The new waiting room is really nice and the staff was amazing. We had a pretty long wait time and my 3 year old was getting restless. One of the employees, not even the one that was working with me, found a small toy to help keep him occupied. Also Don, who we call every time we need service, has always taken great care of us.

I brought my car to Texan Hyundai service department this weekend for a repair. Although they were booked and I didnt have an appointment, they were able to squeeze me in which I was so thankful for. Mike was very helpful throughout the repair process and kept me updated. I appreciate his attention and care to ensure I walked away completely satisfied. Also, they have a brand new guest waiting area that was really nice! It was stocked with snacks, water, coffee, and super comfy seating. Mike, thanks for the excellent service. Zack was extremely helpful. He made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my vehicle. He also assisted me with ordering a special part for my car, and was helpful with getting me to the correct location to pick up my plates. Now I will say I was not 100% satisfied with my car wash. Other than that I was very satisfied.
After a long search, I found the vehicle of my dreams in the Texan Hyundai lot. The first time I tried to view the vehicle, I was told that it was being driven around by the General Managers wife. I waited 2 hours for them to bring the car to the lot and then got frustrated and left. A month later, I happened to see that same vehicle in First Colony Town Center parked next to my car. So I decided to go back and see if I could see it, after an hour, they finally got the car on the lot and I decided Id want to buy it. The General Manager helped us make a deal and the salesperson, Derwin, promised that since it was raining that I could come back for a full detail when i picked up my license plates. So I took my new to me, but dirty and unsanitized Hyundai Santa Fe home.My paper plates expired on August 27th and I understand things would be on backorder due to COVID situations. However, I never got any correspondence explaining that the plates were in for pick up. I randomly called in the beginning of September and was told that yes my plates were in and have been in since the beginning of August. So I came to pick up my plates, got an oil change and asked for that full detail that I was promised. After waiting 3 hours, the service guy, Don, mentioned that my vehicle only had the oil change done and that I had to come back another time for the full detail as they were busy that day.So today, I came back and waited 4 hours for my vehicle to get the full detail done and at the end they said Id have to pay for it. My husband explained to Don that we shouldnt be paying for it since it was supposed to done by the dealership, per Derwin. Also, Ive attached pictures of what the dealership thinks is clean enough for a full detail.At the end of the day, I love my Hyundai Santa Fe, but if youre trying to find a dealership that cares about its customers after theyve purchased a vehicle, then Texan Hyundai isnt the place you want. Go to ANY other Hyundai dealership in Houston. Youll probably have better service.

He put my husband & I in a 2021 Hyundai Sonata (my dream car) & 6 months later put us in this GORGEOUS 2022 Hyundai Sonata N-Line!! He answered any & all questions that we had!! Full tank when I drove my baby off the lot with only 13 Miles on it!! Only thing I did not like is that, while speaking with the receptionist Melissa or Melinda or something, I did specifically ask whether Texan Hyundai tacks on dealer packages or is doing market adjustments and she specifically said they do not. Yet, lo and behold, they do. Lets be honest, NOBODY lives near Rosenburg. So, itll be better just to be honest.HOWEVER, Im not going to let that overshadow the awesomeness that is Chano. He is an outstanding person that made the buying experience smooth and friendly. Everyone dreads the dealer experience, but he was genuine and was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.I also want to give a shout out to Alan. I was originally suppose to meet with him, but he was already helping someone else and he suggested I work with Chano. Even though I was no longer his sale, after the purchase, he still took the time to chat with me. When I was finally able to pick up my car, this time Chano was helping another customer, so Alan took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel like he was in a rush to get rid of me. Was patient and explained everything very well.So although it started off a bit meh, ultimately I did buy the car and the overall experience was great.
Texan Hyundai has always been fair to me. I took my car In Once when my mom lost her hearing aid. They took the seats out to look for it and didn’t charge me. Then this weekend they were running behind and I wasn’t paying attention but I’d been there a few hours and they took care of my oil change because it took too long. That was greatly appreciated and a very nice surprise. Thank you very much!

Absolutely disgusted with this dealership. We received WRITTEN confirmation that this dealership was not charging mark-ups on Palisade Calligraphy’s. We made the almost 3 hour drive to Houston, sold our vehicle, and came to this dealership only to be told that they actually are doing a “market adjustment”. This was also AFTER our credit was ran. They said there was nothing they could do for us. Do not recommend.

I got a call from Miranda saying that I was approved for a car loan $30,000. she sent me an appointment at the dealership to bring all of my information so that I could get the process going. I spent three hours of my day dealing with two different guys because I got past off because the guy I was supposed to see had something else to do. Come to find out I was approved for maybe $12,000 car loan but heres the kicker they dont even have any cars on the lot for that price EXCEPT ONE. I guess that is there hustle tactic to sell cars. Try to squeeze me into one car.... no options.????. these guys really need to take a moral inventory of themselves. God is always watching. I will never do business with the dealership again
This was the smoothest, most efficient and pleasant service appointment I have ever experienced!!! Mike Robinson and his team are a well-oiled machine! I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and my vehicle was checked-in immediately and driven back shortly after for servicing. Despite construction on site, the waiting area is comfortable and clean. I was in and out in less than 45 mins! 5 star experience! Theyre always very friendly and helpful when I need to take my car in. Waiting for your car is never fun, but they have a new waiting room that has lots of space, tvs, a coffee maker etc. Im really glad this is the dealership closest to my house

