I have always had a great customer experience at Finnegan. They have a very wonderful staff and their waiting area is very accommodating. They did a great job diagnosing my jeep issue (my rear brakes needed to be replaced) and they are honest and reputable and I welcome their recommendations on what needs to be done to my Jeep for maintenance. I would recommend this place to other Jeep owners! Great staff, great service. Very consumer- focused.

The only reason there is a star is because that is the only way to leave a review... AVOID THEIR SERVICE DEPT AT ALL COSTS... I was given a price and it was not honored!!! Mechanic overbilled labor hours! Service writer did not order parts timely making a 2 day job a 4 day job. Service Director refused to address any of my concerns. When I picked up my car steaming mad and yelling they said anything to get me to leave.. LIES LIES AND MORE LIES IS WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM THEM!! They did not even want to give me time to review their invoice to see what repairs were actually made!! Worst customer service I have ever received dumping my Jeep as soon as possible!!! I should have gone to Classic Chevrolet in Houston for fair pricing and great service.

WOW! No previous experience in my search for a new vehicle have I had such a positive pleasant experience. Jorge Martinez and Omar were delightful to work with. I was given informative and adequate information and pricing. I was not given higher prices once I visited the dealership in person, nor was there no inventory present when I arrived. I was given adequate information, which was straightforward and not confusing in the least, on the operation of the vehicle after my purchase and encouraged to ask questions based on my specific needs. I love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and am so happy I chose it over the larger SUV’s I had been looking at previously. The dealership was clean and pleasant. I spent time in a dozen dealerships looking for a new car to pay cash for. Literally the only dealership that tried and succeeded was Finnegan Dodge in Rosenberg. I had Richard as my sales rep and for anyone who wants to have a great experience and be shown respect then you definitely want to visit Richard in sales and The finance director Mrs.K. Even if you don’t find what you are looking for on the lot Richard can find you your dream vehicle and have it there in just a few days. The best thing about this experience is that Richard saved us over 4K on our new vehicle when another dodge dealer in clear lake tried to charge me almost 10k over internet price because I did not want to finance the car I wanted to pay cash! Don’t go to C.L. Dodge but definitely make the trip out to Finnegan to see Richard and Mrs.K. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
The staff at Finnegan made the entire vehicle purchasing process so easy and I was able to leave with my new Jeep that same evening. My previous purchases at other dealers were never same day service, so this was unexpected. Mike communicated very well daily and kept us updated on what was going on with the service being done on our vehicle. All communication with Ally the warranty company was done by him so made it easier for us. The only thing is they did not have a rental available for us although it was covered by Ally. Lucky for us we had another vehicle. Great experience overall.
Daniel was so wonderfully different from all the other car sales people we had encountered over the past month and a half when we started looking and formulating what kind of car we wanted. We probably went to at least 7 dealerships and some with a repeat visit.Daniel was very professional but in a caring way. He was very knowledgeable: he knew all the answers to all of our questions but one and then was honest enough to say so and found the answer. He was very patient with us and even sensed when he should leave us alone to discuss the car in more privacy.When we discussed the price with him, he showed us the best price and how other dealerships had gimmicks to look lower but in actuality weren’t, and added back on extras that raised the price back. We had already experienced this so we knew it was true.He stayed late to conclude the sale, and we could tell he wanted us to understand every feature and perk.We had difficulty with the Jeep app accepting my google password because it has an exclamation mark in it. We will figure out how to work around that today.I highly recommend Daniel as an excellent salesman — he has great communication and leadership skills, in addition to being very personable and likable.

Two weeks ago I was in a hit in run accident that lead my truck to be totaled out. I was devastated and now I had to search for a new vehicle. I always wanted a Jeep Cherokee and now due to some unforeseen circumstances that time had finally come. I can’t say enough nice things about our experience with Finnegan CJDR. Our salesman Daniel received our inquiry at almost 11 at night and responded almost immediately answering several questions. My wife and I had to drive 2 1/2 hours north from Austin for some business and then 4 hours south to get our Ram 2500. Daniel was able to conduct almost everything over the phone or text to include our trade-in appraisal which was an amazing offer. We pulled on to their lot 15 minutes before closing and our truck was sitting their clean, fueled up and ready to go. Ms. K had all of our paperwork ready and off the lot we went. I took my vehicle in to have a balance/ rotation and 2 warranty items (a bubble in my dash and carpet that was pulled away from the trim). It took well over a month to move up the loaner car list, which should have been my first clue that I should look elsewhere. They had my vehicle for over 3 WEEKS! In that time I only received information when I initiated the phone call.After my vehicle was there for several days I was told I should have my vehicle back on Wednesday of the following week. On Wednesday, after hearing nothing, I called and was told it should be Thursday or Friday at the latest. After hearing nothing again I called on Friday and was told it would be later that afternoon or Monday at the latest. After hearing nothing yet again, on Monday I was told it would be Tuesday. No surprise, on Tuesday when I heard nothing I finally requested to speak to the service manager who told me that my car was still not ready, and that it would be several more days….I finally got my vehicle back on Thursday…over three weeks from when I left it there…and it was dirty. To the managers credit, he actually texted me updates. All that said, I should have looked at reviews before taking my vehicle there. Do yourself a favor and take yours somewhere else.

