We have now had two deliveries to our home in Round Rock (for an online order) on the same item (coffee table) and both times the coffee tables have arrived damaged!!! This second delivery completed just minutes ago, they delivered clearly a floor model or an already returned item since it was delivered in a MOVING BLANKET and not even in a box!!!! The only reason we agreed to do home delivery was because the Round Rock store, the Austin store, and Cedar Park stores all charge $50 to do a store pickup!!! This is exactly why we didnt want to do home delivery, because you can never check the product before accepting it, then you have to wait forever to do a return / exchange pickup. Of course no guarantee on blemish free product, and no accountability. Just sit on the phone in queue to try to get another return or exchange delivery scheduled. Then you have to wait you have to wait and wait for a few weeks for your next return / exchange delivery window to arrive. Then once you get it, good luck on it not being damaged product right out of the box, or right out of the MOVING BLANKET!!! Even then more wait because the return process takes at least two weeks and thats if it is in stock. Thoroughly disgusted with this company.
Me and my wife are clients of Rooms To Go as about 5 years, but something happened in the end of 2020.1. We ordered sofa and table with the set of 4 chairs in the beginning of December 2020. From the start manager explained us that they will have a little bit delay for delivery and please be ware the 2 items will delivered in the middle of February. So it was not that we expected but Okay, we agreed.2. In the middle of February we received sofa and there were non issues with that. But we expect one more item, table with 4 chairs and with this, story become worse and worse.3. They told us that they have delay one more month, so in the end we received our table with 4 chairs after 3.5 months. I could not believe that it could happened to me and my family with this company.4. Me and my wife went to Store in Round Rock and trying explain to manager, that I will have a surgery in the end of February could you please re schedule little bit earlier, but unfortunately without any success. Date was the same…Why we went to store? Because we can’t wait for 1.30 hour on the line to reach Customer Support.5. In the end of February we finally received table with 4 chairs, but one chair was with big scratch on the top the chair. We starting to call manager and explain the situation and of course they helped me and we still need to wait ONE MORE MONTH to exchange the chair.6. So the date for chair exchange was in beginning of April but we received information from Rooms To Go, that something happened and we cannot reach you by this date it will be one more month. After that we were very very disappointed and I sent email to Customer Support representative with explanation and photos of scratch on the chair and finally we got date 04/28/2021.6. Today is 04/28/2021 we received chair that need to be exchanged and you know what…it was wrong chair… we have no words to explain my situation. It’s so unprofessional. Delivery man made notes that yes, it’s true, it’s wrong chair and asked me to call to Support and explain the situation.7. Customer Support representative reached me today (04/28/2021) via the phone and explained me that they out of stock with these chairs and first available date is beginning of August. It is ridiculous situation. We are very tired, we would like to receive our chair that’s it. By the way we have already paid for it.Summarizing: Worse Customer Support ever. Can not reach via the phone hours and hours.Can’t solve issues in time. Huge delays. And also keep in mind that you may receive not that item, that you expect.I will not recommend this service.
My wife and I decided to buy a mattress from this Rooms-To-Go, but were told it would take 45 days to arrive. After leaving the store, I was able to find the exact same mattress from a competitor that could be delivered in 2 days. I called this store within 12 hours of the purchase to cancel. They said it would be no problem but it would take a little while to process because of a store credit we had received for buying the mattress, which we used towards a mattress protector that was also supposed to be delivered with the mattress. It has now been 20 days and still NO REFUND. I have called the store 4 different times and spoken to 3 different sales people and one manager. It is always the same run around story about the store credit holding up the refund. How incompetent is the accounting department that they cannot void the store credit for something we never received and refund the money we paid for the mattress?? This store credit should have absolutely nothing to do with the refund. In fact, it has its own order number separate from the mattress. Save your time and go anywhere but Rooms-To-Go! This was our first and last time ever doing business with them.Update: After leaving this review, they magically processed the refund. Unfortunately, it was $378.86 SHORT of what we paid, for products we never received. This business is completely incompetent.
