My car had 5 alerts come up at the same time, as well as the Brake System light while I was out of town, and I was pretty worried about taking it into the shop and having to take a whole day off to get it looked at. I was assisted by Mr. Rolando Flores and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He even showed me how to recalibrate my tire alert and let me know this was just an issue related to a recall and nothing serious. I took my car in at 7am and had it back by 10:30am so I am thrilled. Happy to return back here again!

We rode a Lyft 30 miles from this location under the impression that the representatives understood our guidelines/concerns for car buying before arrival. This dealership would have gotten no stars if possible strictly for communication. It was well understood that car purchase is case by case, however upon arrival I set expectations such as minimum and max amount willing to put down for purchase . Sales reps insisted they could assist and even let us test drive just to be informed the vehicle that THEY chose ( even though I had informed them what was suitable for my family )was not approved due to the mileage . Something that should’ve been confirmed before allowing a potential buyer to test drive . In total we spent 4 -5 hours at this dealership trusting that they would be working actively and taking consideration of our guidelines only to be informed by a rep that the reason for poor communication is because “ He was trying to just get the job done “ NEGLECTING CUSTOMER and family with small children who has informed you of the wait time being bothersome . In the end they tried offering a much smaller car for same price, a car that had severe VISIBLE water damage, as well as informed us that the cars we approved for online was not on the lot or has been prepared/in preparation for auction . Leading us to dissatisfaction in every area of service that the dealership offered.

Gillman Honda of Fort Bend did an excellent job in ordering my 2022 Civic Sport for me at a great price. My experience at the dealership was better than most, but I did have to wait a long time even with an appointment scheduled. My vehicle was also missing a package that was supposed to come installed but theyre working on getting that fixed. Overall a great experience at this dealership, and I love my new car!

My salesman was Bryan Profit. I have to applaud his work ethic and determination. While I was in a sticky situation he was able to get me into the car I wanted and will probably drive until I can’t anymore. He also is very personable, as we all know dealership visits can be long and stressful, but that wasn’t the case with him! Lastly, the new dealership is beautiful with nice amenities!! Great experience with this dealer. After going to 5 dealers looking for a reasonable value on my trade. I went into Honda Fort Bend. Everyone was so wonderful to work with. From start to finish everyone was professional. Not only did they give me a great deal on my trade but they then proceeded to give me a great price on a new car and another used car for my daughter. I recommend them to anyone looking for reliable cars. You wont be disappointed.

Took Pilot in after various warning lights came on. Dropped off on a Friday evening and they were able to secure a loner car for us to use while car in for repair. Nice thing was had just received a coupon for a discount on service repair so that plus the loner made it easier to get the repairs done.

As far as I can tell, they do a good job with repairs--its only been a few days, though. But everything seems like its working like it should. Service staff are friendly & attentive--they didnt keep customers waiting when I was there. They have a very good waiting area, comfortable and spacious. They are determined to upsell repairs, and I suspect a good deal of what they recommend are not necessary; but thats true of every car repair shop. They have specials/coupons, but make sure you mention them up-front. I needed more work done than Id anticipated, so I only brought the $80 coupon in when my repairs were done--he said he couldnt apply it without a Managers approval, and they were in a meeting. (Customers come second to meetings.) Id already waited 4 hours longer than the estimated time for my repairs, so I let it go. Just be prepared if you see a special/coupon you like. Overall, a decent experience, just not a great experience.

He answered every question we had and went above and beyond for us, he even introduced us to the service department and helped us schedule our first service. I brought my car in for an oil change which is Honda’s express service. I have always great experience with purchasing a vehicle fromHonda but have been disappointed with this particular location. I was told during the week day that my car would take 2 hours for an oil change. After 3 hours I hadn’t received a call and contacted the service place which at first answered very rudely because I did not know who my service technician was. Once I was finally directed to my service technician, I was told they haven’t received the ticket yet and I would receive a call back about the status. 40 minutes later I never received a call so I called again and heard in the back “oh yes it’s ready”. While getting the multipoint inspection I had several items that reviewed the last time I received an oil change from here and “was urgent repairs” I never had that repaired and this time was never mentioned to me again. I finally picked my car up but almost 4 hours is way too long to wait for an oil change. I’m looking at other locations that are less convenient but better service for my car

Bought my first car here and everybody I spoke to before, during, and after were all so thoughtful! Prior to coming in, I was able to speak with someone through the Google messaging service and the Agent I spoke with was very patient with me. All of my questions were answered right away with great explanations when I needed. Luis and Steve both were so helpful during the whole process while I was at the dealership and I definitely appreciate all their help!

