Rhonda, the designer is excellent, patient and eager to help. The place to go to for all your needs to furnish your home. Quality sofas including 8 way hand tied premium sofas, leather natuzzi recliners, unique carpets different from your classic major furniture retailers and more...
Nice store with a great selection. Staff seemed a little passive and rude. Furniture is very different from the average so it is also very highly priced. Had staff been more welcoming and warm it would have a better rating. Overall, they had some beautiful pieces as well as unique ones. $$$ pricey👎rude staff
Kind, considerate and talented person who helped me and I will be returning.
Dishonest, rude and lazy staff
Terrible customer service. Delayed delivery. Damaged products. Need I say more? The saleswoman told us 100% satisfaction, and the manager said the damage we found was rustic. Are you serious? Terrible, deceptive business practices.
BUYER BEWARE! First of all, read the YELP! reviews for Thomasville San Marcos for a more accurate idea of the customer service and quality to expect from Woodbridge Interiors (previously known as Thomasville) San Marcos.I have to agree with those reviews, they are all kind to you until they get you to swipe your card. I am writing this review on behalf of my parents who purchased a custom couch.1) The couch was delayed over two months. Originally ordered on 7/8/2018 and it was not delivered until Mid-October 2018. When we called to follow-up, whoever I spoke to was abrupt and rude about it. Communication was lacking - we constantly had to call them for updates on the situation. My parents had just completely re-modeled their home and had told them at the time of purchase that they needed the couch by the end of August since they were hosting a 1st birthday for my nephew/their grandson. They were told it would be delivered by that time. It was not. However, I will give them credit that they allowed them to use one of their couches when the custom couch was not delivered by that time.2) Upon delivery of the couch, there was a major discrepancy with the measurements. The sofa was 5 shorter, and the love seat was 4 shorter than expected. It was even documented on the delivery paperwork, but my parents felt that had never addressed in a timely manner, or resolved.3) Within a month or two, they had noticed that the cushions did not seem to be extra firm as they had requested and paid for. When this was brought to the attention of the staff at Woodbridge Interiors, they had sent a service tech to actually insert more cushion material to make sure it was extra firm. There seems to be some confusion on this because according to my parents, he had stated that the material he brought would not match the one inside the couch, and also stated that it in fact was NOT an extra firm cushion. After he left without making any changes, they had not heard back from Woodbridge Interiors until they reached out, and denied he ever said anything like that.At this point, due to their language barrier and frustration, I sent an email to the team at Woodbridge Interiors to try and gain a better understanding of the situation. Gary had argued that the measurements were shorter due to a change in selection of the arm of the couch per Ellen, the designer. I attached documents showing the original sketch from Ellen, and the selections that were checked off and signed for, but there was no indication to me, that the arm had ever been a different type than the one that was selected. I kindly asked for clarification, and Gary was dismissive, unprofessional, and rude. He simply replied with, This is a closed issue. All sales final, sold as is. This is their customer service MANAGER! At this point, I knew it would there was no point in talking to them.So do yourself a favor, save your time and money - shop elsewhere! After they get you to pay and sign papers, they are unwilling to help or talk with you. The only person who seemed helpful was Rebecca, but even her professionalism cant save the entire team.
Helpful design staff. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
