, and I cant say excellent either. With new personnel, being straight and honest with the customer is all one really can ask. Im not sure I got that this time. My truck is back in the shop after picking it up and a couple miles later on the same day it stopped running. Im hoping for the trusted service I was given in the past, because this experience wasnt convincing enough to say excellent work was provided. Fingers crossed for a trusted diagnosis and repair.

Left my truck with the dealership for 10 days to get my brake noises resolved. After a few days of driving my truck, the brakes are still making a screeching sound when I apply my brakes. This has been an issue since I purchased the truck. No one seems to have an answer. The service department employees are fine people but that’s not fixing my problem.

I’ve been taking my car to this dealership for service for almost 2 years. The customer service is always top tier. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. They provide complimentary coffee, snacks, and wi-fi while we wait. The service advisors are professional and extremely nice.
Today I had a flat tire and went to the nearest garage. While there I asked for an oil change which they were unable to do because the oil bolt was stripped. Someone had then put a gouge in it so they could turn it rather than replacing it. I have always had my oil changed at the dealer. So hmmm. I left there and presented to the dealer for an oil change. I said nothing about the bolt hoping they would come clean. They did not. I complained to my advisor and he immediately confirmed the bolt was stripped. He apologized and offered to replace it next visit. However my faith in the service dept is now in question. Also. I want to mention that the tv in the waiting area was playing propaganda. I turned the volume down but an employee came and turned it up. I ended up choosing to sit outside rather than listen. Please consider programming that doesnt offend.

Please tell me why finnegan auto has had two of my cars for two weeks and they still haven’t fixed my cars. They call me today to say that they are working on it but, can’t promise me it will be done by Friday. I have a son leaving too college and my other starting school on Monday and we have no cars. 😑 This is so frustrating. I took my truck to Bayway Lincoln and they got my truck done in 2 days. All I know is I need my card ASAP!! The service people are sweet but, the people working on the car gets too get it done. They would not like it if I said I can’t pay them when the job is done! Oh and side note is one of the cars is brand new!

Truck recalled due to def Airbag Takata Took it to dealership Had to sign waiver to replace it if they damaged dashboard I refused to sign but Rep told me they could not do wrk to replace it unless I sign Y’all must have cracked a few or you wouldn’t have me sign that you were not responsible for damage if they crack it. Told me it would be over thousand to replace if they crack it For one thing I didn’t put this AirBag in from China when I purchased new. Truck. Guess what. You cracked the dashboard Finnegan Chev. This is a safety issue so air bag should had been replaced. Regardless of what might happen. Waiting on call from Service Manager Drove truck back after I picked it up and adv Service mgr. Still waiting to hear what they are going to do about dash.
I DID NOT LIKE IT ALL, BECAUS ETHEY CHARGED ME ALL THAT MONEY TO GET MY CAR FIXED, COME TO FIND OUT THEY DIDNT EVEN FIX WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT, BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS IS THE PROBLEM ONCE THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED ME THE MONEY FOR WHAT THEY SAID WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR AT FIRST, BUT WANTED TO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA 1,000 PLUS ON TOP OF THE 960$ FOR WHATEVER ELSE THEY JUST FIXED. SO IM STUCK WITH MY CAR UNFIXED AND ON EDGE WAITING ON MY CAR TO JUST CONK OUT ON ME AT ANY TIME. SO NO I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY SERVICE. BECAUSE I FELT THE TECH SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THE MAIN PROBLEM AT FIRST.

Awesome experience. The sales associate (Ali) was courteous, attentive and thoughtful in helping us selecting the right vehicle and getting us on our way. The sales manager (Dave) was very responsive and worked to get us a fair deal.We had an issue with the vehicle upon delivery but Dave and Ali worked very hard to make sure the issue was resolved quickly. I have bought many cars in the last 50 years and never had a better experience than this.

If I had known, I could have made arrangements for a vehicle since yall did not offer one. You should offer a loaner vehicle when having someones for over 48 hours.

Robert helped my wife and I out a lot. When we first contacted him he explained that their was a shortage in the new 2021 Yukon SLTs. He informed of us all the inventory they had coming in, and we eventually put down a deposit on the one we wanted. After a few weeks we grew a little bit anxious and wanted updates on the vehicle. Robert informed us that they vehicle hasn’t come in yet but as soon as the status changes and/or it arrived he will contact us. The vehicle showed up a few days later and he immediately contacted us. It was later in the day so we weren’t able to get to the dealership that day, but Robert took the time in his off day to come up and help us the following day. Purchasing the vehicle was a quick and easy process. The entire staff was friendly and safe (Everyone wore mask and social distance). All in all Robert and the Finnegan staff made this a easy process for my wife and I . Thank you all.

The service guys are nice and professional. But the service as a company is horrible. It took me 2hours and a half to get an oil change. My appointment was set for 11:30. I arrived at 11:20... but this is always the case. It takes for ever to get an oil change. I’m taking my truck elsewhere from now on.

This place don’t even deserve one star . Worst service ever truck has been in and out for 6 months and can’t find the issue on a 2018 GMC Denali 2500 HD. All they say is “ truck is running as designed per engineer bulletin bored “ even after there manager of service diagnose the vehicle 2 times after test drive and stated “ there is definitely something wrong with transmission shifting “when the problems happened after a manufacturing issue with a transmission line that popped due to rubbing on bumper Bracket causing truck to come to a grinding, popping hard stop from 80 mph speed.

Went in for maintenance routine oil change tire and rotation balance. And only thing they have done was rotate the tires did not even balance them I hope They did a proper oil change it said they filled my windshield wiper fluid but I’m still sitting on empty I cannot drive past 80 otherwise my car started shaking out of control. And my car is only a year and a half old brand new car

Due to transmission issues, I called Finnegan Chevrolet for an estimate because they were within my 100 mile AAA towing coverage. They quickly provided an estimate and answered all my questions. My service advisor, Keith Janak, was very friendly and helpful. He was able to replace my transmission within 24 hours and the final price was less than the estimate. I will definitely use them again.

Salesman rushed me in over the phone saying he had “a truckload of Tahoe’s just arrived to chose from” that I should hurry in for a chance to pick one out. They were all sold orders, except a basic one with no options that he knew I had no interest in. Total waist of time driving out there and back, and an overall aggravating experience!
Excellent service provided by candy. Upfront about issues with the product that was to be installed in my vehicle. The product was floor liners and upon installation it was discovered they were used floor liners. New product has been ordered and will be installed in the next couple of weeks. I am beyond pleased with a service that I received at Finnegan.