Don’t make a mistake purchasing anything at this store. We had issues with all the items purchase and delivered 2month late when it was supposed to be delivered. And I tried to talk to the manager JOHN and he would not help and said your are out of luck. I never been a store that will have Zero customer service. 3 family was at office same issues like I have. Also NOTHING IS Refundable after purchase. I would rate half stars if I could do.
Jeremy was such a big help and is a top notch employee and salesman. Super kind and energetic and went out of his way to ensure we found the perfect rug to go with our new living room set. The financing plans are great. Overall a good place to shop if you are looking for quality furniture.
Worse customer service experience ever. The delivery driver never delivered my sectional and now it’s been pushed back weeks. The customer service agents are not helpful at all basically telling me that the couch that was to be delivered is magical unavailable now. Will never shop with them again
I have bought maybe three orders from this store in the past two years, a dinning set, a breakfast nook set and an accent chair. This review is reflective of the delivery and post-delivery service rather than the experience at this store, which was largely positive.Coming to the negatives, it just starts going downhill starting with the delivery. I have not received a single order so far that has not been damaged or stained in transit. It’s disappointing when this happens consistently with all their deliveries, whereas I can hardly count the issues I have had with deliveries from other furniture stores.Now comes the primary issue, their customer service. There is no way you are going to get any follow up from them on any part exchange, unless you keep reminding them from time to time. Each time they send out a technician, the technician informs me there will be an exchange performed for what couldn’t be fixed/repaired. When I call customer service after no follow-up for weeks, they are like, the technician reported everything could be repaired satisfactorily, and so no further repairs are necessary (please note that there are no pictures or proof of this satisfactory repair). They did this same thing for each and every delivery issue I raised and the only parts I ended up getting replaced are the ones I had repeatedly followed up with them. I have no clue how they manage this, but the only explanations seem to be that, either they are using outdated systems for tracking resolution of open customer issues and/or they are outright employing cheap and dishonest means to avoid replacing orders and hope the customer stops following up. After a while, when the same thing repeats, you lose complete confidence in this company.I even have the extended warranty on these orders, which I realize were huge mistakes on my part as they are absolutely useless and a complete waste of money. The warranty is very limited in nature and don’t address any pending “delivery issues”, which they never address properly in the first place, unless you keep calling the customer service repeatedly.TL;DR: You get what you pay for, post-purchase experience is one of the worst you can have. If you value your time and self-esteem, you would stay away from dishonest businesses like these. If you still end up buying from here, just make sure to avoid their extended warranty.
How horrible is it to drop over 1k on furniture for it to be delivered broken. Both the console and dinner table purchased came poorly packaged and as soon as we open the box they had holes. I called customer service which took 45 min for me to be able to connect with someone and although they said they would replace furniture they lied about the new delivery date. Had to call again where they told me items were not going to be delivered until 3 weeks later then the date they had shared with me on the phone. Why do I have to call to be informed on the new delivery date?
Beautiful store with a beautiful location. The staff is eager to assist you and are accommodating to your needs. Theyre not in rush to get you in and out nor do they make you obligated to make a purchase. The merchandise sells itself. Ive made several big purchases recently and Im not done. Thanks guys. And special thanks to Giovanni Salazar for going above and beyond to assist me with getting my sons bedroom set issue resolved within days. He just transferred back out south this weekend, but he didnt drop the ball.

