I had scratch damage to the hatchback of my vehicle. Took it there, and was impressed from day one at the updates I got from Isaiah at the Mission Valley location. My car was completed 3 days earlier than I expected. It was professionally done and freshly washed when I picked it up. Thank You!

Wow this was one of the most painless experiences that I could have imagined. The representatives was very nice and attentive. They provided text updates on the progress of my vehicle repairs. They manged all the paperwork in a very efficient manner. The waiting area was nice and comfortable. Over all it was definitely a 5 star experience. Thank you service King

I would not take my vehicle here to be fixed again they did a okay job but they left Bondo residue all inside my interior Bondo dust on my leather my Powerstep had Bondo drippings all over it the paint job had a run in it and did not look Factory they sanded my Fender where they did not paint as well they took the door off my truck and when they put it back on did not line it up correctly so now they dont line up if you are looking to get auto body work done definitely keep looking!!!!

My wife has a car that needed bumper repair, we were pleased with our 1st experience after her car was repaired and looking great! We did return to Service King for a follow up question and rework request of the initial work done. We Love to say that Our experience with Chip T. Forget about the warranty.At first, everything went just fine. Once some of the issues start popping up, the intaia and the final thing is that they will see it was from previous repairs. The changed my front pumper and the paper got loose on one side. when I came back to fix it they said that it was from a previous collision. If that was the case, they should have told me at least. They just decided to leave a bracket about. It shouldve been an easy adjustment. The pumper sticks out only 1/2 in out. They claim that the insurance has to agree and the truth is that they should fix it on their expense, not the insurance. I find the insurance company more cooperative than them.

We had our GMC Yukon in for paint and minor ding work. They called with a quote of over $6.000! After discussing the cost & deleting some work, they called back with an estimate for $3500. That was agreed on. After 2 weeks, they called and said they couldnt Warranty the work... so Nothing Was Done! 2 weeks without the car, and they call and say they cant, or wont to the work... Do Not Use This Company... word to the wise!

Getting damage repaired through insurance was easy and only took a couple days. When I got my car back, it was very clean and there was no way to tell it was ever damaged. However, the interior now reeks really badly of some greasy oily stench. I am afraid now it wont ever be the same.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Customer service VERY lacking. I made an appointment but when I get there the girl was very rude and said they couldnt service my car till next month. Why did you make me an appointment then??

So, I went from really liking this shop to being incredibly annoyed and frustrated. I’ve had my car worked on twice, but this last time is what’s really put me from a 4 to a 1 star. I’m pretty easy going and understanding, but things have become increasigly absurd.The first time I brought my car in the work took a bit longer than quoted, but they kept me updated and let me know the entire time about the setbacks. The only issue I had was that when I initially went to pick up my car, there was a scratch that had occurred while at the shop which they turned around and worked to fix immediately.However, a few days after leaving the shop, my hubcap flew off while driving, making me aware that at least one of the wheels that had been replaced hadn’t actually and was still dented. Ok, that’s fine, I planned on going back when time allowed since they had a warranty anyway and getting it sorted. Come to find out when I went to get my car serviced and aligned that both wheels that were meant to be replaced were still bent. Ok, I can just have them fix it, no big deal.Time goes by and I’m lagging about going back in, but then someone hit and runs my car. Ok, I can just mention it when I have them fix this other damage. They tell me looking at my file that indeed they have listed that only one wheel was replaced initially when it was supposed to be both, and that they’ll go ahead and fix it for me, they just need to order the parts. I should be able to come back on Friday and have it all fixed no problem. I call on Friday since I haven’t heard anything and Jay says the part isn’t in, but he’ll call me on Monday, hopefully with good news. Hell even leave a note on his desk for it!Monday comes and goes and I get no call. The whole week goes by. I’m giving him extra time just in case the part hasn’t come in yet. Finally today, Wednesday, I call again. Jay says “oh, I’ve called and texted, the parts are here.” No you have not called or texted. I receive calls and texts from your shop. I have received nothing. Don’t lie to me. Tell the truth that you forgot. Not only that, but if you actually had trouble reaching me, you could have emailed me, which you did not.Own up to the fact that you forgot. He’s supposed to call, again, next Monday so that I can set up a time to come in on Tuesday (now 3 weeks after I picked my car up from the initially repair). It’s unfortunate, because I was planning on have some other paint work done that I would have paid for myself. Now I’m going to take my business elsewhere, because this is just too much.

Initially I was going to make my claims appointment with Geico through Fix Auto Mission Valley, which is on the other side of the freeway. Given the busy booked appointments, I hesitantly gave this company a try for my claim.Upon arrival the way representative ELDEFONSO treated us was disrespectful to the max. He made us feel like a liar, and joked around with his colleague inside by giving disrespectful looks to my damaged car. This is not a proper way of treating your customers as we felt extremely disrespected and turned away. Please treat your customers with respect; dont talk about them in an unprofessional manner, and analyze the claim more respectfully and thoroughly.--Sure I do understand that feeling disrespected is a choice, but as a paying customer you shouldnt feel that way, and treated this way leading to emotional distress and financial loss.--STAY AWAY, AND GO TO FIX AUTO INSTEAD. It explains a lot why one company is booked more than the other. Furthermore, it is very clear that most positive reviews are created by affiliates of The Service King due to the nature of many 5-star reviews holding 1, 2, 3, or 4 reviews written in a short amount of time after each other.AVOID, and get your claim serviced by another reputable body shop. Will make the appropriate complaints to Geico corporate as well in regard this unpleasant matter.

I went in, told the receptionist my name and she didnt bother looking on the computer because had she done so I wouldnt have waited 45 minutes only to find out that I was at the wrong site for my appointment

Side swiped with around 5k in damages, Service King was recommended by my insurance company. From the moment they picked up my car, to when I got my keys back they exceeded expectations.Thanks to the whole team and especially Jeff, for taking care of my car, and keeping me apprised of the status of my car every step of the way.
