Told me they didn’t have the tool for a normal filter. What kind of oil change shop can’t change filters.
Trash employees!!! They just dont care about Costumer service at all. Probably they dont get paid well or there is no management!!!After waiting 30 minutes in tire section finally someone came to me and I asked him to balance my tires and he says we dont have any weight to balance your tires!!! Go to another store.
If you don’t have to go here for car service please don’t. Terrible service and extremely long wait times.My battery had a 5 year warranty which retailed more than $100 (btw there is not difference in quality of battery you pay extra for a longer warranty). My battery malfunctioned at the 3.5 year mark. I bring it in expecting Walmart to honor the Warranty and replace my battery. Only to find out that the fine print reads 3 year warranty and 2 years of prorate coverage. So $20 back was the best they could do. That gave me the option of buying a new battery with a 1 year warranty for $55 or replacing my battery with the prorated price for $80 (again, there is no difference in quality). Dont by the “5 year warranty” it’s a rip off. And don’t come here.O’Reilly’s is down the street. They exchanged my other battery at no cost and there service is fast and friendly.
The people that work at this one are absolutely wonderful people. I showed up at 5:45 so upset due to a screw in my tire which was almost flat. The manager was so nice to authorize them to stay and fix my tire. They went above and beyond...I work 10 hour shifts the next couple days and for them to have the heart to stay late means so much...they deserve 10 stars...
Worst place too get a oil change, one hour in half came when they open!! Dont come here 😡
Went for a tire change. First time they didn’t install them correctly and car was shaking. Second time, they removed the tires and left it like that for an hour. I had to remind them to start working on it. Terrible and rude customer service.
Went to have a tire replaced because the tire had a manufacture default, and one of the associates was very rude, then continued to tell me me he didnt feel comfortable changing my tire under manufacture warranty . Then told me to go to another walmart to have my tire done.
Cannot have tires put on even though you can book it online. How can you be this large of a company and be this incompetent regarding e-commerce
Got a battery from them about a year and a half ago, but the battery was loosing charge to fast, they tested and told me the battery was good.I took the car to several places including the dealer and they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car wiring or alternator, so I went back there and spoke with the manager, and he was super helpful and very professional, I told him my situation and he promptly authorized the replacement of the battery. That’s why I’m giving Walmart car services ***** 5 stars, great customer services.
The guy behind the counter was very helpful and answered all my questions about the tires that I needed, the cost, and the price of installation, balancing etc. Very helpful.
I had an emergency tire issue and I arrived here a half an hour before they opened and promptly got kicked out of the parking lot for no reason by an extremely hostile employee. I limped down the road to another tire place that was willing to take my money. Needless to say that I will never attempt to buy anything at this store ever again.
Kevin was very helpful today. He took the time to explain the reasons my low tire pressure indicator was on. He got me taken care of and out the door fast. Very nice and great customer service.
Do not sleep on this place. I am here for all my tire needs. Every since I found I could by tire from Walmart online, I have been hooked. I also get oil changes here as well. Walmart Auto Care Center has made my 2007 Dodge Caliber a very happy camper.
I took my vehicle to make an oil change and when I arrived I asked the employee for the time it would take to make the oil change to the car, he replied that 30 minutes, so I decided to leave the car in what he did some shopping in which took me more than 30 minutes. I asked about my car in case it was ready, but I was not ready, in fact they had not started working, I complained to the manager who just let me do the time observation and then haughtily told me they had a lot of work, I wanted Explain that they told me when they arrived that it would only take 30 min but I did not let myself speak and I affirm myself and proved by showing me the computer that had only really been 86 minutes in this branch are incompetent and rude.
Ms Shay and her crew in the Tire and Auto section, as usual, are top notch. Great staff, great service. God bless them all.

