Quality Floors is the absolute best place to buy floors in Hays county! Brandon was incredibly helpful and responsive and answered my many, many questions throughout the process. The removal of the old wood was so clean, we were shocked by the lack of dust. The install crew was also great and did a fantastic job. We have been thoroughly impressed by the whole experience.

Contacted for a upstairs and stair flooring job. A professional showed up and measured all of the places he needed and had excellent feedback for us. Asked if we could look up some vinyl or laminate that we were interested in from stores provided. We stayed in touch with all the requested information and we never heard back. I got a, Give me a day to figure it out. I have checked my email, my spam, and promotional folders. Nothing. Well just do it ourselves, no thank you.Edit because they replied and I cant reply directly: On second thought, youre just doing your best. We understand the workload. We are Ok for now, and for the time-being

Absolutely great experience. We were having trouble trying to work with Lowes to install new carpet in our home. After alot of frustration we contacted QFs and within a day we had gotten further than weeks of back and forth with Lowes. Bryan was a great help, had an appointment to install within a week and project was done within a few days. Installers were great. Customer service was great. 100% highly recommend!

Extremely friendly staff helped us in the store. Didnt feel pushed towards any type of flooring or brand like I felt in other floor stores. Was able to take the large floor samples home rather than a tiny square which really helped make the right choice for us. I had new floors within 2 weeks of walking in the doors for the first time. I couldnt have imagined an easier process and would definitely recommend Quality Floors!

These individuals do it right! We had several cracks in our patio and Kim sent out her staff to place a mastic under lamented patch first. This was to ensure the tile we chose didn’t crack and to hide these cracks and then waterproof. Then the next day tile was put down and that was an amazing process! Lastly all the grout and cleanup. Absolutely beautiful! I will use Quality Flooring every time!

Brandon did a great job in preparing our flooring project and is very easy to work with. Their prices were definitely competitive. The installers working on our floors (Danny Villanueva and his two sons) were the best part of the deal. They are phenomenal, great quality of work, constantly cleaning up, minimal dust, and as courteous as they come. It was a delight to see them do the job. The company comes highly recommended, without hesitation.

During the removal of existing tile they contracted with a company that took the highest care to keep as much of the dust particle out of the air and covered anything in site. The floor installation was very professional-great attention to detail. Very happy with the end product. Would highly recommend!
