I love this location, its usually busy but goes very quickly. I have enjoyed going here the employees are really nice. The line does go quick! Unfortunately they arent open Sundays usually when I want them. They are also open late which I really like.

The place is in a small area and the exiting is intense during rush hour. The place is extremely good and there drinks are good. I’d say well priced also, there slogan is also extremely cute. Def would visit more often not far from home.

Thirst is the cutest establishment. I ordered a youre killing me smalls drink, root beer with toasted marshmallow, and it was delicious. I also wanted to sample the treats and I highly recommend that you do too. The salt pretzel bites with cheese were fresh and hot, the chocolate chip cookie, sugar cookie with pink frosting, the peanut butter cookie and peanut butter brownie were SO GOOD. It was worth driving out of my way to check it out and the staff were very friendly and looked like they truly enjoyed their jobs. Definitely definitely check out Thirst!

Good drinks. Not the healthiest option but the order taker was very nice as well as the cashier. Good service. The best place to go if youre looking for a specialty mixed soda.

Let me preface that I have NEVER tried Thirst. I went there this morning to try it for the first time and get someone (who loves it) a gift card. I was very disappointed when I arrive at 8:45 (opens at 8:30) and no one is there. I only give two stars because I have heard great things about their drinks and treats.

Cool custom drink mixes and sweet treats for you and your furry friend. Location is a bit hard to get into and out of and happy hour rush is insane. And takes way to long to get orders only reason for the 4 stars. Should really consider car side deliveries as they have plenty of people working and only 1 drive through window.

After five minutes waiting at the front computer to be acknowledged, Iasked if we were in the right place to order... We ordered a drink and the pretzel bites my son loves.The people behind me ordered five drinks and three pretzel bites. After waiting another ten minutes they served the people from behind us their monster order first.Theyre young kids, I writethe review hoping theyll get the feedback and improve.

My first time at Thirst, I came because I wanted to try the pretzel Stick that turned out to be a blob I was pretty disappointed because in pictures they show it being as long as the stick they had it on and it came out to me a tiny blob. The line was a JOKE to wait in!! It took what felt like FOREVER Id say a good 30 min wait! When I got up to the window I figured out why it was probably taking so long, the teenagers were all fooling around with each other. I wouldnt mind that if the line wasnt so long... They really need to speed things up I watched 3 cars leave. The drink I had was ok.. If they can speed up the line and not serve you a blob cheese pretzel then maybe Ill be back.

Drinks were good, but walk-in is still closed so we had to walk through drive through. Also, I got the root beer float one but there was hardly any ice cream, wouldnt recommend.

Thirst has the best quality of soda by far and that has been the reason I keep going back. They are constantly messing up orders and using the wrong sodas to make drinks. It’s disappointing to think that I have likely spent $200 at thirst and have been highly satisfied two or three times of all of my visits if they could crack down on training with the staff this review would be a five star! Love the soda but the staff needs some help

Initially my review was four stars but Ive been back several times since and I have to say that everything about this place is delightful. Definitely five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!! The rolls, the adorable shop and mostly the people that work there. You can always tell when employees love and appreciate where they work. It absolutely shines through here. Great job Thirst! You are steps ahead of the rest. Love the take and bake rolls and cant wait to try the take home drink kits!

The parmesan pretzel bites and the marinara dunk cups are INCREDIBLE. I cannot find anything like it at any other soda shop chain in the area. Friendliest customer service Ive ever met. One day my eyes were red due to an allergy flare-up and the smoky air pollution, and the girl at the drive thru asked if I was okay and then we had a nice little chat about how Utah is on fire while I was waiting for my drink :) Such a happy place.

First visit to Thirst and everyone was so kind! I tried out the Pretzel Cheese Sticks, The pretzel dough was golden and super soft while the mozzarella was perfectly melted for maximum cheesy deliciousness.

This place is a thirst trap and I’m thirsty for it. Love the non-soda drinks with the seltzer. I’m literally crazy for them.

Confession, we’ve only been here twice because we have a different soda drive through closer to us in bountiful. But in the two times we’ve been they have won us over. Drinks are awesome, weekly drink always looks tasty, and they fact that they have daily specials (beignets, churros, etc) is a big plus. The pretzels are so good!Edit- we have now been a handful of times. Always friendly staff and love that they have a weekly drink feature. Use their app for quicker pickup. We pull up and they have our order out to us in seconds.

Purchased the Mommy & Me experience... let me tell you: 100% worth the $10! My drink (Death Star) was exactly what I was craving. My son wanted a rootbeer float so he was thrilled with Pubbin. The only thing I didnt love was the nacho cheese, and that wasnt bad per say it just was not my preferred flavor/tone. The beniets were AMAZING and worth the drive from Magna!!

