Had a exhaust put on my 2015 Silverado. They got me right in since they weren’t busy. Price was fair and the work they did was exceptional! Very happy with the welds and the costumer service. Recommend this place.

Very rude people!!!.......called up there today just to ask a price for break repair. The man asked what was wrong with them I said my breaks are messed up and that I need front break pads. He said breaks and rotors too? I said no just the pads. Then he said well how do u know that? I said you dont believe me? And then he laughed and said no i dont I mentioned how it doesnt matter if he believes me or not if a customer is calling in and asking a question about something you just give them the answer you dont have to be rude or disrespectful. Maybe because Im a woman he judged me and thought I didnt know what I was talking about. Whatever is the case the way he handled the situation wasnt worth losing money over. Me and my husband was gonna take 5 cars there this week and wouldve paid em had he not been so rude.

Wow!...terrible customer sevice..... my muffler busted loose on the highway, so my fiance called and told them what was going on and they said they could fix it starting at $80... when I get there and told him our problem he didnt even want to look at it and basically told me theres no way to fix it (huh?...what??...lol....k).. then he told me that he didnt have time to get me in( one of the Bays was empty, and nobody was waiting).... either way I would have been willing to give this dude $100 bill even to throw some Muffler tape, and a damn coat hanger on it to get me home without getting pulled over, but he didnt even want to give me the time of day.... kind of weird, he told my fiance, they could take care of it, but when I showed up he acted real smug, and didnt even want to deal with us,.... cant believe that place is still open....sad!...whatever though... I guess overall it was a good thing because I fixed it for free and you know it took me about 5 minutes....so thankful in the long run😉...but youd think muffler man couldve taken care of a muffler, wouldnt you???....maybe Im the crazy 1 here??....only in the twilight zone

Ripped my sister completely off! They had her car for 3 weeks to put a motor in, and when they finally fixed it, the car still was messed up. The employee told yeah you need a new starter, but if you spray some stuff on it, going to be okay what?!? She just dropped 3,500 hundred dollars what the f**k and you cant fix it for free. This place is not for the community, they are dumb and have no class. They will be getting shut down.Muffler man on north Niagara got her car straight.Forget Holland street muffler man they are no good.

Convenient but slow. Convenient but high as hell.

Probably literally the most ignorant place Ive ever been. They looked at my car which died in theyre parking lot and told me I had a bad alternator. Said they tested it with a multimeter and it tested badly. It took my 3 seconds to open the hood and see there was no serpentine belt. They didnt see this or mention it. Either way buffoons. Will never be back there even if I break down near them again.

(This is a bit lengthy but it’s the truth) Worst experience ever I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone it’s sad because I trusted bob (the shop owner)with a 1200$ job I had been there before with small jobs in and out no issues however this time I had my car towed there to be looked at before I junked it I was told he could put a used engine in it for 1200 dollars I was excited it would only take 2 days he had my car for 2 months no communication on his part I called constantly only to get the run around saying he needed half the money then more money then his engine guy was sick when the guy finally showed up bob said he gave him 20 dollars for lunch and he never came back that was another two weeks of stories about how he didn’t want to fire a good employee so at this point I’m frustrated because I already paid him a lot of money then finally he says I Call after 2 months he says oh I been trying to reach you but my number is all over my paper work my car was ready the car took 4 attempts to start then stalled right in front of his shop I was so upset and he acted as if nothing was wrong with it I said I paid you 1200 dollars I want it done properly he kept saying “ this is a good engine and I said it cuts off so I left the car another week he claimed it was a censor I came back my heat or air didn’t work and now my engine light is stuck on and the car still cuts off bob is a fraud and shouldn’t be in buisness period he ripped me off his mechanics aren’t capable of installing engines they shouldn’t take money for jobs they can’t do my last time picking my car up was yesterday he dodged my calls for 3 days I had to show up and we got in a verbal altercation in his shop he threatened to take me to court for stressing him out by bring the car back which is what I’m suppose to do when I have a 30 day warranty on a 1200 dollar engine in closing I’ll never do business with this place again I’ll advise anyone else not to also

The old man at the desk wanted a $300 deposit to do my brakes. I end up taking the truck somewhere else and had it done for $150. Taking advantage because Im a woman. Total scam and he was rude.
