My Family and I visited this place about a week ago and as soon as we where getting ready to enter inside a wonderful guy asked if he could help and he immediately went inside and sat down and started working with getting us in a vehicle. Now thats the best customer services I have ever seen! We test drove the vehicle I was interested in and we were there no more than an 1 hr! This place is a wonderful place to get a vehicle. Staff is very friendly and they let you look at the vehicles before you want to buy them. Not like Kar town or they wont let you look at a vehicle until these fill application out. they not only help you with your vehicle but they have a place in the building where you can get insurance for your vehicle. They work with your credit and the cars are pretty good as well, I have not had any major issues just that they painted the front and forgot to put the clips back in so it came loose. But they say they will pay a referral fee to you if you send someone and they purchase a vehicle which I sent 3 and one of them purchased a vehicle but still no referral fee, I called a few times and they say call back so still pending on this issue.

Well worth the drive!!! We drove 2 1/2 hrs to buy from them and Im glad we did.This was the BEST car buying experience weve ever had and weve bought lots of cars.No haggle on the price what you see is what you get.I was able to do everything online and over the phone. They then waited an hour and a half after they closed for us to get there. The lady was nice, but still uses bait and switch tactics. Vehicles priced for low on the website and CARFAX, but jumps to a higher price in person. I even called to verify the price PRIOR to driving from Houston to Rosenberg, and the price STILL jumped... The lady was still pretty nice, her personality almost sold me, but wrong is wrong.

If I could put 0 stars I would these people or just horrible, self-centered and vain. They do not care about their customers just the money all 3 of them Nikki, Yama, and Mariam they lie to there customers and treat there employees like crap. Let me tell you about my customer experience, I got a car from them and it was sold to me without it even being on there lot. So after I sign for it I have to wait a whole month before I even had the keys in my hand so I was forced to pay a car note for a car I didn’t even have or use. Then it’s given to me with a check engine light they said “drive it a couple days and it will go away” so I did but I didn’t go away it takes them 3 month maybe more before they even respond to me and take the time to take my car to the shop and when they do I’m given no rental car so I’m stuck with no source of transportation for a whole month and my car is still getting fixed it’s now at Kia waiting to get diagnosed to see what exactly is wrong I had to finally call them and cry on the phone to Yama that I needed a rental car and when he finally does give me one he gives me a trash car with a cracked windshield and a check engine light they don’t care about the safety or circumstances of there customers just the MONEY. Now as far as employment I’ve had a couple friends work here who have personally told me that they rip there customers off have high ass APR Rates and make it seem like it’s a good deal but in the long run they are hurting you and also they lie on there employers to keep them from getting unemployment pay smh what kinda shit is that it’s selfish and f*cked up is what it is!!! DON’T GO HERE I PROMISE YOU THEY ARENT GOOD PEOPLE!!! Plus if you do you might run into some not so friendly little rats ....
