I needed a fuel filter for my Huskee Lawnmower, I placed my order & received the fuel filter pretty quick after, Im extremely happy with my experience here & the best part is it was the right product & shipped fast, thank you sears yall rock.
This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I was approved for $432.49 for warranty replacement of my mattress. I chose the replacement mattress I want retail price of which is $519.67. I emailed them with this detail to pay the price difference of $87.18 + tax, and delivery fees of $69.99, but I did not receive any email response for days. Then I called them with the same details so they can process my warranty replacement, and they said their back office would have to call me back, but they did not call me back. I called them again and again and I was given the same message and it is over 10 days now but nobody called me back. This is a TERRIBLE experience ever.
This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered the part in April from Sears PartsDirect, still didnt have it a month later and when I called, they said they would have to call me back. Never did. Called two more times, was told the same thing and never received a call back. Started posting bad reviews and got an email from them saying I would have my refund within 3 business days. When they refunded the money, it was $10.54 less. Now I am trying to call to get the rest of my money and no one is answering. TERRIBLE experience. Do NOT waste your time or money buying from this place!
I called for refrigerater repair on 8/13. On 8/14 they sent a TV repairman. Now they wont send anyone out till 8/21. Meanwhile I have no refrigerator. I spent from 3PM till 11 PM talking to service repair and managers without any satisfaction. The kicker is there are two sears repair centers within 12 miles from my home.
They dont sell shoes!
