This is the worst dealership weve ever dealt with. Jerry Garcia in the service station had our car for almost three weeks and when we picked it up on Friday it was COVERED in SAP. Its all over the whole, entire car. We are being quoted north of $300 by car detailing services. Rather than try to make it right- he tells us hes not paying for us to get our car washed, and to take him to small claims court. WHAT? My husband is a law firm partner- believe me, we can afford a car wash! This is the principal of the matter. The car DID NOT look like that when they received it. Stay away from this dealership!ETA: We also have no sap trees on our property either, and the car was 1000% NOT in that condition when we dropped it off. We have been meticulous about maintaining our car to keep it in good condition. Having not even seen the car for almost 3 weeks, clearly SOMETHING happened while in your possession. The entire car, top to bottom, is coated with sap. My husband called me as soon as he left the dealership to tell me about it, because he was so shocked. His impression when he spoke to you was that you were implying that we just needed our car washed, which is LUDICROUS. Trust me that we can afford a car wash....and my husband is super mild-mannered and calm. So he is not the type to jump into threats of litigation.

I bought my Kia Sportage from Fort Bend Kia after Hurricane Harvey. I lived in Sugar Land at the time and now live in Pearland. I recently needed extensive work done on my Kia and looked for a dealership closer to my new home. After reviewing the reviews of other dealerships decided to trek back to the Richmond/Rosenberg area because Fort Bend Kia had superior online reviews and they did not disappoint If you own a Kia and need service, I highly recommend Fort Bend Kia and more specifically Jerry in service. He always did what he said and always followed up. The work was completed timely and I will buy my next Kia from Fort Bend Kia.

We purchased our Kia used from another dealer but brought it to this location to have a key fob programmed. I was told it would be $69 or so, whether they were successful or not. The first time I went it was not successful and he did not charge me the $69. He did try to sell me a key fob because he said the one I brought with me wasnt compatible. I was quoted around $300 for a fob and programming. Knowing I could get an OEM fob for $40, I told him I would bring back the correct fob and he said it would only be about $69 to program it.I returned a few weeks later with an OEM fob. It was another failed attempt at programming. This time they informed me that I have a base model that doesnt even have the module for keyless entry.If technician A had told me that I would not have wasted so much time and effort to get the correct fob. I sure as heck wouldnt have spent $40 on a fob, plus technician B did charge me for the attempted programming. You are a Kia service department. You tried to sell me a $300 service for my car that doesnt even have the module for it. The entire ordeal has really soured me on having any maintenance done at this location. Im out $67 for your service charge. Ive also learned where not to take my vehicle.

Having my car serviced at Fort Bend Kia has been a great experience. Even though I did not have an appointment, the entire process of having the oil changed, tires rotated and the car washed took less than an hour. My service advisor, Bakhshi, was very polite and thoroughly answered all my questions. The dealership was very clean, not crowded, and quiet. I will definitely be looking forward to my next car service at Fort Bend Kia.

This dealership is horrible when it comes to providing maintenance and customer service. I took our 2022 here to be serviced, and found out after waiting 1 hour that this dealership did not have the correct oil filter in stock. To make matters worse they didnt even make an honest effort to get the filter after wasting my morning. They told me it would take 2 weeks for them to get the part. I called Westside KIA, and they informed me that they also did not have the filter. However they called me back within 15 minutes and informed me they went ahead and ordered 5 filters and had them overnighted. When I spoke to the GSM and Owner at Fort Bend they changed their story and said they had some on the way, but could not tell me when they would arrive. KIA owners do yourself a HUGE favor, and AVOID bringing your vehicle here for service. The service manager is LAZY and the customer service here is a 0 zero out of 10!