It’s 11:00ish AM, Thursday. I walked into the sales department of the Finnegan dealership for the first time, intent on purchasing a new Charger (Hellcat). As I walk in I notice the front desk receptionist on her phone and 5 or 6 sales reps either at their desks or standing while causally talking to each other or walking around. NO ONE else is on the sales room floor. Not one other customer! Not one employee greeted me upon entering and NO ONE ever approached me to ask if I needed help or if I was interested in spending the $85K+ that I had planned on spending. I spent about 10 minutes looking at the charger that they currently have on the showroom floor (it’s a GT Charger, light grey). I took my time looking at the car because I’m somewhat new to Dodge (first time buyer) and I expected that surely someone would at least ask if I needed help. Nothing. The customer service here is just bad in my opinion. It’s just a lot of people riding the clock and not really caring about interacting with customers and SELLING CARS. Why not hire some people that actually wanna sell cars? I’ve already built my Charger online and simply wanted to give my business to a dealership that wanted it. This dealership happened to be my first choice . Instead I’ll go somewhere that really wants to sell cars. If you’re reading this, you should too. 😁
Took car in for insurance covered work on a Monday, the appraiser came in on Tuesday and paid on Thursday for a job that was supposed to be done on Friday. I called on Friday and the service person had no idea when it was going to be done. On the following Monday I was told by the Service Manager that he wouldnt leave until he got me a loaner. I called back at 7pm only to find out he left for the day, leaving me to figure it out myself. Will never have anything extra done here again. Update they were able to get me a loaner but we had it for 8 days now and have not gotten a return to any of our calls as to why they still have our van. Supposed to be a two day job and they were paid 2 weeks ago.
Will not take anything to be repaired. They had it over a week witch should take 2 or 3 days.first it was we got the wrong part. Then we got the right part but cant work on it because we have too many oil changes to do. Then I get a call from there asking me to do the servery and give them all 10s they wouldgive a free oil change. I told the lady that I would not lie. And she said we will give you a free oil change for giving us 10s.
Sal helped me out with a rare issue on the 2020 Jeep Wranglers, and did it promptly, with daily updates, and a loaner vehicle in the meantime. Great service!

This was my first time here for any car service, I had to get some recalls done to my vehicle. From the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly. I forgot the gentleman’s name that actually helped me I believe it may have been Chris forgive me if I’m wrong. He sat me down offered me water and or snacks and once my vehicle was done he went over the items reconciled with the recall. All within 1.5hours not bad.

Finnegan service did an excellent job of finding out the problem with my truck & getting it repaired.Only issue I have is with Chrysler. The ABS/HCU is a known problem on Dodge trucks. Its on every forum on the internet. When is Chrysler going to take responsibility for defective parts and quite bleeding there customers for repairs.

Scheduled my appointment with my vehicle info, took my vehicle in and gave me the “call you when it’s ready”... then called me as soon as I got home in rush hour to come get it.The lady who helped me I can’t recall her name I want to say Silva? Was incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation. I verified with her that they actually take promasters before I began the process. She was incredibly helpful and polite, she even made sure they had the part so my time wasn’t wasted again!Haven’t been serviced yet and it’s only for a free recall but I can already tell this will likely be a better experience!

These folks showed a remarkable focus on customer service. We had a serious snafu as I was negotiating the purchase of a new car just as incentives were about to expire. The incentives expired before I could buy the car, and I wrote the General Manager to provide feedback. I didnt ask for a thing. In response, they put the deal back together essentially as though the incentives were still there - maybe even better. In effect, they funded the incentive out of their pocket. I purchased the car, and couldnt be happier. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, and professional. This is a sellers market, and my experience is most dealers wouldnt have been this generous in their attempt to make things right. Thank you Finnegan!

Previous experience with Finnegan has been both good and bad. Thought Id give them another shot. Big mistake.Took my Jeep in for a dead auxiliary starter battery just before noon of Day 1 and was told theyd get it right in and asked if I was going to wait or did I need a ride. I should have said wait, because they then did nothing. After hearing nothing through the morning of Day 2, we were later notified that the Tech verified both batteries were bad. We called to authorize the work and were told that theyd get right on it and the Jeep should be ready in a few hours. After contacting Service twice on Day 3 to get a status, we finally got a message at 6:07 pm that the Jeep batteries had just been replaced, but there were additional issues. After not hearing anything on Day 4, I contacted Service again and was told no change -- there were still issues being worked on. Finally on Day 5, after I contacted them again, they said its ready and everything is functioning properly. I immediately went down, paid the bill, and went to check on my Jeep. Auxiliary lights that worked went I took it in were now not working. Back to Service I went. Day 6, they found a bad fuse which is directly related to the initial battery replacement issue and replaced it, BUT charged me ANOTHER fee to do it.Dont tell me my vehicle is being looked at when its not and give me at least a daily status of the repair work. Six days to replace the Jeeps batteries??