Rubbish systems and processes. Went it to get tires replaced and the service lady selected the tires that were available in their system. 6 hrs later, no replacement was done as the tires were not in stock. I was not notified earlier. Service staff were friendly but the walmart inventory system and their process of informing customers is absolute rubbish. First and last time at a walmart auto center. Zero stars.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was skipped over TWICE for two Caucasian MEN. I was only there to get air in my tire. I Stayed in my RUNNING car the entire time, (wasting gas). The attendant finally came to me, I let her know I only needed air, she told me to pull to a bay door, where I waited ANOTHER 15mins for her to service the other white male who had pulled in behind me. THEN, after rearranging THEIR cars I was told to move to another bay door, so that she could access the air hose.This African-American WOMAN knows her stuff. I was a service writer/greeter in the TLE at Walmart in 2008-2009 and I KNOW a person wanting air in their tire shouldn’t have to wait HOURS to get it. It’s very quick and easy. If my light wasn’t on I would have left. But at this hour in the morning on a Sunday, my options were extremely limited. I started to put the air in myself.DO BETTER WAL-MART seriously!
I called to get some basic information on a oil change service and Jasmine was rude and unhelpful. She may as well have told me to go somewhere else.
Came here once to get a new tire for one that was going flat every day. It took a while (Ive never been to a quick Walmart auto) but they did a good job. The tire they recommended to me was a very good match for my others and I didnt have any problems with it.
If I could rate this place zero stars I most definitely would. I had not one but two of my cars brought in for an oil change and they got oil all over my daughters car and we had to have them clean it and it didnt all come out yet they said they couldnt do anything about it. If that wasnt bad enough they werent exactly friendly and the wait was about 3 hours. Definitely wont be going to this Walmart for an oil change ever again!!!
I really wish I had asked the names of the folks who replaced my battery tonight. They were all exceptionally helpful and nice. Prices and service get an A+ from me!
I dont know. Im always weary of places that change your oil away from your view. My truck is a 7.3. I normally put 15 quarts of rotella oil and I pay from $110. To $130. for an oil change. WM auto charged me $65. What did I get. The mechanics were not professional looking. The manager was shady looking. I wont go back to that wm auto center.

Slow, mind boggling slow. Will never return here. Sat and watched my truck untouched on the lift for 30 minute while employees sat around and talked, then watched minimal progress followed by another 20 minutes of nothing followed by they finally figured out I was getting angry and they finished the job. Tried to add on extras after telling them not to.Wish I could give this place zero stars. Do not come here ever.

I just spent $140 on a new battery and oil change from the Automotive shop here only to find that my dash loudly ticks. It does so regardless of the AC/heat being on or not; in fact, now that whole system is inoperable! It is the middle of winter and the heater that worked when I dropped my truck off no longer works. It didnt do it before I went in for service, and I brought it to Lees attention (badge says hes been an associate for 20 years). He and the other technician said its not their fault, walked off and left me stranded in the parking lot with my truck worse off than when I left it. I had to call my father from his job to come and get me, and I am now missing appointments. I have no idea how much this fix will cost now. Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else.
The staff was very friendly and took care of me as soon as I got there. The crew got me in and out fast . Just came in to get a new tpms sensor and the shop manager took care of it for me .
Brought it for a batter replacement but the check in mechanic told me it just need and charge and it would take 2-3 to charge it. I went to AutoZone a mile away to get a second opinion. The AutoZone tech told me it was shot and I needed a replacement. Took it back to Walmart to process the warranty but they didnt believe me. Luckily I had taken a picture of the AutoZone battery checker so they finally took my car in for the warranty. Check in mechanic told me 2-3 hours to process everything...The actual mechanic hooked it up and expedited it and put me infront of 3 others since it was a simple battery change.
Very poor customer service and it starts with front end mangers omg idk way no body calls corpret so thy can fix this problems even my grandkid has more respect for ppl then this so called mangers
They broke something in my car while they were doing oil change. Do not go there for oil change.
Went in for the basic tire rotation, everything was fine and dandy and I didnt mind the wait, I understand their being a line. Then I sat down in automotive to wait for it to be done and get called out by the technician. Says Ive got a cross threaded lugnut, so I ask which one and he said right side front tire, so I check the nuts after a drive home, looked fine. So then I get my lugnut wrench thats in my car to change out a flat, I put little effort to break those nuts and screw them off, HOW IN THE HELL CAN A TORQUE WRENCH NOT OUT POWER A HUMAN WITH A DINKY WRENCH...Tried calling to get an appointment immediately for their failure to use logic because lets face it, things happen and I get that. I call and the dude is dumbfounded at the fact that I called them out on it so to speak and wanted to put me on hold for a other hour in which Id be waiting for the same technician who doesnt know a cross threaded nut when he sees it.Im not that big a guy either, Im average...I should not be able to out power a drill that is SPECIFICALLY designed for this stuff...

Horrible customer service. Its almost like they dont want your business because they are too lazy to even check you in. And the first thing said to me before hello or anything was 3 hour wait, someone will eventually come talk to you. I had already been waiting 20 min before I even went and asked and was given that rude response. This is my 3rd encounter with that specific employee. He is old, grouchy, and needs to be trained or fired. Clearly Wal-Mart doesnt care about their automotive customers.