Let me start off with saying that I did not buy a car from FortBend but buying it from another dealer makes me want to give my kudos to these guys. Back in May it became a necessity for us to buy a car and I had my eyes on the new Kia Carnival. I had done extensive research and I knew wanted an SX trim in astra blue. My first call was to fortbend kia but unfortunately they didnt had one I was looking for so I had to go to another dealer and lets just say it was the wort car buying experience I ever had. Fast forward to August and the car is in high demand and very less supply. Every kia dealer is charging a markup of $8k to $10k on the carnivals above MSRP even with a 6 to 8 month wait time. I couldnt be any prouder to say that FortBend kia are still selling their cars on MSRP where they could have easily asked for a mark up. Its good to know that there are still dealers out there who are not just out to con people who are their customers. Kudos FortBend Kia on your ethical way of doing business .

Bought a car here. Did not have games or insults (some sales people try to insult financial ability when I just do not want to over pay for a vehicle). Which I pay cash for the vehicles I get. Would not hesitate to go back to the car lot if they have another car I am looking at buying. Buying took a little longer than I though it would (on my part from my bank changing policies) but I was able to get the car purchased within an hour of agreed price. They where patient with me.

This dealer is ALL ABOUT customer service. Javier was an amazing Sales Associate and took excellent care of me (absolutely recommend him). My wife wasnt able to come test drive the car due to COVID and also due to our two small children so Javier worked with us and made arrangements to get us the car so that my wife could test drive it. He also made sure that the car was detailed and that any vehicle software updates, recalls, etc. were taken care of prior to delivering it to our house. Jeff the Sales Manager was also very helpful in the process and the best Sales Manager Ive ever interacted with. In a world where great customer service is getting harder and harder to come by, these guys will absolutely do everything they can to take the stress out of buying a car and provided some of the best customer service I think Ive ever had (seriously). Three days and no calls; I was impressed. Went back on third day and told him I appreciated him not calling and he told me thats not how he operates. They were spot on with my trade in amount and while waiting for some paper work the owner, Mr. Skinner came by and chatted with us and thanked us. Even Debby the finance manager wasnt pushy with the upsales when I declined . Needless to say I am the owner of a new Seltos. He understood that we wanted no pressure and that’s exactly how he deliver his sales approach. Everyone was kind. However Herve spent the most time with us. We were not an easy sale. However, Herve was absolutely wonderful. He explained the car and how use it. We, as senior citizens will need a little refresher course because our brains couldn’t handle all the learning and all these new gadgets in this car. But all in all. It was a wonderful experience. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP. AVOID AT ALL COST. TRIED TO SELL USED CAR WITH NEW PRICE.The dealer was the perfect example of a classic car dealership. Only out to make money even when the customer is at a loss. I was interested in a car when I was shopping here, and the salesman stated the car with the spec I wanted was being used by the GM, but I can still purchase it. I was ok with it at first and took it for a test drive, loved the car and came back to negotiate prices. Keep in mind the car was USED by the GM about 1-2k miles on it so I took that into consideration when talking about price of the car. I left with a number they gave me, and like a smart reasonable buyer, shopped around. I found the same exact car for the SAME EXACT PRICE that was BRAND NEW with no miles at another KIA dealership. I thought KIA Fort Bend would be understanding, but man was I wrong. I came back to this dealership bringing up this dilemma. They said because it was driven by the GM the car is TECHNICALLY NOT USED due to no one else having the title besides the dealership, they are selling it as a brand new car. I tried to negotiate and lower the price because of the used vehicle and the GM came out, handed me my car keys and said good luck in a completely rude and disrespectful attitude. They couldnt give me a counter offer? I guess they take advantage of clueless customers frequently, but when I knew when to stand up for myself and say something they had no idea how to react. Needless to say I purchased the car at another dealership with no curve balls, just straight up sign and go. Avoid this dealership when possible, they definitely do not deserve your business.

Informing them that this paper seemed like a scam, due to giving OLD INFORMATION OF A PREVIOUS CAR. I CALLED the finance director. Offered to send the paper. Was not interested, would not comment. BEWARE OF SCAMS AND THAT FT. BEND DOES NOT CARE.
