My husband and I went here too look for a couch after my mom mentioned how great her couch was (and it is, Ive sat in it!). We went to the Round Rock location and was greeted by Cati. She was there for us every step of the way. She was truly fantastic and we will be getting a new one (the Hermes Sectional to be exact) delivered on Saturday! We loved our new Corliss 3 living room set, Brodrick was very nice, helpful, and very very patience, specially because we took our 3 years old daughter, he didn’t bother even when she was crying, he is an awesone guy! we already visited 4 stores, we ordered our previous set from Ashley Furniture, worst experience ever, we never got our set after 4 months, so tired and really frustrated we decided to look somewhere else, went to living spaces, we went and the people wasnt half of nice that we were expecting, plus prices were over the roof. So we left the store tired and disappointed. When we visited Homezone as last attempt for the day, We were told we were going to get our set in 4 days, I couldn’t believe, and i was expecting to wait probably more. But nope, we got it exactly on 4 days, they even sent me text messages, emails to remind me. I was more than thankful with this wonderful experience. Furniture is cheaper, but seems kind of low quality. I ordered a table and some chairs and it came broken. When I tried to return it, they said they charge a 20% restocking fee... kind of outrageous. They are exchanging the broken pieces, but I can already tell how low quality the material is from how it broke during shipping.Make sure you love what you see in the store before you buy it. Youre going to be stuck with it unless youre willing to fork over 100s in restocking fees, even if they ship you broken things.

Marcos and Eric were there to deliver and assemble the furniture and they were simply excellent! Very professional, courteous and efficient. I came in on 07/14/2021 looking for furniture for my new home. Jennifer greeted me and made some suggestions. I looked around for a little longer and found everything I needed. She gave me specific quotes I asked for because I had somewhere else to be and I would be back the following week. I came back in today and asked for Jennifer again. She helped me find the dresser I was needing because my favorite choice was out of stock. I was able to purchase everything I needed today and it will be delivered to my home soon. The atmosphere here is great and everyone is friendly. If I need anything else for my home I will be coming back. I will also recommend my friends to shop here and have them ask for Jennifer.

Excellent experience from the moment we stepped into the store to the delivery and set up of our furniture. The sales team was helpful and courteous. I especially appreciate that the we’re not pushy and let us know that all sales associates could help us since they do not work off commission. They had furniture in stock and have signs out so we knew which was available. The delivery was timely and the delivery person noticed that the tables were wobbly and tried to fix it. When he couldn’t he called customer service so I could refuse delivery and get new tables delivered. Home zone will be our first stop for furniture anytime we need new furniture.

My supervisor told me about Homezone a few weeks ago. I’ve looked at the sign for years thinking it was a bowling alley. Walking through the door, my mom and I were warmly greeted by Rose! I love this store. My now husband and I went here 2 years ago when we were first moving in together and didnt buy anything because we didnt really have the money at the time. We are about to move into a rental house and since we are more stable, we knew we had to go back. The staff was so nice and not pushy at all. The prices and products are also great. Got these recliners during the black Friday sale. Had never heard of this place before So glad i found it when i did. Pillows are not from there. Delivery was a breeze and included set up.
