From the very moment I explained I had an issue with my VERIZON phone, the sales rep could only concern themselves with if their store sold it and getting me out the door. I even tried to just buy a different phone because I know youre gonna give me the run around about a lemon phone sold to me by Verizon. Never dropped never dunked just stopped working. Happens. If the name over the door says VERIZON you represent the company. Will be moving my business posthaste

Sarah was very patient, personable and knowledgeable. She knew a lot about the available offers and how to get the best deal for my 83-year-old mom. I felt comfortable enough to go ahead and upgrade my own phone--a decision I had been putting off for a while.

Service is excellent. The Manager there takes time to fix your problems, not just gloss over them and put a bandaid on. Not an upsell shop, but a place you can have your phone needs met.

Went in to upgrade my phone after years and years, I was completely new to doing this sort of thing on my own, Charles T helped me out so much, he was super patient with me and my many questions, he went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and got the phone I needed. If you must update your IPhone this is the one and only place to do it! What a great experience and who would’ve dreamed that dealing with a cell phone company could be a joy? Beau is phenomenal, he guided me through choosing the appropriate upgrade to my phone and breezed through transferring all my apps and info as well as hooking me up with the perfect case and all the necessities. Run don’t walk to work with Beau and James at this location, I’m not kidding, I actually enjoyed the “switching phones” process!

I decided to come back to this Verizon location after not having a good experience the first time. It just shows after a while, things do change! I came back to purchase a new phone! When I arrived,I was greeted immediately! The person who helped me was Jordan Jensen.He not only knew his stuff.He was patient and got me just what I was looking for! The guy that helped me and my boyfriend switch to Verizon really didnt know what he was doing, and its caused us nothing but headache for over a week now. We got new iPhones, and he didnt let us place our old iPhones next to the new one to do the proper transfer, so we lost all our authenticators and smart home app access. He made us reset our current iPhones for trade in before even letting us touch the new ones.He also didnt properly transfer my phone number despite claiming it went through, which I had to redo when I got home, because he kicked us out of the store at 6:30pm citing that he was leaving no matter our current transfer status. He also claimed that the iPhone could restore from backup without being on wifi, which was false and caused both of our phones to fail the restore when he kicked us out.It took us a few hours after getting home to fix the number transfer mess, and over a week later Im still finding more pain points with this switch. No one told me I had to re-set up my voicemail, because my iPhone was showing that my voicemail was set up, but it wasnt set up with Verizon.This whole thing was just a mess. I recommend going to another store and demanding they allow you to properly transfer your iPhones before they force a reset on you for trade in.

We traveled slightly out of our way to visit this particular Verizon store for our phone needs. This was determined as a result of the warm greeting and helpful optimism we received via our initial phone call (compared to a couple other Verizon stores nearby). All team members here were dressed professionally, pleasantly engaged in the work atmosphere, and eager to assist each customer who walked in the door. The team members arranged new lines and new devices smoothly for us - ensuring our satisfaction. Head into this Verizon location - you wont be disappointed!

We made an appointment with James Carlisle at this location and had the best experience. My spouse and I went in to upgrade our phones with my parents. We knew what we wanted but my parents werent sure. James gave them specific recommendations based on what they would be using the phones for. It was clear to me that these were trustworthy recommendations rather than trying to sell them unnecessarily high powered technology. He was very patient working through the data transfer and their various questions. I would definitely recommend this store and James to a friend.

Really convenient location. I live right next to the store and I love coming in here to get accessories and my upgrades. I’ve never had a bad experience. They treat me like family. Came to this store today and left extremely happy the store was extremely clean and the reps were extremely knowledgeable. The guys on the floor were super amazing and made me feel really welcome. My rep broke down everything for me and took his time to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I was at the sprint location down the road and they were rude to me. The lady at that store looked me up and down and said “I don’t think you can afford our service”. Thank god I left that store and decided to come into this Verizon location. I’ll never leave this company and this is my new favorite place to go whenever I have any wireless needs. I’m going to tell all my friends and family to come do their shopping here. I walked in ready to start a new account with Verizon. The reps in here really took care of me and made sure I had all the essential tools to have a great customer experience. They really informed me of everything I needed to know as far as my monthly bill and there was no hidden fees that I will have to worry about. I highly recommend coming to this store for anything Verizon related or anything phone related they really help me out.