Rooms to GO SOMEWHERE ELSEAfter losing a lot of furniture to Winter Storm Uri, we chose RTG to replace it. We spent thousands on a mattress, bedroom set, and dining set. Delivery times were long, but we accepted that due to the pandemic. What we didnt expect was the absolute saga of headaches.The mattress - demo model had an adjustable base. An adjustable base was not included in the very inflated price, which we were NOT told. So now we have a bed that lies flat unless we want to shell out another $1500.The dining set - chairs had dings on the corners upon delivery. Took weeks for a technician to come out and paint the scratches.The bedroom set - The bedroom set came and low and behold, one of the bedposts was BIFURCATED due to improper handling in the warehouse. Looks like the box was impaled by a forklift and they loaded it onto the truck anyway.Customer service was understanding but useless, so we walked into the store with the broken shard. They were very dismissive but eventually called for a manager when we asked if they could at least deliver the replacement soonest possible rather than scheduling out so far. Manager walks up and the guy behind the counter says, they want the replacement sooner, but we cant do that right? Right in front of us, warning the manager not to even try to help. Manager said hed see what he could do but their subsidiary who does the manufacturing and warehouse would have none of it.Weeks go by, and the replacement comes today. NOW theyre saying they cant assemble the bedframe because they dont have hardware included. Who the [expletive deleted] [expletive deleted] delivers a frame with no bolts or screws? So now we have to wait, yet again, for this joke of a store to get its act together and send us the parts so we can do it ourselves because Ill eat a shoe before I trust them to do their job and let them back in the house.I get that theres a pandemic and a wood shortage and we have tried to be very patient, reasonable, and agreeable. But this store and all its partners are completely unreliable, even after we spent thousands with the expectation of a modicum of professionalism.Whatever you do, shop somewhere else. I hear STAR furniture is nice.UPDATE: Rooms To Go sent the hardware. We began building the bed ourselves, only to realize they sent us the wrong screws. Its the final nail (or screw, if you will) in the coffin of this ridiculous experience. If there was any uncertainty that theyre entirely incompetent, thats now been remedied. Now well be off to Home Depot for more screws, as RTG cant even be trusted to put something in the mail.
Great experience that started as soon as we walked in the door! Kim Capella gave us a warm, welcoming greeting and asked how she could help us. We were there to check out a particular mattress, and we were lucky to be assisted by an expert! She showed us the mattress we were there to see and provided some excellent insight. We weren’t completely sold on it so we asked for her opinion and she showed us a very nice Tempur-pedic mattress that was great! She also showed us a couple of other mattresses while highlighting their features. Once we chose a mattress, we let her know we also needed new living room furniture. She asked us what we liked and narrowed down our search to a couple different sectionals. We had her running all over the store so we could compare them and loved her comments about different styles, fabrics, and how they’d perform. Over all, great service! We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, or look at anything we didn’t want to look at. Would highly recommend going in to see how Kim can help you!
Ordered a Recliner on August 27th which was supposed to be delivered Sept 14th. Sounds good, I wait in the four hour window for deliver only to get a no show so I go out to get some fresh air an hour later. Then Murphys laws kick in. Delivery guys cancel the delivery after being an hour and a half away and me being walking distance to my home. Two weeks after my delivery date I finally have a chance to reschedule my order and it turns out my chair that I bought that was once almost delivered, cannot be delivered or picked up from the store till the end of March 2022. This story isnt even over Im waiting for my refund now.

He went above and beyond and helped us pick the right bedroom set for our family and was able to get our delivery in on the exact date that we needed it. He was very accommodating as I am nine months pregnant and could barely walk the floors as I would like. Just told him my interests and he led me to what I needed with less walking and less time!!!! I dealt with Anthony very professional and knowledgeable. We came in on a Sunday,May 9, 2021. We could have gotten our furniture on that Wednesday of the same week. It’s just we were nit expecting to get it so soon we put it off to the next week. Anthony was passionate with me I think I tried 7 beds at least but I got the bed I wanted. Please see A Tony at the Round Rock, TX store he is very patient.
Sales force is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and they have a nice selection of furniture that should last for quite some time. The downside however is their customer service both from a delivery and problem resolution standpoint is nearly nonexistent. For example, we purchased a $6k bed(King sized Sealy w/ adjustable base) which was supposed to be delivered between 10a.m-2p.m. Got a call at 1p.m stating that the truck broke down and the new window was between 3p.m-7p.m.... No problem, I understand things happen. Id scheduled my day around this delivery in advance but 2 minutes into my rescheduled 4p.m meeting my doorbell rings and of course its my bed that Ive been waiting on all day being delivered. Long story short, the Tech couldnt sync the bed and the adjustable base didnt work whatsoever.... He said someone will contact you to about getting a new base out to you this evening..... After 2 days of not hearing from anyone we start contacting them ourselves but werent able to speak to anyone after an hour on hold. Contacted the store and was told that customer service isnt even open on the weekends so the past hour on hold was in vain but they could create a service ticket for a call back in the coming days. Having said that, Ive spent just over $11k at RTG in the past 3 years and I cant say after this purchase that Id feel confident making them the 1st stop to furnish our new home thats currently under construction.