Excellent variety of treats for everyone in the family, especially sugar-free drinks. Hands down, the best pretzel bites in the city. It would be so great if they were open on Sunday. It would be cool if they could get to that point but its been nice to be able to roll up late on a Saturday night. recommend

This place is so good. You can order from the drive-thru or walk-in. They have a bunch of mixes you can order from, or create your own. Soda, lemonade, hot chocolate. They have really good treats you can order as well like soft pretzels, and they make cinnamon rolls fresh every morning.

They always have the best customer service, their staff is extremely friendly and my boyfriend and I have always had great experiences here!

If you are considering having Thirst cater an event, DO IT! You won’t be disappointed. We had them serve drinks at our wedding with their mobile soda bar and it was a HIT. Our guests absolutely loved them and we felt like the soda bar was the star of our reception. We got to create and name our own signature drink, which was so much fun. Our tasting made my husband feel like a king and we were able to turn that part of planning into a fun little day date. Thirst was just terrific to work with. We highly recommend them!

Two words. Pretzel Maker.Ill start this review by saying the only reason this isnt a one star is because the service was good.Lets start with the drinks. They are okay, but definitely not on par with options like Fizz. The sizes are actually pretty good for what you pay price wise. But the drinks are inferior.Im not sure what other food options are like, but we sampled the normal pretzel bites, and the cinnamon pretzel bites. The cinnamon ones are pretty good, but very sweet and you cant eat too many. They come with an icing that isnt too rich either. But the normal pretzel bites were a real disappointment. They were REALLY oily. Like, dump the whole bottle of canola oil on them. They were also too soft, almost chewy, but this might be personal preference.They are serviceable, but the big issue is price. At $3 for a small cup, they are rather expensive, and the product isnt very good for that amount.IMO, not worth the hype.

After a strenuously sweaty day, the mango citrus splash really hit the spot for me. I was looking for a refreshing drink that was subtle in flavor. And this definitely fit the check.

When I first heard the idea of a soda bar I did not get the appeal. Oh boy. The flavor combinations are so varying there is no way Id invest in all the mixers and bases to substitute for a soda bar. For those who do not drink soda, they have numerous drinks with lemonade as the base as well as some very tasty smoothies

My first time there, I got the combo which clearly states it comes with popcorn. When I got to the window they told me their popcorn machine was broken, I asked if I can replace with a cookie they said I would have to pay for the cookie because the popcorn is free (not what the menu says) then when I drove off my cheese was spoiled and my soda was diet when I asked for a regular coke. The chocolate chip cookie was good tho, but other than that it was a bad experience since I ended up driving to Swig

Usually Im thrilled with all the drinks there. Tonight very disappointed. Got a bluebell it was made with diet Mt Dew and no passion fruit.

This is the slowest drink service in Salt Lake, only come here if you have tons of extra time. There were only 4 cars in front of me and the wait is easily over 10 minutes.Other options take maybe a quarter of that time. I was surprised how long it took.

Today, I called them because for the first time, I had to use a third party delivery app and the app was being its finicky self but Ryan at Thirst was efficient, hilarious and an absolute pleasure to speak with. I can’t be surprised... this place has found a way to make so much special... whether it’s once-ordinary soda transforming into a miracle (try a Deatg Star!) or just an honestly NICE human interaction that leaves you kind of going “huh... people CAN be rad”. We waited in line here for over 20 minutes to get drinks and pretzels. We ordered two sprites and they taste like garbage, like the syrup ran out days ago. This is not the first time Ive had this happen at Thirst. The pretzels are great but if you want a drink, save your time and money and go to Swig.

These kids work hard and who ever has trained them - Kudos. They are so patient and friendly. Strive to get orders right and quickly move the line.

It is an weekly office tradition to have Thirst drinks in Thursday! The orange rolls are to die for too. They also offer different locally made treats on Friday and Saturday nights to switch things up.

Never do get a chance to get a drink as after waiting over 15 minutes only 1 person had received their order and one had a partial order. Didn’t have another 15 plus minutes to wait.

This was my favorite place to go 2-3x a week . Service began slipping a few weeks ago, had an awful visit 2 weeks ago. I reached out to the company, and have yet to receive a response.

Guys oh my gosh. I ordered a free drink card to get for my boyfriends mom for Christmas and it didn’t come. Thirst literally found my Instagram And told me it came back to them saying the address was incorrect, they offered me a refund without me asking for it or complaining or anything. They literally saw I didn’t get great service and went so above and beyond and fixed it without anybody else bringing it to their attention. Personally I’m a swig kinda person but I’m definitely gonna be going here more frequently just cause they really went way out of their way to give me a great experience. Seriously so sweet and such genuine people thank you so much.

