Worse experience ever. I ordered a Cargo Trunk Cover almost 3 weeks ago after trying to order it in person and was told they didn’t make it for my model truck...how? When you can clearly see one should’ve been on there, so I went on they website and ordered it myself.Going into 3rd week...I haven’t heard anything nor do I have my order. I been sitting on the phone now going on 30min. Whatever my vehicle don’t have, it’s not gone have if I gotta order or go through Nissan... Ridiculous!!!
I bought a 2019 frontier Nissan pick up in February 2019. The battery goes dead in November 2020 and should still be under warranty. Somehow, Nissan wants me to bring the truck in to check the electrical before they will warrant the battery. The battery that is dead so I cannot turn on my truck. So Either I have to buy a brand new battery or have the truck towed into the service department. Neither of which will be covered. So much for the warranty!

Had a terrible experience at this location. I picked up a valve cover and the part was priced higher at the place than it was online. The lady at the counter was nice enough to change it, but acted like she was doing me a favor. If you advertise something online for a specific price, dont mark it up at the store, its a bad business practice!A week later I went to return the part. I waited at the counter for almost 15 minutes while two guys were looking for a part they could not find. They were cussing up a storm in the back, loud enough so anyone at the counter could hear. Good thing nobody had their kids with them. Highly unprofessional.Finally, the gentleman asked me what I needed. I told him I wanted to return the valve cover I purchased a week ago. I told him that nothing was wrong with it, i installed it and changed my mind after i saw my car had oil in the spark plugs and some other issues. He said he could not take it back because it was installed. I asked him to show me where that was stated on the return policy. He could not. I then pointed to the invoice where it shows in big bold letters that you can return this part within 30 days and there will be a 25% restocking fee. I explained to him that retailers charge this fee so when they turn around a sell the item at a discount because the item not new anymore, they would not loose money. He said it wasnt up for discussion and told me to go find Mike across the street. He didnt call Mike and talk to him, he didnt page Mike to come over and talk to me, he just sent me on my way because he didnt want to help me. He had more important things to do than attend to customers needs.The service was terrible, it was very clear that customers are an after thought. Will never shop here again! Stay away! Amazon and Rock Auto are much better choices for car parts.