Blake was courteous, understanding and very professional. He listened to what I told him and he provided me with good information. The service was completed in a timely manner and all the resets were done. Blake kept me updated with information found during the inspection so I could decide about getting work done now rather than making another trip in a few weeks. I am very pleased with this service!

As far as car buying experiences go, this was one of the best. After reaching out to confirm availability of a particular vehicle, I got a call right away and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival we were greeted by Andres, who ended up helping with our visit and test drive. He is very laid back and low pressure. We also got to work with Dominic, a manager, who was very friendly and really went above and beyond to make a deal we were happy with in the end. Steve in financing was down to earth, easy going and super quick! Car buying can be stressful and challenging, but Id go back to Gillman Honda Fort Bend, and I would recommend it to others looking for a Honda or a used vehicle. They have a great inventory. Im so happy with my new Honda!

I love that fact I took my car there for my second recall. My car had other needs that were needing to be fix and I was able to leave my car knowing I would still have a loaner car and not be stuck without a vehicle. Horrible service! Called ahead of time and spoke to the sales manager. Had 3 different conversations with her making absolute sure that the car we wanted off their website was in stock and it was for the price listed. She continued to assure us. We told her we work all night and we would be there in the morning. We got off a 13 hour shift and completely cleaned out our vehicle that we would be trading in, woke up our small children and made the long drive. Got there and the vehicle was double what is listed on their website. The sales guy told us that the market right now for cars is rough and thats why they jumped up the price but we had asked the manager several times so that we didnt waste our time driving all the way to the dealership. We asked to speak to the manager and waited over an HOUR. They werent able to do much for us so all that time wasted and we are exhausted with a cranky 2 year old when all the lady had to do was be honest and transparent. Dont believe prices on website or ANYTHING they tell you. Have never been so disappointed with service.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer in May and two weeks ago the water pump stopped operating and had to be replaced, thank God for the extended warranty but I had to take it to a Ford dealership for repair (10 days), picked up the vehicle on a Friday drove off and at about 6:05 pm (service center closed) my A/C stopped blowing cold air...what on Earth. So took it to mechanic thinking it needed only freon only to be told the compressor was no longer working. Get it to Gillman Fort Bend frustration looming from delays with the warranty paper work and the fact that in a two week frame two issues occurred. Drooped it 8am Monday, it took a day and a half to diagnose what I was already told it was the compressor and finally rolling Wednesday afternoon. My hope in going though all this is that Gillman would certify their vehicles so that the consumer could possibly avoid the disappointment of parts giving out so soon after purchase. Secondly, the sales person I had seemed to be done with me once I signed on the dotted line.

Best car buying experience ever. Brian and Hal made everything so fast for me. Got the EXACT car i wanted without having to see a whole bunch of cars i wasn’t interested in like other dealerships. They walked me through the financial process and got me great prices on a beautiful SUV. Highly highly highly recommend going to Brian aka “Profit”, he’s going to get the job done. Yesterday my daughter had her car serviced at Gillman Honda Fort Bend as we always have. Bought her car here, my car, my sibling and my mother as well; My daughter was treated like she never even stepped foot in the place. My daughter was told she was NOT contracted and therefore had to pay 93.00 for an oil change! When my daughter came to pick up her car my daughter asked why it was so much, she had never paid that much? the staff who was helping her told her she had never been a customer and went on to the next person. When she told the manager she is not new and even had her windshield replaced which does not even fit due to the windshield wipers coming off the windshield like it is the wrong fit! Frank the manager he said that staff she was dealing with always forgets to give the keys. Been a customer since 2017 and treated like a window shopper. With a coupon you can pay 39.95 for everything my daughter paid for yesterday. My family has spent over 150,000$ on vehicles just to be treated like we never bought nothing. Never again!

This is a true Five Star rating. I had went to other dealerships up the road and was not pleased in many ways. Stopped at Gilman Honda and was greeted instantly by a Mr. Thompson. Who was very honest about inventory, pricing, the current market. I was a first time buyer, always had cash cars and have always been intimidated by big dealerships. They were very attentive in listening to what I was looking for and what I didnt want. Steve in finance was very helpful and explained everything in a way that worked for me. I was very happy with my experience, to the freedom of test driving, to the ease of the purchase to the customer service. Which is what I failed to find at other dealerships. The were the perfect fit for me for making my first purchase and would be more then happy to continue my business with them.