This location is AWESOME. I placed a large order last minute because the other company canceled on me. These guys were more than happy to take my order and to help me. I arrived at the location early to pick up my order which was my choice and the girl that was taking orders outside was so kind to offer me a free refreshment while I wait. I was feeding a football team of 22 boys and coaches and they all LOVED everything. I ordered chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, scotcharoos, salted pretzel bites, cinnamon pretzel bites and the icing and nacho cheese. The snacks were DELICIOUS and their service is TOP NOTCH. Thank you to everyone who helped:)

Great experience if youre in Salt Lake. Always a long line, but worth it for good service and cheap sodas with lots of interesting add-ins and flavors! I recommend a drink with vanilla cream.

I have had an excellent experience at their downtown store. I always get a Dr Mccreamy with Lavender added and I love how friendly their employees are and seem like they are excited to be working.Only reason for 4 stars is that I often come by in the evening on weekends, and their weekend feature is always sold out when I come by :(I also brought my mom by a couple of months ago, she loved her soda but said that the pretzel bites were cold. It was super weird because usually they are awesome and hot 🔥

We had gone into Thirst in hopes to find a fun way to help us celebrate. After waiting 20 mins for them to show up to our appointment we had to call the catering manager, who had forgotten about our appointment.So the employees got us started on taste testing. They had no idea we would be there and I felt uncomfortable. After the planner did come, we were given pretzels, dipping sauce and beverages. We were excited and even given older pricing we had seen online before they adjusted their rates.We paid a large amount over the deposit and secured our date.We had communicated with the catering manager multiple time asking if we were good to go with little responses back other then. “We are all set. And we will make sure we are in skeleton costumes.”We had a Halloween themed wedding.On our wedding day the staff showed up. No costumes. That’s fine. They had the drink bars set up and the pretzel bar. But as I started looking around after photos and greeting multiple guests I saw no one had any dips. I started to say that one is good with the cheese sauce! Or try that with the marinara. All the suggestions had responses of “... there are no dips.” The bride went to request the dips get put out for our guests. She had the short response. “You didn’t order it.”That was it. They walked away. I was frustrated but didn’t want to cause a scene. The bride tried to talk to to them again a few mins later. They begrudgingly brought out a few cups of cheese from their truck.After the reception was over I talked with the lead caterer for our event and she said they had been called in because our team had been sent to another event.Ok. So Thirst overbooked. We had booked many many months ahead of time.We got a bill for the remaining balance. We contacted the catering manger, and were told that he took 100% of the blame. But the remaining balance wasn’t waived. No customer service to see what more could be done. It has been paid off. Because we hold up our end but I’m frustrated. I needed to share my feelings.

Thirst lost my business today. I ordered on the app 30 minutes before I planned to get there. Once I arrived, I waited another 15 minutes before I got my order. I was told that someone got there before me so I would have to wait. Not impressed with how they manage their time or staff.

It’s refreshing to see a local store not only promoting their new products, but also teaming with other businesses every weekend to provide a new experience. This is hands down the best drink place!! Their drinks are delicious and all of their snacks are the best in town! Ryan is SO nice and always makes our day so much better! We come here literally every day because of their amazing customer service and how friendly they are.

First time going to Thirst last night. Great service from employee. Gave me free popcorn. Pretzel bites are to die for. I got the Pubbin’, which is root beer and vanilla ice cream. It was good, although I was expecting basically a root beer float, but clearly it was meant to still be a beverage because they put ice in it. It was very strange. Still enjoyable, just strange. I would recommend the Pubbin’, just ask for no ice.

Went at a very busy time and the line was out to the street. Despite the long line, it moved quickly. The staff is quick and efficient.

This was my first time going to Thirst and I LOVED it! The Hissy Fit drink was so good and I just had to try ALL of the pretzel bites, and they were amazing! 5 stars on the staff too, they were so nice! I wish there was one closer to me (Clinton), but I will gladly make the drive to Salt Lake for more. Thanks Thirst!

The drinks and other food (donuts, beignets, ice cream...) are great, but its ALWAYS a +20 minute wait. Dont expect to be in and out even in the not busy times!

Drinks are fine, nothing special but the food is exceptional. Been slow every time Ive gone so if you are in a rush I wouldnt recommend it. Staff are always very friendly and kind. I changed my review from what I initially put after some clarification from the owner and an improved experience.

Thirst catered my wedding and their soda bar was a HUGE hit! The options were amazing and they were very reasonably priced. Especially with the COVID restrictions of 2020, it was the perfect option for providing people a fun drink experience. I would definitely recommend them for your wedding service!

