They have a bigger selection than other local parts stores, and better quality parts that actually last. Even the store brand stuff can be pretty good unlike some other store chains. They have some larger parts and rental tools that most stores in Austin tend to not carry on hand so thats also really convenient.

Great manager (Daniel) @ Mays location and patient sales associates!! Had a few discrepancies with pricing but the manager worked it out. His customer service was about the long game and not the short, great job!

Wouldnt even take a return of some lightbulbs I had bought the very night before, with a receipt and in the original packaging, my dad is a manager at autozone and my brother at oreillys auto parts, what a shame!!

They have stuff that I needed for car washing such as wax n etc that couldnt be found beside Amazon. Even though they had an issue with my online order they got it in the same day and not much time I had to wait. My job use them for commercial and I gave them a try a few months ago and I appreciate what they do for me as a consumer.

Came in after having to get a jump off and on all week. Robert was very helpful. He took the battery out of my Jeep and charged it while I waited. He also let me know that theres no guarantee on how long my battery will last and suggested that I put some cash into my savings so that I can replace my old battery with a good quality new one. He was very helpful. Ive had experiences with auto stores where I have been pressured into making purchases because of my lack of knowledge, but he was very sincere. I appreciate the great service!!

Stopped at the convenience store across the street from this location, and when I got back in the car, it wouldnt start. So, I went over to Advance Auto Parts. Ramon S. went above and beyond to help me. He walked over to my car, tested the battery, confirmed it was dead, sold me a new, and installed it in less than 30 minutes. This was around 5pm, so it was pretty hot outside. He provided great service, and Ill shop there again as a result of this experience.

Great place to do business.. On more than one occasion I have stopped there and Tyler has went above and beyond my expectations.. I stopped to buy wipers, before I knew it he was outside putting them on my car.

Been to this location before but never again, why the hell was it my fault that you don’t have more then two people working and can’t check my battery.even after I explained the bad experience I had at Auto zone. You faulty ass people, if you don’t like what you do don’t advertise your fake promises on the radio. It’s all good though, I went down to Oreileys and they had 7 people working and got great service

Bad battery. Shawn came right out and put a new one in for me on a car(Impala] thats a difficult design for that. Thanks Shawn and advanced for the quick painless fix.

Worst business ethic. Walked in to buy an AC recharge kit only to find out I didnt need it 10 minutes later tried to return it and because I paid cash and wasnt handed a receipt they could only offer store credit and have no competent way of looking up a previous transaction buyer beware you probably wont be able to return it

Having issues with my Acura MDX battery. Kaleb was nice as can be. He checked my battery, explained it was fine.Gave me some pointers and explained the car/battery mechanism. You could certainly see he loves cars and what he does. Thank you !!

Decent customer service but they REALLY need to work on greeting people when theyre waiting at the register. Both times I was there I had THREE men look at me and then keep walking. No have you been helped? Or we will be right with you. Not cool. Once they did speak, they were very nice.

Store doesnt know own return policy. Fuel pumps are excluded from electrical return policy. Fought me on returning unused new in box fuel pump I didnt need after all. Will never return to store.

For the so it yourself from a missing light to a good tune up they have the parts to keep you busy