He quickly put our furniture selections together, we actually mixed around pieces vs taking the set as is. He was very patient and knowledgeable on inventory and pricing. Financing was also easy, Jeremy provided our options and scheduled delivery quickly and efficiently. Honestly the easiest furniture shopping experience ever. Thank you Jeremy!
Be aware to order furniture from Room To Go. I spent money for furniture of my new apartment; 2 Bedrooms, living room and dining room. Some furniture arrived with defects. My nightstand’s drawer completely fall apart. My son bed frame not attach because of screws. I paid extra for assemble service on site so all defects not from me. I sent emails with pictures. They sent me the replacement but still defect one. I tried to called customer service it took me on hold forever. Yes I did tried to call my sale person and the answer was his job was only for sale!!! Not willing to help as the day I visited this store. This will be my first and last time with Room To Go !!!Updated: after tried to contact customer service and wait on hold almost 30 mins, I decided to drive to RTG where I purchased this junk. Staff told me that store won’t take the return and I had to keep them until customer service send team to my apartment. They pushed me to called customer service now. I only need them to take this damaged furniture and seriously fix this problem. They mailed replacement without protection like bubble or anything. See the picture how damage of the box. It seem hopeless to get help for them. I decided to leave damaged furniture and the replace one they sent me in front of the store. My problem solve and I considered it as my stupidity. I give up and wouldn’t waste my times to chase loyalty customer service from RTG because it’s not exist. I will get back to you if my son get injury from your damaged bed. Farewell Room TO Go!!
I wish I could leave a review with 0 stars. Here’s the fun filled story:I ordered a bedroom set from them in October because they promised it could be delivered in early November. They showed up in Nov and of the 6 pieces we ordered 2 of them were not broken. The delivery guys told me that they could take them back but that if I accepted delivery they would be replaced much quicker. Within 7 days he told me. With my 7 month pregnant wife, I agreed time was of the essence and we could tolerate a bunch of broken stuff taking up space in our house for a week. After 7 days and no contact, I called customer service and they told me that the order was fulfilled on their end and they didn’t know anything about it. After some explaining they agreed to replace the broken items. Well about 10 days later they call me and tell me it’s going to be end of December for them to replace it. End of December comes and day of delivery they say they can only replace 2 of the remaining 4 items the others would be an additional 2 weeks. Fast forward to today, they come to replace 2 broken nightstands that have been in my house for about 75 days and the first replacement is broken... Naturally. So after we get one of the two new ones and they take the old ones, the delivery guy tells me I have to keep the new broken one. I told him I didn’t have room and I am having a kid in literally 4 days now. He said he couldn’t take it. I tried to explain they can’t just bring me broken products and expect me to hold on to them but he wouldn’t relent. I told him it wasn’t happening and he can leave it outside if he doesn’t want to take it. So that’s what he does, see picture. It gets better, I call the store to tell them this miserable experience I have had and the MANAGER of the store tells me if I don’t move it inside and something happens they will charge me and not replace it...I could just be old fashioned, but I always thought if you paid for stuff that gets broken, the company made it right for the client... who knows... Oh! Also, in the 6-10 calls and multiple emails we have exchanged, not one time did a representative tell me they would try to make it right in anyway, like idk refund my delivery LOL.You couldn’t pay me to shop with this company again.Buyer beware.
Jeremy greeted me at the door. Told me about the promotion that was going on and sent me on my way so that I could look for something at my pace with no pressure. Once I found what I liked he was able to mix and match some items and still keep me within my budget. The whole process was so quick and easy and Jeremy made it fun as well. He made me feel confident and was very nice. I will not only go to rooms to go for all my needs but I will recommend them and Jeremy to everyone I know.
