Our floors look awesome. We had no idea what to get, what colors style would look right, etc. They helped us pick the right floors, were super flexible about installation, noticed a slab issue and pivoted on installing to make sure the warranty wouldn’t be voided. Justin and Nicole (the owners) were fabulous to work with. Their store has numerous options for luxury viynl plank and carpet, which is what I ended up doing in my home. Having to redo all the floors in your home can daunting, but Justin and Nicole were extremely patient as I weighed out the many options and costs. When I went to get an additional quote, Justin price matched the cost product which was wonderful. When it came to install, Justin’s crew finished before the estimated day of completion and the floors look amazing! When there was one minor issue with the baseboards, Justin and Nicole made sure to communicate it with me and reduced the final cost of the project to make it right. Overall I am extremely pleased with my experience at CQ floors and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to redo flooring! The level of transparency, communication, and overall customer service was phenomenal and not something you would get at a big box store. Do yourself a favor and give CQ floors a call. We had worked with the previous owner at Carpet Quest and Justin (the new owner) and his crew have taken their service up to the next level.
