They tech called and said they were on the way before the scheduled time. They came in and said what they were going to do, we had already moved some of our furniture out of the way to make it easier for them to come do their job. A GREAT job which my son and I are very pleased with the end results. The men called me before arriving, introduced themselves, handled my furniture and curtains very respectfully (communicating with me before touching anything that belonged to me), and did a wonderful job! On Time, Great Service, and Excellent Cleaning !!! Had 3 bedrooms and 2 small area rugs done. Very quick in spot cleaning then doing heavy cleaning. No more spots and the carpets smell great.