We ordered a bedroom set over 3 weeks ago. When our furniture arrived it was labeled no hardware so the delivery guys said they could not assemble it as there was no hardware included. We would have to call Rooms 2 Go to get the hardware overnighted to us and then reschedule them to come assemble. Looking at 2-3 weeks!!! Im 5 months pregnant and we sold our current bedroom set. Then my husband opens the box and there actually was hardware included. The foot board was scuffed up and the vanity mirror was chipped. It has been beyond frustrating to get this taken care of. Im still sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Had a guy come out last week not sure what for as we are still missing some pieces so that was a waste. They are coming out again this Thursday hopefully everything will be correct and I can finally sleep in my bed Ive paid for.
What a superb visit. Was absolutely lucky to have worked with Erik Hudson in choosing some new furniture for our future house. He was great, efficient, and incredibly knowledgable. We knew what we were looking for before coming in, but he provided us with many other options and insights, and we are super satisfied with our final purchases. Give this man a raise!
First order they ordered a mattress and adjustable base. Delivery was scheduled between 2p and 6p. Called at 630p for status as it hadn’t been delivered. Was told not sure why they were running behind but they make deliveries until 10p. Received phone call at 11:30p that they were 10 minutes away. Delivery and set up was finally complete at 12:15A. Went back for a second time since we got $200 store credit from the first order. Order was delivered yesterday and I am assembling it today only to find one price had not been stained to match the rest and is just raw wood. Will definitely not be going back to Rooms To Go again.
Go See Eric!He greeted us at the door and within seconds he already knew what recliner set was for us. Not only did he take us to the set we bought but he also directly took us to the bed we bought the same day. All to be delivered in a week! Fast courteous great style in mind and also helped with payment options. I have to say I did try my best to steal him for my company :). We won’t use any other sales member or store for our home.

He provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision, gave me space to look at all the options, but was readily available when I had questions and was ready to make my purchase. Got our first purchase with him done, waiting on the next round for product we chose that’s not available until later. Excellent customer service, was very professional, knew his product very well, guided both of us through what we were each looking for. The lady in the childrens furniture was amazing. We purchased bed and dresser, and she went above and beyond.
Ordered 2 sofas and 3 tables, turns out they only entered one sofa and tables on order. Had to re-order sofa and wait an additional 30 days for delivery. Then, when furniture came it was all broken, they had to take it back. Called customer service multiple times to check on status, on hold for most of the time and no call backs. People nice at stores, however still the worst experience all around because I did not get my furniture on time, and they did not make exceptions to fix their mistakes.
I will preface this by saying if I could give them less then 1 star, I would.I have bought from them twice and both experiences to include this last time have been less than satisfactory. The sales staff was nice, and the delivery people did a fairly good job. The first time I bought with them was a couch which literally broke a few weeks after we bought it, so we had to schedule the warranty repair service to come look at it. Their next available repair service was weeks out. The most recent time we bought with them was a bed set for my daughter. Everything went smoothly until delivery when the delivery personnel notified me that the headboard had a massive crack in it. They didn’t want to bring it upstairs and put the bed frame together if we were just going to have it replaced anyways so we agreed to these terms and they loaded the headboard back into the vehicle and adjusted our account to say we needed a replacement headboard. Annoying but what can we do when the warehouse employees aren’t careful with the merchandise. Now my biggest issue was the lack of communication following this incident.. We waited a week and they never got in contact with us to schedule a new shipment date for the headboard. My daughter is forced to sleep on a mattress lying on the floor since her new bed frame is missing the headboard. What should have been a happy moment with her getting a new bedroom set was tainted by this inconvenience. Finally, I call them and sit on hold for 2 HOURS. During this time that I’m waiting, I get disconnected from their line multiple times and finally get through to someone. At this point, I was convinced that they didn’t have customer support staff working the phones. I give the lady my information and it’s apparent that their system said I needed a replacement headboard, but no one scheduled a replacement delivery date so now she tells me the next available delivery date is a week out. I’m livid because my daughter must go a whole other week without her bed frame when it is very clearly their fault. The customer care representative said that she would try and squeeze my head board onto a different delivery but that they would have to call me back tomorrow after they figure out if it’s possible or not. To make matters worse, their website is atrocious and won’t load any of my account information. DO NOT USE THEIR CALL BACK FEATURE. One time I opted to have them call me back as opposed to sitting on hold for hours and when they did call me back it was just an automated message that stated “This is rooms to go returning your call back request from our care center. We apologize that we missed you. Please try us back at your earliest convenience” and then it suggested the best time for me to call back. If I would have known that leaving the wait time queue to be put on a call back list that was just going to tell me to call them back then I would have never accepted that offer. Additionally, I had their repair tech come to look at the couch and he arrived at my house at 7am, looked at it for 5 minutes and said he would order a part for it then proceeded to leave. The customer service wouldn’t allow me to schedule for him to come back and put the new part on until I had received it which took weeks as well. All these experiences with them is why they are receiving a humiliating 1-star rating from me.To summarize: clumsy warehouse personnel, customer care phone wait times are exceedingly high, no follow-up or communication whatsoever, overall unsatisfactory customer care and service for such a major company. It’s appalling. The fact that this large company location has a 2-star rating is both astonishing and unsurprising after having dealt with them multiple times. I would recommend an alternate location for your house furnishing needs because if you must deal with their customer service team then prepare to be disappointed.