I had the standard 90,000 mile service scheduled for my Honda 2012 CRV this morning and was told it usually takes 4 hours. The service rep said hed see if he could get it expedited. Well it only took 3 hours and at a reduced cost because my power steering is electrical rather than oil driven, which lowered my total cost. Overall it was efficient service during which I had 2 cups of good coffee and managed to read a good bit of a book that I had been reading previously.

I had the pleasure of working with Tyler today. He reached out to me on Sunday to let me know that the dealership had the vehicle that I was looking for and that I could take it on a test drive. We agreed to meet on Monday morning at 9 AM, and he was actually early and had the vehicle pulled up at the front of the dealership waiting on my arrival. That one act alone let me know that he was serious about earning my business.When it came to negotiating the terms of my lease, Tyler and I went back and forth several times until BOTH of us could come to a final agreement. Being in sales is NOT the easiest career to have because dealing with customers and negotiating can be stressful at times, but working with Tyler was actually fun. I stood firm on what I was not going to pay and Tyler made it his mission to be the go-between with his manager and myself until a deal could be reached. To be honest I was on the verge of walking away from the negotiations, but Tyler kept his composure and would not let me walk away until I was happy.That let me know that he understood both sides of the negotiations, especially being the buyer, and was understanding of where I was coming from and why I stood firm on what my terms were.On a scale of 1 to 10 I HIGHLY recommend Tyler as the go-to salesperson to work with and the dealership as a great place to buy or sell your vehicle.

I went to the wrong Honda dealership for a service appointment but the guy who helped me made sure the service department had the fuel pump I needed. It took less than 2 hours of maintenance for not only replacing the pump but also a new battery. I was told 3-4 hours but he got me out half that time. The atmosphere was nice and really clean.

I took my car in for several services and to try to fix a problem with the A/C. The service advisor, Blake Winant, was very helpful and was great at communicating what was happening during the entire process and in helping resolve some issues that came up. I would definitely go to him again with any services I need for my Honda vehicle. Big thank you to Sergio Cainas, my sales consultant and Todd Wert, my finance manager! I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Honda CR-V from Gillman Honda Fort Bend. The process was clear, smooth, and only took an afternoon/ evening. Quality service, clear explanations, supportive team!Here is the process from start to finish:1. Googled online, found a car I liked at Gillman Honda Fort Bend2. Signed up for a test drive online3. Showed up, Sergio quickly facilitated the test drive. Spent time opening all the doors, looking looking at the car, etc.4. Talked it over with my family, decided to buy!5. Sergio Cainas brought out the invoice and we settled on a price6. I chilled out in one of the rooms on the show floor until a finance manager was available7. Todd Wert welcomed us into the office, explained extra insurances and options available while the loan information was being checked and processed. Submitted the bank-requested paperwork (employment verification, 1040, W-2s, etc).8. While the paperwork was being verified, I called the car insurance company and shared the VIN and other information (so the car would be insured on the drive home).9. Paperwork finished up, Sergio had the key waiting for me and had even washed the car (so shiny!)Went in around 1pm and was out by about 9pm. Very efficient!I have been super happy with the vehicle (now about 2 months later).

Juan did a wonderful job helping us. We previously bought a 2021 Pilot from a different salesman, but were not 100% satisfied with our purchase. We decided to come in and trade-in our Pilot a month later. We were expecting the trade in to be stressful and knew there would be negative equity owed, but we wanted something we were truly content with. Juan was welcoming from the time of arrival and speaks Spanish which made it easy for my mom to express herself. Juan listened to all our wants and worked on finding us a pre-owned truck we loved AND worked on getting us a good deal. The process was long, but we felt taken care of by Juan, Kenneth and Steve. Kenneth was attentive, and offered to get us snacks and later in the day- picked up Chick-fil-A for us that we had ordered. Steve in finance worked on getting us a good interest rate and monthly payment on our truck. They don’t just sell and drop you, they continue to answer in a timely manner if you have any questions. I had a flat tire so when I called road assistance, he change it in under five minutes. So the next morning when I went to go get my new tire put back on, they said it was going to take an hour. However after waiting for two hours I went up to the desk asking how much longer it would be. The guy that was helping me out didn’t even bother to tell me that my car was waiting outside for me and that I could check out. What I don’t understand is how a single man can change a tire in under five minutes but the Honda dealership takes two hours to change my tire. They were very nice people but need help on time management.

They do not want to sell cars unless they get premium pricing and want to sell cars with a new term called MARKET ADJUSTMENT if the car is already in the lot, wanted to buy a 2022 Odyssey Touring through truecar and they say that they want to charge $6000 more if the car is in the lot and if the car is in transit each time I get different pricing and the sales team is not fair at their pricing at all. When I was forced to visit the dealership i had to spend 4 hrs for nothing.

