Busy! Busy weekend for Haagen Dazs, but the employees were efficient and fast so the line moved fast. Haagen Dazs is my favorite ice cream so I’m always excited to come across one of their stores. They make shakes much better then I do. This location is in what looked like a nice mall! I was in and out, on a mission. Would go to this location again.

Delicious! You can taste that they use all natural ingredients. The pistachio ice cream is my favorite. The best that I have ever tried from any ice cream place. There is no green dye added to it & the pistachios themselves are delicious. The mocha frap is also delicious! The staff was nice, patient, & helpful. Just wish it was cheaper, but will definitely come here again.

I went to The Fashion Valley Shopping Mall to see my optometrist, Dr. Lin. While I was waiting for my appointment-I arrived about a hour early-I thought that Id go upstairs to the second floor to the food court, to purchase a smoothie.When I arrived there were about a dozen or so small restaurants that served common fast-foods that you see everyday, as you drive through San Diego and a couple of specialty shops.I wanted a smoothie, as I am a vegetarian and prefer prebiotics, probiotics, smoothies and other superfoods.They had a Haggen-Dazs however, they were out of smoothies; you dont run out of an advertised menu item on a holiday!On Memorial Day?I asked a couple of other customers-as I wasnt familiar with the area and they directed me to two other stores that sold smoothies; Pinkberry was right across the food court, so I went there instead.I cant score Hagen-Dazs, because they didnt have what I wanted, so maybe next time, if I happen to be in the area and think about it, Ill try again?Its too bad that Maps reviews doesnt have a zero(0), or I wouldnt have had to haggle at all.Right?🤔😥😤🍧

Nestled into a small storefront at Fashion Valley Mall, this location has copious outdoor seating—including couches where you can sit in the late afternoon sun! Very friendly service when we went, too.

A very nice surprise! Nice variety, good service, and a fair price point. No wonder the lines get so big.

Cant go wrong with haagen-dazs! Decent amount of options, nothing too crazy. Located in a super posh mall. The guy who helped us had a bad attitude though, which is why I give it a 3 stars. He seemed angry we were there and when we said thank you he didnt say anything back.

Best Belgium chocolate shake in this Haagen dazs location. Try other Haagen dazs as well but they are unable to match the taste with this one.

Terrible customer service. The employees (emphasis on Olivia) are rude, disorganized, and dont take ownership for messing up orders nor make any attempt to make it right. The shake doesnt make up for the bad taste they leave in your mouth.

Shopped by for Free Cone Day which was great, nothing better than free icecream. Staff was friendly, icecream was great, especially liked the coffee and chocolate peanut butter icecream. Nice to sit outside on a warm evening in the food court area.

Absolutely horrible!!I have a severe food allergy to peanuts and walnuts. I asked the girl if there were any nuts in their Brownie a la mode and she said no theres no nuts then asked if I had an allergy. I went ahead and got it because the worker clearly said no theres no type of nut. While I was eating it, I bit into a walnut, my throat then began to burn and itch extremely bad. I then went to ask for my money back and asked to check their allergy list they told me that nuts arent listed. If you or anyone you know has a food allergy I suggest you stay away from here.