Just purchased a couch and apartment sofa and couldn’t be happier. My wife and I were treated like royalty by Bob Stephens, one of the newest rockstar salespeople who really made us feel comfortable and made the entire experience memorable and worthwhile. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! they delivered half of the furniture, a sofa missing one leg and after going to pick up the other leg, discovered the sofa was defective missing the hole for the leg that was not delivered!! Management did nothing to resolve the situation after spending over two thousand on dysfunctional furniture, You’re better off picking up furniture from the side of the road.
I normally dont submit reviews. Beware with them. I have ordered a Bed room set with them almost 4 months back. After long wait they did deliver it with lot of wear and tear issues. It looked like an used product. Delivery person denied to take back the furniture and forged my signature and left without taking product back.Their customer service didnt even offer me to return the item. I have to wait for another 6 months to get a replacement piece. No Star rating.
Walked in the building and I was warmly welcomed by James who was super helpful. He did a great job answering my questions I had without putting pressure on me to buy anything in particular. He also went over what kind of options I had and it helped me make my decision a whole lot easier. Definitely would go back in the future to get some more furniture at Rooms To Go. Great place to buy new furniture. When you go, ask for Erik. Erik is extremely helpful and patient. My wife and I bounced him around the store for an hour and had him look up many pieces and Erik attended to us like we were the only people in the building. Excellent customer service.

Needed some patio/deck furniture, and decided to take a look at rooms to go. The store in Roundrock has even a whole patio department. No pressure from salesman, questions asked where promptly answered and, again no further pressure. This made quite an impression. When we needed help, Dominic was the man to answer all our questions, and he provided a superb sales experience.He deserves 6 🌟

He answered questions we had, gave us many options and was a really friendly, not-pushy salesperson. There’s a big selection at this RTG and we were able to find a beautiful option that was affordable.

Ordered living room furniture 4 months ago still hasn’t been delivered. Thought in house financing had to be paid prior to delivery, no they added over 1,400 in interest for 10 days past the 90 day mark. Now mind you the furniture still hasn’t arrived . In house financing is shady. Paying almost double. Tried to speak to the manager of the store several times and it’s not an option. Will never spend another dime with them should have gone to Livings Spaces like all the reviews say.
Went shopping for a new build, we needed pretty much everything, living room, dining and bedroom/mattress etc...We entered the location and were met by our Salesman, Scott. He was extremely professional, down to earth and not salesy. We told him what we were looking for and he knowledgeably and patiently walked us through our experience and we found everything we needed. I highly recommend going to see Scott if youre in the market.
Had a very successful trip today. We had planned on just browsing and ended the trip with almost our whole apartment furnished at a very reasonable price all thanks to Erik! I definitely recommend doing your shopping here, and to ask for Erik specifically.

I promise I will NEVER by furniture or anything from this business again. They have pushed my delivery back twice now and say it’s due to packaging and the warehouse! I purchased 2 pieces of furniture and only one is supposed to be delivered today! The sales person was nice but after you buy furniture, they just treat you like trash. The order status page doesn’t work. Chat is not useful. You will be waiting forever for customer service to get a answer. My delivery window was from 10am to 2pm and it’s 6pm! No call no nothing! Worst customer service ever!