When getting a new phone, pay attention and ask for your invoice before you pay. Deceptive tactics telling you youll get a deal when they sell you merchandise for your phone that you dont need. Repeated attempts to speak to management Nick for another issue have fallen on deaf ears. Called corporate and they dont care either. STAY AWAY and go to a real corporate Verizon store. Or better yet, switch cell phone companies.

We tried this one out cause we have not been pleased with the location closest to us. The sales associate was super nice and helpful (wish I remembered his name). Seemed like he works on commission, which was not ideal, but not his fault and we are pleased with what we ended up with. The location and service was much better than some of the other Verizon stores. Therefore the place did 5 star service with a 3 star company.

Came into this location on 1/12/19 to inquire about my phone. The representative was very nice and helpful he answered all my questions with a smile on his face. I’m quite old and I know it can be frustrating to deal with a old guy who doesn’t know anything but this rep was just perfect. The other people in the store were also giving it their best to help everyone. I purchased 2 cases and 2 screen protectors from them because of how pleased I was with the service! Came in for a few accessories after having just activated service at t mobile. The store was beautiful and clean. They got me everything I needed and told me about the amazing promotions they were running. It was out of this world so I returned everything at t mobile and devices to just come get my devices here. They work a lot faster than t mobile does. They have chairs for the customers to sit in unlike other location. They also play the best music in store that takes me back to the food ol days. I told my friends to come by here and he had nothing short of the best experience possible. They don’t believe in short cuts here. Worse experience ever!! DO NOT GO HERE!! The service rep Jeremy gives you false information, never explained to me my service plan, told me my bill was going to be around$120, which in fact was a complete LIE!! He told me the tablet was part of the promotion and was included. NEVER did he say I would be charged a second line or let alone $250!! STILL trying to Port my own number over because he entered the information in the computer wrong. Then told me to come back the next day that he would let the other reps know what was going on. When I got there they had no clue. I work in a busy restaurant and will be telling everyone I know NOT TO GO HERE!!!! RIP OFF!!!!!

This Verizon Store is very knowledgeable and welcoming especially Dominic. Dominic even helped me register a product I purchased and was very kind and genuine while helping.Customer service is very important to me and my family and Dominic has awesome skills in customer service. I didn’t know there was a location so close to me! When I found out about it I came in to upgrade my daughters phone for Christmas. Went in with a phone problem a questions. The employee seemed annoyed that I interrupted his imaginary basketball game, as he was bouncing a small ball off the top part of the entrance door. Upon inquiring about my phone problem, he said we do not do that sort of thing at this store. Did he offer a suggestion as to which Verizon store could help ~ No. My second question was in regards to the model of the phone as it was an older one. Without even examining the phone he said some name. My follow up question was about a model number to which re said some other name, again without really looking at the phone. I left with the feeling that he was just rattling off names so he could get back to his imaginary basketball game.

Largest provider in America, excellent performance overall. No more 2-Year contracts, as fast as they are claiming to be Unlimited Data now on the table. Here’s where Verizon stands out from the competition. I am personally happy to see how much Verizon is growing especially here in around Rock, Texas.

Josh at this store was absolutely awesome.But all of the BS so-called upgrades is ridiculous! Theres no upgrade after 2 years! Taxes, Activation fees, extremely Over-priced accessories, and having to buy all new chargers and covers, totally pissed me off.After being an 18-yr account holder and now having an over $750 bill (with a so-called upgrade) will not make it difficult to look other directions away from Verizon.Great service and coverage, but the nickle-and-diming (except in the hundreds) is despicable!!!
