The guy that owns this place is cool and easy to talk too. Car rental was quick and simple, well definitely rent from here again when we take another family road trip.

They will pick you up from the airport and everything. Very affordable. Older fleet, but in town driving it works. Thank you again for great service when all of the other car rentals had no vehicles due to car shortage.

We rented a 15 passenger van for a trip out of state. Very easy transaction & friendly service. We had engine troubles on the way back, they offer 24 hour emergency service. Not very happy with thst as we were left on the side of the road for a couple hours with young girls, before any solution was made. They were finally able to accommodate us. Offered us a future discount for the inconvenience. Until the engine trouble I was satisfied with the vehicle & service.

On the site it clearly states $175 a week for a car rental I call he says thats when your insurance is full coverage and gave me a speal about the insurance company. So then he tells me its $200 a week for a car we get there and he tried to give us a really old car so we ask for a different one he tells us $400 a week for a newer better car. We pay the $400 and get the car... You can tell its been totaled and then theres stains everywhere, it doesnt drive straight down the road. Horrible car. Not worth no $400 when you can get a 2020 SUV from enterprise for a week for $249. This place is a rip off.

The cars are in good condition the price is very reasonable and the staff is courteous and Friendly the price includes insurance. So if you need a car rental and your insurance policy does not cover a rental you can still rent from them with a valid drivers license and a small deposit which you get back when you return the car I will definitely be using them again for all my car rental needs also they will come in after hours

Awesome services and a great deal on rentals. Which they had finance service to buy cars from them.

The owners were very great to work with and super friemdly! We rented a 15 passenger to drive to Florida for spring break. We told them our days, times, and amount of miles and they gave us a great deal. We will definitely use them again if we ever need to rent a van again.

Worst place to deal with ever

We were two hours into a road trip from Detroit to traverse city, when we stopped for gas and broke down. After calling 15 different rental places Ben picked up after hours. He picked us up from the gas station, towed our car and rented us a cobalt to finish up our weekend trip. We dropped the rental off and he had our car fixed and ready to go. He got us out of a jam and saved our butts.

Hit a deer with my car and the whole front end was smashed. Took it in to Bay Cars Sales & Rentals for repairs. When I got my car back quickly not only did it look wonderful but was in great working condition. I would definitely recommend Bay Cars Sales & Rentals to anyone because of the great experience and friendly service.

I was in a bind at the last minute and needed a vehicle to rent. The rented me one for the weekend and they really helped me out greatly. Car runs great and I would choose them over any other car rental service any day of the week.

Very unprofessional. I went to test drive a car that needed to be jumped. I asked why they havent replaced the battery and he said I cant help you and walked away. His attitude changed completely once questioned. Not very trustworthy.

I went to rent a car for work, service light was on I got to Muskegon to my first customers house the car would not start, after a couple hours in the car finally started, had to drive back to Saginaw only to get another junk car, The battery died in Clarkston, call the owner he said it was too far to come out to give me a jump, had to call a family member to drive almost 2 hours to give me a jump, over the course of the rental. The price he gradually increased to $50 a day with no justification and the owner lacked the ability to provide a detailed bill, every rental car he has is a piece of junk, can you imagine buying a car from this lot, saginaw should investigate this company.

Unsafe and unreliable rentals. The car I rented was a Chevy Malibu. It was a total piece of junk. It stalled several times while driving on the freeway (highly unsafe) and on multiple occassions failed to start cold. I asked the rental company for a swap and and they told me I would have to pay more because all the mid size cars had been rented. When I asked to return it for a refund, the owner refused to give me a even a partial refund. I dont know how theyre still in business.