My wife and I stopped in this past Thursday and we were helped by Robin. It was our first visit to a Rooms to Go store and we had a really pleasant experience. Robin was great. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She allowed us to look without being obtrusive and she would check in with us from time to time to ensure our needs were met. The facility was clean, spacious and inviting.
My experience for this furniture store was ok .they have a large variety of furniture from Beds & Bedroom Set,Recliners,Dining Furniture,Rugs & Home Decor,and out door furniture and decor .they have very friendly staff and its a very clean place .what I didnt like is it has a price and they never have whats on that special price and what they do have you have to wait over a month to receive it .over all I recommend this place just do your research ask all the questions you want .after all is your purchase
I ordered a living room set about six weeks ago. Delivery was scheduled for 7/17. I received a confirmation that my delivery window was to be 7am-11am, and made plans accordingly. At 7:30amon 7/17, I received a phone call letting me know the driver had an emergency and they had to move my delivery to the 2pm-6pm window. I told them I had somewhere to be at 3pm: I was told I could reschedule but I was the first delivery during that time frame and should receive my delivery in time, and said they would put in a call ahead request for the driver. Time marches on and I have had no communication. I look at the tracker and see that I am scheduled for the first delivery, yet somehow the driver is on the third delivery. I call customer care to find out how that could possibly be? They inform me I cancelled the delivery, which I did not. I go round and round with them and get to a supervisor who can clearly see I did not cancel the delivery at all. They told me they were going to contact whomever they had to so they could get it out to me that evening or the next morning (because otherwise it would be September), and would call me once they had some information. I never received that call. Around 6:15 I tried to call, customer care was now closed. I get on the online chat and I am Informed that the driver is on his way and would call me as he gets closer. I never received a call, and he never showed. I get on chat again at about 8:30pm to find out the driver has marked the order as not home. I was home the entire time, missing my prior obligation due to this fiasco. I then call the Round Rock store and spoke with Jordan who is one of the managers. I explained the situation and he told me he would do his best to get it handled but it would be Monday before anything could be done because the merchandisers don’t work on Sunday. Monday rolls around and I find that nothing can be done because my furniture is on a trailer to the next person in line, even though no one seems to work on Sunday. So somehow from Saturday night to Monday morning my furniture is now being sold to someone else. I was told again, if I wanted that furniture it would be September. Unfortunately my family is going to need something to sit on before then seeing how I sold what I had to make room for the new furniture. It was suggested to me that I could pick something else out that could possibly get to me sooner. This is not a shirt, it’s furniture. It is an investment and needs to meet specific needs, which is why I chose the furniture that I did to begin with. One would think a manager of a furniture store would get that. I asked to for information to contact the DM, and was told I can give him your info. I was refused a both a phone number and an email address. The phone number is ‘personal’ and he had no email address according to Jordan. I worked in retail for a long time and I can promise the DM had not only an email address but also a work number. I still am waiting to be contacted by the DM. Based on the 100% lack of communication thought this experience I’m not holding my breath. I also called corporate who kept transferring me to customer care, even after I specified that is not who I needed to talk to seeing as they were part of the issue. If you want the most horrible customer experience you can possibly imagine, then this might be the place for you to do business. Otherwise beware because it’s clear they do not care about their customers, refuse to take responsibility for their negligence, and flat out don’t care if they screw you over.

Came in needing a couch, specifically wanted a sectional. Picked out a nice Cindy Crawford grayish one. Credit not the best, but definitely not the worst. It felt like I was in a dealership buying a car, meaning the whole process was awful. RTG wanted us to put down 600 dollars for ONE piece of the sectional and get the rest weeks later. NOPE! Folks, we left, went down some blocks to Living Spaces and got a brand new comfortable sectional AND dining table that were very well priced the same week! Lessons have been learned.
Kim was so awesome. She helped us find exactly what we needed and assisted in color coordination. She worked to ensure both my husband and I were happy and that’s quite a job!! I’ll always ask for Kim.