I drove 2-1/2 hours to buy a car from these people and it was worth it. I passed up no less than 5 Hyundai dealerships to get to this one and let me tell you why.I wanted to buy my wife a Palisade. I quickly found out that Hyundai Palisades were in high demand. Most dealerships had only one or two and they were moving so fast that everyone was charging above sticker. Though everyone claimed to be offering more on trades than KBB, the first two local dealerships only offered me the bottom of the KBB range, then wanted $2,500 over sticker. One of them didnt even have a car to sell me and still wanted to sell me...Im not sure what he was selling me.I started calling around and shopping in Houston. The first offered exactly what the local dealerships did. The second promised to beat any deal by $1,000 or more. I sent them my previous deal and they stopped returning my calls. 3 days later after several tries, no one would call me back. The third Houston dealership really did try. They gave me a great deal but the car they had didnt have exactly what we wanted. They tried to trade with other dealerships, but it never worked out.Thru that process, I ended up reaching out to Phillip Lam, one of the Texan Hyundai managers, who had me send him the details of what I wanted. He said, he would make it happen and asked me to make the trip. We drove 2-1/2 hours to see him and he did not disappoint. He ended up giving me a better deal than what I asked for. He paired me with Alan Perez and they worked really hard for our business. A lot of research and effort led me here. I hope my efforts and research can lead you there too.

Excellent experience with Alan, Mike, and Mike. This dealership is certainly Miked up. Jokes aside, they negotiated very fairly, gave us a great deal on our trade in, and were honest and transparent. They advised us on how to properly handle our warranty on our trade-in, gave advice on how to maximize value on our new insurance, and went looking for discounts and perks. We drove off with a Sonata Hybrid despite thinking it was out of our price range. Ask them for 100% of what you want and they do everything in their power to accommodate. They have earned lifelong customers and will be getting more business from us in the next 6 months.

We told him what type of car note we wanted and car and he delivered above and beyond our expectations. Purchased a vehicle from Texan Hyundai and I was out of state. A little nervous about the process but they were very easy to work with. Great salesperson (Johann) walked me through every step of the process. Was purchasing a Used GTR and we used Face-time to view the vehicle, in and out, the start-up, any flaws were brought to my attention. I went to pick up my plates for my new car today. MR. Dillan from the service department gave excellent customer service. I had some questions about maintenance and he took the time to answer all them. He helped to place my plates and registration sticker. Because of his excellent attentiveness I am willing to drive 1 hr for future car services.

Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had! James Teng was a pleasure to work with. I bought my vehicle three weeks ago. I text him, call him, go by the dealership asking questions on how to utilize all of this new technology and he is always there for me. He is a piece of cake to work with. He knows everything about the cars he is selling. He is not pushy, but knowledgeable.
SCAM SCAM SCAMThey dont honor discounts advertised on their website. Checked with sales team twice on call about hidden charge, also about discount before as its far from my place. After reaching showroom they added hidden charge of 3900$ (Must buy warranty) and discounts vanished with various excuses. Unprofessional sales team. Started shouting when i decide to walkout of this scam.Never go to this dealership.
I do not recommended purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Their website advertises discounts they will not honor in person. I emailed to confirm pricing and was told the discount was still available only to show up and be told that was last month’s special. They also informed me that I had no other choice but to purchase a $2500 add on service for accident protection. This is basically insurance on top of insurance which makes every car on the lot $2000 more than the sticker and almost $5000 more than what is advertised online. I’d recommend Sterling McCall Hyundai in town or just staying away from Hyundai period at the moment. They seem to think their cars are made of gold. Fort Bend Toyota was willing to deal and did not have any dealer adds. This place is desperate. Stay away.I’ll accept an apology for false advertising and price gouging. Otherwise keep it to yourself
Don who was a service manager did a great job. The service took a little longer than it should have, but Don kept checking on the progress and reporting what was going on. It took a little long, but overall did a great job. Thanks I will be back.

I would give Zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY. I leased a new palisade from there this weekend. And after going home and reading the paperwork with my husband I realized how bad I got had!! I cried myself to sleep that night and called first thing the next morning when they opened trying to get out of it the person who picked up the phone said he would look into it, never called me back. So I called Multiple times throughout the day before finally getting a hold of them again, he said nothing he could do but I could try calling the financing department, so I called over and over and left messages with no response.They were charging about 8000 over MSRP because of this chip shortage. I was under the impression from a few calls I made to other dealerships that they all were but it turns out that is not true. I was so upset I took my paperwork to a different dealership the next day and they pretty much told me yes there is a market value increase but they are essentially discounting it off. I am so upset. Between my trade and what I put down I am out about $7000. Im sick and cant sleep about it! They are a terrible dealership and terrible people.
After driving 5.5hrs to Ron Carter Hyundai just for them not to have the vehicle I wanted even they said they did the day before, we stopped by Texan Hyundai to see what they had on the lot. We Talked to Lexi and within 30min was doing paper work on a brand new palisade and even got our note down to what we wanted! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Probably the easiest purchase I’ve ever made!

We checked availability of an Elantra and were told by two people that they had it for there for sale. We made an appointment and drove an hour to probably buy the car. The salesman texted and confirmed with us again. We got there and after waiting 10 minutes at the salesmans desk, were told it sold. We asked why hadnt they bothered to call and tell us so we didnt make a wasted trip and we got oh as the response. He didnt apologize, try to show up something else, offer to see what they had coming in - NOTHING. Terrible experience.
