If you had the receipt this wouldnt be a problem lol. Fleetpride as a business is a great idea but the mentality of they have to work with us or they are broke down has limited them. Hopefully they will upgrade their website/systems and customer service. It would be great to have an oreillys or autozone quality truck part place.

Manager & the guy behind the counter are extremely rude & unprofessional I don’t understand what kind of owner would put on their store an unprepared person for manager. Managers should always be willing to help the customers. The manager is just contributing to loosing good customers of FleetPride because he doesn’t want to do his job. They are also extremely slow which makes the loose a lot of customers because they take forever just to sell something. Owner should really consider getting a manager that is fitted for the job.

Customer service at this location has always been poor. Ive tried many times to give this location a chance and as always there is definitely a lack of hospitality.