One of the recommendations for our trip to SLC was get a dirty soda, and Thirst did not disappoint! I got the Dr. McCreamy which is Dr pepper, raspberry puree and coconut cream and it was DELICIOUS!! Very happy I stopped here

WOW!!! I went to Thirst for my first time today and they did not disappoint! The pretzel bites are all amazing, the drink was perfectly balanced and the service was fantastic!!! I wish I could remember the guy who was taking orders in the drive through today, but to the managers he was so pleasant and friendly and was super helpful with me being a first timer

Great drinks. But don’t expect much from the beignets, especially if you’ve had homemade or tried them down South. They are overcooked and lack powdered sugar. I was sadly disappointed. Then I tried going a month later, hoping it was just a one-time mistake, but nope. Same thing happened. I was hoping they’d be better than they ended up.

The drinks are good when the syrup ratio is on point, but for how often I frequent your 1300 S location, its either over-flavored or the drink base tastes like soda water about 50% of the time and I get home to a completely undrinkable beverage that I then have to pour out. Thats exactly what happened tonight -- 44 oz of soda water. I at least enjoyed the cherries at the bottom. :( Please do something about whatever system you use to check the soda syrups!

They have a huge menu and the treats are delicious. Be prepared to wait, the drive thru gets pretty backed up.

Their marketing is really good. This time pretzel bites were cold and not prepared to my order (I asked for two flavors but only got one) but I have gotten them before and liked them. Their drinks are great. Good location.

I ordered the Fresh Prince (berry lemonade). It was delicious! My mom always gets the Little Mama (Coke with coconut and lime). She also loves their pretzel bites. My husband tried the Pubby (root beer float). He liked it but would suggest getting it with no ice. The grilled cheese was delicious too. It was very cheesy.

The service was very nice and friendly. The cinnamon pretzels werent very good. They had lots of cinnamon and little sugar. It was like eating a spoon of cinnamon.

I have been to Thirst a handful of times and their line always takes forever, but I love their pretzel bites and special treats. Today I went to pick up an order for their weekend feature treat and I counted 9 Thirst employees not wearing a mask, one of which was the owner. They were also gathered in a small area, not social distancing. I would have reached out to the owner on social media, but seeing him with his mask pulled below his mouth and nose shows me that Thirst does not care to keep them or their customers safe.

Super convenient location for all your favorite drinks and really close to the Derks Field baseball park. They have pretty much everything that you could want to include pretzels. Im going to have to drive back there right now because I want another drink. That pebble ice is so delectable to the palate. Yum.....

Was skeptical of drink mixer shops. I can buy flavors myself at grocery stores. And save a lot of money. Tried them once, and Im a believer. Wife loves the Dr. McCreamy. With a few extra things to make it her own. She would go there daily if she could.

I really love thirst. Their soda is carbonated just right and their snacks are great. I love following them on Instagram-their energy is amazing! But when I actually go it is never as great as they make it seem. Their 2 lane drive thru is a great idea but it never makes it go any faster. There were 4 cars in one lane and none in the other. We went to the empty lane obviously (as they advertise- any lane any time). But they only had 1 drive thru person out taking orders. The girl was nice but continued to take all 4 cars orders in the other lane before coming over to our lane to take ours. Why have two lanes if you have to wait just as long?I could overlook this but today and the last 2 times that Ive gone to Thirst Ive received the wrong drink. The first and second time this happened I made the mistake of not checking my drink first and drove off with the wrong drink. Those times, I brushed it off as a innocent mix-up. Today I ordered about 4 drinks that they provided in a drink carrier. So I didnt check every drink as it was a handful! I shouldve though, because I received the wrong drink, yet again. I work in the restaurant/hospitality industry so I know mistakes happen, more often than lots of people think, but I have received the wrong drink more times than I have received the right drink. Its not worth it if I cant get the right drink out of it.So whenever you go to thirst, at least this location, always check your drink!!

Pretty disappointed with Thirst. I’ve been to a lot of other drink mix places and this was nothing special. We live in Utah county and were semi in the area so thought we would drive bit further to try it out especially from viewing their Instagram. NOT worth the drive at all. When we got there we learned no beignets, only on Monday and Wednesdays. The pretzels were chewy and greasy and the pink sugar cookie had no flavor and very little frosting. My husband and I didn’t dislike the drinks we got but nothing special. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Thirst is the best place to get cold drinks, and the employees are excellent, and they are very kind!!. most of the time there is a long line but you can order ahead on there app, and save yourself from waiting in line. Though they are pretty good at keeping the line of cars moving so either way amazing place. Highly recommend this place.

They have so many combinations and permutations of flavors, its rather fun just choosing. However, they nuke the hell out of soft pretzels. Couldnt even touch it for five minutes! No real complaints, though. Oh, and the mystery drink concept is an industry revolutionizer.

Quick, friendly, good products/ingredients. Tiny improvement would be on the fresh lime. For a 32 oz, 3 lime wedges was a tad strong. 2 would be better! BUT GREAT PLACE SO CUTE! :)))