Excellent customer service all around provided by Jeremy. Initially, I spoke to Orlando regarding the service that I need it for my car and mentioned to him that I might be running late in the day since I have busy work schedule. As I’ve arrived, which was 45 minutes before they were closing. Jeremy was kind enough to know the situation since I was coming from far away (Dealership at Katy that is closer to me has been very rude and unprofessional recently) and was able to take my car in even though they were busy. They were also able to match the other Honda dealerships price as well! My oil change service was done in an hour and they were also able to check to see if there is anything urgent that I have needed for my car and provided me an update. As I look at my receipt, I would also like to recognize technician Hai Dang Pham, who was able to perform this service at the last minute. I would definitely recommend this Honda dealership to everyone and would visit them again for my future services even if I have to drive a distance.

Went in looking to trade my truck in for a new Accord. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Thompson and he took great care of me. Thompson was a very knowledgeable salesman and really helped me find the package of the Accord best suited for me, couldn’t have asked for better service and hospitality. Beware- Extremely slow service.Express oil change - 3- 4 hours wait time.With appointment- 2.5 hours.The technicians are very aggressive in selling needless other fluid change out services with a slick video recording link sent via text message, email and also personal representation describing highly subjective colors changes. No actual measurement done on the quality of oils or inquiring prior record of fluid services.

I went in looking to find out options for my trade and worked with Ken. He was absolutely amazing! Ken was so knowledgeable, NOT pushy and very pleasant. He explained the ins and outs of my lease options now that it was drawing to a close. I was so comfortable that I wound up trading in the sameday and upgrading two trim levels! I really appreciate Robert for our experience there. He helped us through the time we got there. Some other guy was suppose to help us but was hardly in the office he was busy with other clients hardly spoke to us but Robert took over and showed us the truck we chose and took us out for a test drive. He really recommended this beautiful Dasani 2016 gmc truck. Runs smooth and everything! Loved he kept conversation with us while waiting for paperwork. Very polite man. Avoid this place. This dealership fits shady business profile. They advertise lowered price of the vehicle, but would not grant the price. Once you call them they will tell you that they have waxed the car, tinted windows (I was looking to purchase a van which actually comes with tinted windows…) and they did put some nitrogen into the tires for $2,000+. If you want strawberry flavor air in your tires, you would need to pay more :) When asked why it was not advertised with all so called accessories, they said that this is how every dealership works.I was able to purchase a van with a $2,000+ discount over advertised price and with no BS accessories… Find another dealer, avoid this place.

To say Im happy with the service I received at Gillman Honda Fort Bend is an understatement! After two extremely negative experiences at various dealerships, I had given up on having a good car-buying experience. It was extremely refreshing to work with Gillman Honda! I primarily worked with Kenneth Eborka (Ken) during this experience and was blown away by his enthusiasm, helpfulness, and professionalism.I found my (extremely nice, fully loaded) slightly used Toyota Highlander with cargurus.com and the vehicle was located in Rosenburg, TX. This was my dream car and had everything I had been looking for, but I had ZERO faith that I was going to be able to trade in my existing car and purchase this vehicle at this dealership without it being a huge hassle, especially since Im located in Dallas. Boy, was I wrong. I was able to text pictures of my trade-in vehicle to Ken, and was offered a fair price for it remotely! I was also able to view a free car fax report on the vehicle I was interested in, to feel confident that the previous owner had taken care of it. And Ken provided all of the pictures of my new car that I could ever want. I was SO NERVOUS to make such a huge purchase without stepping foot in the dealership, but I was able to face-time with both Ken and Taha (in finance) to feel confident that I was working with a reputable dealership and reputable people. I also appreciated the finance process and that Taha was able to secure an interest rate and monthly payments that I was comfortable with.NOW FOR THE ICING ON THE CAKE. The paperwork for the purchase was complete around 9:30PM on a Thursday. Ken initially said that a driver would be available Sunday or Monday to bring my new car. I was obviously extremely anxious to have it in my possession, but I understood. Sensing my disappointment, Ken went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He left the Houston area at around 4AM and PERSONALLY drove my new vehicle to me in Dallas, so that I received it at my house at 8:30AM. Let me reiterate, I started the car buying process around 10AM on a Thursday and had my new car delivered to my house by 8:30AM the next day.I have lived life long enough to know that service of this kind isnt something you find every day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Ken and the team at Gillman Honda Fort Bend that made this possible! This is exactly how you create raving fans who want to tell everyone about their experience & who are customers for life. I am so thankful and I absolutely love my new car.