Do not order anything from here. They have little to nothing in stock. The customer care wait times are over an hour and a half. No one answers the phone at the store, and the chat function on the website transfers you and then disconnects. Also the phone disconnects when you call and choose to speak with a delivery service person. Worst experience of my life when shopping. Save yourself and go to Star or IKEA or literally anywhere else.
Extremely disappointed with their delivery and assembly team. we waiting for our bed set to arrive for 5 months. the employees that delivered our furniture were totally careless and unprofessional. we witnessed how they carelessly handled our furniture. they scratched our newly installed flooring, broke our picture frame and damaged the dresser they delivered and assembled. it wasnt worth it paying for extra headache!!
This store is huge! We had a few sales people come up to us when we walked in, but we couldn’t get anyone to show us around. So we went to the kids section and met with Avery. She did an amazing job of helping us pick out a bed, kids recliner and a rockin gaming chair. It rocks back and forth and it rocks out! We had a blast with her and she took care of us quickly and explained everything we needed to know.I’m glad we found a sales person who is so down to earth and helpful! Will definitely go back to see Avery when we remodel my sons room.

Is 0 stars an option?I ordered 3 pieces over a month ago. The first shipment had a coffee and end table, with the tv stand arriving a couple weeks later. The coffee table had a huge gouge in it when I opened it, so I arranged an exchange to arrive the same day my sofa table showed up. I didnt open the end table because I figured Id assemble all 3 today when they all got here. Opened the end table, another gouge. And the sofa table and replacement coffee table that shouldve been here were not in the box. I have someone elses order. So Ive now taken 2 days off work for nothing, and they wont even grant free assembly with the new shipment nor wait until I examine it to ensure they are free of damage. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT A ROOMS TO GO AGAIN.

Sales people will lie to you, delivery will not be on time, and when it is finally delivered at least half of your order will be broken and scratched up. Customer service will not respond to your emails and will put you on hold ........3rd rate cheap furniture and terrible service.Buyer be aware!!!!!!! This furniture was just dropped off at my house just now!!

My husband and I bought a couch from Rooms To Go. During the sale I must have asked 5 times do you pick up the old one. Sure no problem Henry Pace said, he was our sales rep. We purchased it in 2/5/2021, it was delivered 3/13/2021. Well what do know when I asked if they wanted to take the old couch out first....They said.... Oh No we dont take couches only mattresses. Are you kidding me?????? If the sales person Henry Pace would have been honest with us we could have removed the old couch before delivery. I get so tired of companys that really dont care about the customer after they make the sale. Shame on Henry Pace. Shame on Rooms To GO. We were going to purchase some more furniture we had seen at Rooms To Go.. But No.....not now. They left a bad taste in my mouth.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- I ordered furniture back in early February. The first delivery was done in mid April as expected, that is not the issue here. One of the items that I ordered came damaged but luckily I noticed. Rooms to go offered a sad 10% discount and me giving up the 1 year warranty or they would deliver a new piece. I asked for a new piece to be delivered since the discount didnt make sense to me. Then the next delivery date came around (about a month after) and no one showed and no one called. Then I called to find out where my order was and on the delivery day I noticed that they skipped my stop (tracked it on their tracking system). I called and they said the item never made it on the truck... A now 4th delivery was scheduled. They came delivered and the item still has damage but its not as bad as the first. I called and emailed and the only response I got was this issue has been resolved... Hmm ok not a great customer service experience. No ownership of their mistakes and no way to talk to a supervisor to escalate. NEVER buy from here. Its easier to go elsewhere.

I waited 5 months for my dining table to be replaced. I’m still waiting on a part for my recliner. It’s been 6 months. I had my money refunded for some bar stools I purchased turns out I only purchased one for $386. Needless to say I will not be buying anything from RTG ever again. It’s really sad because my late husband loved this store.
Delivered late. Received a text saying that would be at my address in 45 mins at 9:18 AM. Furniture was delivered at 11:48 AM. I guess that qualifies as close enough right? And of course I wait all morning and the minute I leave the property, they drivers call saying that they are at my apartment. Great job calling ahead and thanks for putting everything in front of the entry door so that it blocks it completely.
