Unfortunately, this company has very poor customer service. I called and spoke with a woman regarding a custom order request and was told that I would receive an email with some pricing and other details. Never heard from her. Then, I went online to complete their request form and again, I never got a response. I was hoping to support and work with a local company, but apparently they have enough business already. A simple response would be nice... as well as professional.

I feel bad for this place being rated 1 star, so take my 5 :)
